Horrible, seemed very scammy to me. Came in and in less than 2 min diagnosed. Almost as if he was ready to collect$65 real quick and split. Easy money for them. This guy put a clamp amp meter on my gas line and said it read zero.... Pretty shady.

Excellent service, prompt, and superior prices.David came out to see why my LG dryer was thumping loudly while spinning. Turned out to be hair being caught in the drum rollers, causing 2 of the wheels to fail. Price was amazing compared to others. Had an amazing experience with David from Long Beach Appliance Repair on my SubZero Refrigerator.I only used authorized SubZero for my model 590 SS Refrigerator. This time I was told there is a 2 week wait to have a service appointment. Can you be without a fridge 2 weeks, I sure know I cant. I started calling around to local places for faster response time. After a few calls from $100+ call fee, to just plain lazy c-s, I was ready to give up. Placing my last call to LBAR, Ron was pleasant to speak to, he explained about the service and set me with a same day appointment 2-6. At 2:30 I got a call from David to let me know he will be here in 30 min. He arrived on time was extremely polite and go to work. David told me that I needed maintenance and gave me a better price than I would get from SubZero, showing me the last service was never done. When David was done he cleaned up after himself, and told me in a few hours unit will start getting back to normal. He also let me know if there were any problems I could give them a call and he will come back for free.This is what you call excellent service, my SubZero is working great, price was below what I expected, and same day repair. My microwave oven was failing and the light bills were high.Alex came to my residence and they explained to me what happened to him.Fortunately, in a very short time, they fixed my problem.

Poor service all across. The guy answering the phone could care less about your problem, not helpful. Turns out that they hire out technicians from elsewhere, so its not personal. The tech showed up and basically insulted me, telling me I should have googled the problem, then proceeded not to fix anything. When I called back 3 times, I could not get the technician or the desk staff to respond or care much. Avoid!

The we site advertises $35 service call cheapest in town or we will do for $5 less. Called to find out if I could bring part in. NO, only go to locations no one in house. That will be $65. Your ad says $35 yeah but for stoves its $65. FALSE ADVERTISING BIG TIME
