My 22 year old Kenmore fridge finally quit keeping cold and I figured, as old as it is, I would surely have to buy a new one. I called Appliance Guard and talked to Boris and set up a call date just to see what I was up against. He came out and took a look and explained the problems and that he could, in fact, fix it I asked how long it would take, thinking days to order the parts, and he said he had the parts that would interchange and had it fixed within the hour. He even asked to use my broom so he could sweep up after he finished. Finally a friendly, honest and no BS repairman that I wont hesitate a minute to call again. - Craig

Had a squeak in my dryer, company came out a few times to correct the problem but repairs were not holding up. I hounded them for a week saying it wasnt fixed right, they came out 3 times without any complaining and corrected the issue, i appreciate set professionalism and respect it, the value of good service is there, gotta give em a 5/5 for their approach and overall service

Fixed Maytag set (dryer new rollers) washer just needed balancing. Called and got a same day appointment - tech called when he was 15 min away to let me know he was on the way . Bada bing bada boom! work is backed up and im a happy camper.

Fan here in Long Beach! Came this weekend due to a heavy leak detected by kids coming from back of the fridge, mike managed to manually defrost the fridge and clean out some lines, told us by the morning it should be working fine again and happy to report no leaks and fridge is working like a champ. Great service from a small shop!

Good service today on the dryer, same day call, got the -20% off when I mentioned a friend referred me, matt was the tech and he called me a half hour before he stopped over. Came out over the holiday weekend to repair our 15 year refrigerator and I must admit, they did a great job from beginning to end. Really appreciated the heads up phone call and tech was a straight shooter. Luckily for us, our fridge was low on refrigerant and they managed to fix it on their first trip. I cant begin to reciprocate enough about how happy the family was that the fridge was up and running on the same day we called in a service request and how we were able to enjoy the weekend without at unnecessary headaches

The rinse cycle on my washing machine was intermittently working, after searching around and talking to some people about the issue, this company was very responsive and had someone out the next day to give me an estimate. The tech was informative and managed to solve the issue within 30 min when he arrived, great experience!

Had them come out and take a look at a fridge, good customer service over the phone and technician gave me a reasonable quote when he took a look at my Ge fridge. Overall the company did a good job with quick response, friendly and professional. Will use them again if i have any more appliance problems

They got someone out for me on the SAME DAY. Tech arrived on time and diagnosed the issue with both the washer and the dryer, gave me a fair estimate and waived the $35 service fee. Tech was straight forward and gave me tips on how to maintain my own appliances so silly issues dont happen often. Great service all around and i will be calling them if i need them

The adjusted total was reasonable and in line with an estimate I had received earlier from another appliance repair service in the area. The 20% discount on labor also helped a lot. Man they did their thing and got my old fridge running again after i tried to dyi and came up short. Nice white glove service with the heads up phone call before arriving. Thought it would cost more to repair then what I ended up paying

This is a great company, they pay close attention to customer service and their technicians are friendly and know what they are doing. I have now used them on several occasions and each time they come through, prices are fair and most importantly like I said they really pay close attention in taking care of their customers.
