The ladies in the office were communicative, professional, and friendly. I worked with both Valarie and Evelyn. The tech that came out was Anibal and he gave me my options and got my system up and running. Definitely will recommend Advantage Air and use them for any future needs.

A technician came out to do a service maintenance on my furnace, the tech was very pleasant and professional. He went over everything that was being done and it was very affordable. I Will be using and would recommend this company to anyone needing any heating/ac needs!

Pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and courtesy whereas Ive had bad experiences in the past these guys are top notch.Our A/C went out the other night and I called this morning to ask a few questions before scheduling an appointment for a technician to come out to assess the damage and provide an estimate. They do charge to come out for the estimate, but will apply it towards the bill.The customer service representative when I called was very polite and helpful. I am leaving on a trip tomorrow and she was able to fit me into their schedule same day.Our technician, Juan, was great! Very straight-forward and honest. He assessed the situation and let me know that it was a simple fix. He also offered, without being too pushy the option to install something that could prevent the leaks of water spilling out from happening by installing a safety overflow switch. I took him up on the offer to prevent any damage to the hard wood floor also we live in a multi-level condo and wouldnt want to damage the neighbors property below us.Very reasonable pricing. I will be sure to call them again for any maintenance needs.

I am a very satisfied customer. My elderly mothers central heating stopped working right before Christmas. I got a return call back from the owner within the hour and had an appointment for day after Christmas. I received a call confirming a technician would arrive shortly and in 10 minutes he was here. The technician Gabriel was able to repair with parts on his truck (for a 20 year old furnace) within 1 hour. Other service providers are just getting back to me now when the furnace is already fixed.

We had Advantage Air install a central A/C system in our 1927 home. Customer service was top notch with prompt and detailed responses to all questions. Their prices were very competitive but ultimately we chose them for their expertise and professionalism. They proactively suggested running the connections under the house and found existing access points that minimized visible and invasive infrastructure. The installers took their time to suggest both functionality and aesthetics when installing the vents, which helped us maintain the original beauty of our 1920s home (lots of plaster, arches and stuff). We were very pleased with the final product and would recommend them to our friends.

After several hvac companies looked over our condo I called Advantage Air and sent out their tech to estimate the install. The other companies could not figure out a way to install central air, they required some noisy unit on the patio that also vibrates into the neighbors unit. Advantage Airs tech Adolfo climbed up into the heating unit room got on the roof 3 stories up mind you and came up with a quiet ac unit tying into my existing central heating system at an affordable price. Glad I looked them up as Im referring them to the rest of the condo association. Thanks again Advantage Air.

Our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave and we needed it fixed fast. Advantage Air was able to diagnose the problem and determined we had a bad evaporator coil. It turned out to be a pricey repair, but I called a few other places and feel pretty good that they gave us a fair price. They even offered to knock the price down a bit if I could pay cash so they could avoid the credit card processing fees. No one likes unexpected expenses, but Advantage Air was professional through the whole process and got everything working again fairly quickly. Id use them again if we have AC problems in the future.

We had our HVAC replaced back in March after more than 5 months of getting quotes and doing price comparisons. Milan and his crew were easily the most experienced, knowledgeable, and COURTEOUS of all the companies we researched, and after experiencing the new system through the dreaded heat of this summer, we are more than thrilled with our choice.We have a two story home, and early in our research Milan gave an incredibly detailed explanation of how to achieve the cooling/heating we wanted from a system and sent a detailed estimate on work we needed to get done. The work was not cheap so we proceeded to get several other quotes from competitors in the area. Even got a quote from a distributor on just the equipment. All of this analysis paid off because we could not be happier with our decision. Milan still continues to check up from time to time to ensure we are enjoying the comfort and efficiency from our new system. I should mention that despite waiting for all that time, Milan still honored his original quote!! These guys are true pros…and I will continue to go to them for regular maintenance for years to come.

I was referred to Advantage Air/Milan Chawla by a friend of a friend. Its funny, but whenever I have someone come to my house for repairs on anything, I usually feel like I may be taken for a ride because I know nothing about insert system here. Not only did Milan send out a technician to diagnose my AC problem, but he actually showed up himself because he happened to be in the area and wanted to ensure that the job was done right and I was satisfied with the service. Milan and his tech took the time to explain to me how the system works, in detail, and why they were taking the steps they were taking to fix the problem. I not only ended up feeling like they were troubleshooting the exact problem in the most efficient way possible, but that I got a great deal on the solution (re-charge of my refrigerant). He understood my exact needs (not wanting to put in a new system although I probably need it) and worked toward a fix that will prolong my 20 year old AC unit. He also told me what I need to do to maintain the system properly, which admittedly, I have not done (even close) in six years living there. It was a bit like the dentist getting on me about not flossing...not pleasant to hear, but what I needed to hear and do. Thanks Milan and Ronnie!!!

Initially I thought the process of doing a substantial home improvement would be a headache, and it was at the beginning it was. I called other HVAC companies to give me an estimates and it seemed like I was getting the run-around with inconsistent information and varying prices for the project. I was considering forgoing the project entirely because I felt like I was getting taking advantage of. Then I saw an Advantage Air truck in my neighborhood and decided to give them a call. To my surprise, they were able to schedule a free estimate when it was convenient for both my wife an I. To say I was impressed was an understatement. I met with both Milan and Chris who provided me with an extremely detailed design specifically for my house. They told me I needed new ducting, a certain type of tonnage on the condenser due to my windows and lack of attic insulation. None of which the other companies advised me of. I felt no pressure and didnt feel like they were just trying to sell me anything. We agreed on the price which was a great value given the research I did prior and with the type of system I was getting (RHEEM). The installers were very respectful of my home, they made sure to clean up daily and answered questions I had during the install. Milan even came back at the end of the job to make sure I was happy with the work. Such a professional company. I cant say enough about Advantage Air. I would recommend to everyone.

5 stars for Advantage Air! I have a 1950s rental duplex in Culver City that needed major remodeling, including a new central HVAC system. It had a busted wall heater and no AC. I received another bid before Milan from Advantage Air came out and he was by far the better choice to go with. Very professional and price was very fair and competitive. My general contractor knew a friend of a friend of someones who quoted me more than Milan who did not even specialize in this work...and if Ive learned anything from all this remodeling, it is make sure you get the best people for the job, because it will cost you more in the end to fix shotty, questionable work. As soon as we agreed on the work, we were on the books with an installation date and Danny and Oscar were out and did a great job. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and worked well with the other workers at our house. I really appreciated this because I was getting calls regularly that the workers who were doing different jobs at the house would kick other workers out and argue about who could be parked in the garage, etc, etc. No complaints at all with Danny and Oscar...and they got the job done exactly during the promised timeline. Now we have a top of the line central HVAC system that is energy efficient that also helps maximize our real estate investment. Was so pleased with Advantage Air, that we called them up 2 months later to fix up the 2nd unit with another new central HVAC system and appreciate the great deal they gave us for being return customers. Highly recommend!

I dont usually leave reviews, but WOW.I am really impressed with Advantage Air.I called yesterday afternoon and spoke with Milan. How surprised was I when he asked if Id be available that same afternoon (I wasnt). You never see same day appointments so was not ready for that. I scheduled for the next morning between 8am-9am.Juan arrived a couple mins after 8am and quickly go to work looking for the cause of why my a/c was not blowing cold air, and about an 1 hour, the problem was fixed (low refrigerant).Ive never seen a technician as knowledgeable, friendly, and easy-going as Juan. There was absolutely no attempt at up-selling equipment or services that I didnt need. He explained the problem, what he did to find it, and how he fixed.He went above and beyond keeping keeping things clean: booties on his shoes, sweeping/dusting the floor below the attic access door, plus hosed down the area outside around the condensing unit.Advantage Air has been saved to my Contact List. I hope to never have to use them again, but if something happens, they are the ones I am calling.

Scheduling was straightforward, techs were prompt and courteous, service was great.
