It is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to call them and talk to a person. Every conceivable menu option is a recording. Someone online posted the one loophole was to call and request stamps and pretend you needed help doing it. They plugged the loophole. Worst customer service ever: a device created to waste your time and keep you away from them.
I am an almost daily customer here. I love that Im able to just to a quick drop with my preprinted packages. Also, I forgot a label once and they were kind enough to bring the unlabeled package back to my residence so I was able to add my label. Thanks for the good service

To who ever deliver around 600 N, we pay for delivery service you get paid to deliver packages, meaning delivering, if I wanted to get my package throw at my door I would have pick it up at the postal office. I did not appreciate my car parts get thrown at my door.
Laziest postal employees Ive ever had to deal with at this location. Pretty sure theres only one good employee that will actually help you in the whole building.
There is only one good person that works there, all the others are rude, and dont know answers to basic post questions (ie, how much to send a letter to Germany). Also, I had to return an eBay package and dont have a printer at home. USPS doesnt have a place to print labels. UPS in Logan does! Quite an inconvenience.

Mail person forgot to get my package off the mailbox.. Its medical items that needed to go out today. Called Smithfield Post office a man answered. He said he will leave her a note to pick it up its after 3 pm she has gone home.Ill i could say is... Its on top of mail box. Its medical it needs to go out today..she cant miss it!!! Now i see why my mom went nuts with the post office.
Just moved into a home. Its mail receptacle was at the front door. The day we move in, USPS says we need a mailbox. Thats fine, except the city is adding a sidewalk, so theyll be pulling out the mailbox, perhaps multiple times. So I dont put out a mailbox. USPS stops delivering mail. I tell them about the sidewalk. They said I need a mailbox. Go to Home Depot, buy mailbox, dig hole, install mailbox. USPS still doesnt deliver mail. Call post office, tell them I have a mailbox. Still dont deliver mail. Finally, days later, we get mail, with a sticky note saying, Sorry but your box needs to be on the street so I can reach it from the truck. Youre telling me that for 90 years, the mailman has made the trip of a few steps to the front door of this old home to deliver the mail, but now that I live here, you cant step TWO FEET out of your truck to drop off my mail? You cant make one exception for a few weeks until construction completes? Brilliant.
These people could care less about packages and mail delivery. My mail has been handed out all over the neighborhood and thank god for honest people. Trying to talk to someone in the office is impossible and they never know anything about lost packages and lost mail.
Worst USPS office I have ever unfortunately had as my local facility. I have lived in Logan 6 months and had USPS delivered mail and packages delivered to the wrong address 5 times. I have also continuously had mail delivered for the former residents DESPITE have left notes informing the carrier that those individuals NO LONGER reside at that (my new) address. The latest incorrect delivery occurred yesterday. Ironically, I had just spoken to the carrier about this having seen him for the first time after retrieving my mail. With the days mail in my hand, I asked them to please stop delivering to me items for former residents. When I checked the mail 10 minutes later, I had mail for someone else and for a former resident. If only I had seen this WHILE I was talking to them, maybe then they would appreciate it. The whole job of a carrier ( I have friends in LA who do this) is to deliver the correct mail to the correct address. THAT IS THE JOB. Anything different from that is a screw up. The job is not easy; it is physically challenging at times and always long hours. I know this. This doesnt excuse a lack of attention to detail and flat out ignoring what the mail recipients ask of them. Especially when all that is being asked is just to do the basic job. Logan is a beautiful town but has the WORST USPS I have seen in 4 states over the last 55 years. They cannot be trusted to do the basic job of delivering postage.
If you want to get stamps that are not just the flag forever stamps this best post office in the valley to go to. But their employees are not the nicest.
My orders from infinate discs were shipped two days ago and 1 says accepted but will arrive late. Hasnt even left this location yet and the other hasnt even been accepted yet and they have had them for two days. Ship the packages guys. They both came in your building at the same time.
I go in to this Post office a bunch and I have no complaints whatsoever concerning the staff. I go in 8-10 times a week. They have been courteous and very helpful every single time. The customers that go in have a lack of common sense and dont know how to either package or simply send their packages; hence why people have so many complaints against this post office branch.
Oh my goodness. This is the worst service I have ever had when it comes to shipping. They lost my package and never contacted me, I finally called (it took forever for them to answer) and they said that there wasnt much they could do, (they laughed at me because my package was missing) they said there is a $50 warranty fee with the priority shipping (yes I payed extra, yet they still didnt contact me).Overall I am not happy with my experience and I believe I should get a refund.

I ordered a package and it was shipped usps after it was shipped i realized i gave the wrong address (just moved in and didnt have it memorized) on the day it was out for delivery i called got an automated machine and ran through it all, put in my tracking number, updated the address etc. Well my package was in logan for less then 12 hours and returned to seller. Had the same thing with ups but guess what? They answered and delivered my package the same day thankfully that was the pet food package
Every time Ive been in to send something the staff has been helpful and friendly. Occasionally something gets delivered to a different address, but such is life.
I lost two of my packages, there was a slight mix up in the address formatting. I called the first time to ask about it, they said they would look into it. After they looked into it they never called me back. When I called them back later they told me clearly frustrated that they found it in my mailbox, but I had to explain it was not my mail box. After I was able to explain that the post office had the wrong address for me, he apologized and met me at my mailbox to give me my mail and packages.
Had a package picked up on Monday by this post office, its now Thursday and I havent received it and they refuse to scan it in. You would figure with the lack of natural disasters in this area that there wouldnt be any delays but there always is. Maybe theres a Mormon rule against scanning packages or technology, not sure tbh.
For the passport office they dont except credit cards! Hello, we dont live in the Stone age anymore. If you dont accept a card then you might as well not sell anything. :/

Can never get ahold of anyone at USPS office when ever I call. Been trying to get a hold of anyone at the USPS office but its always impossible. Ive been expecting a package from Pennsylvania since August 17 2018, I have yet to receive my package when the package is a Priority Mail 3 days delivery. When I track my package on their USPS website it shows that their office received my package the same day of the order at 6:49 pm on August 17, 2018 in LEHIGH VALLEY, PA 18002. Today is Thursday August 23 2018, it shows my package is still sitting in their LEHIGH VALLEY, PA USPS office since receiving the package., I cant get a hold of anyone at USPS to find out why my package is still sitting in their LEHIGH VALLEY, PA office when it clearly shows their office have received and entered my package, and showing I had paid for Priority Mail 3 days delivery. This isnt the first time Ive had trouble with USPS delivering my packages but this is the last time Ill be using USPS for package delivery. On another note I think USPS just needs to be shut down now., theyre the Telephone Booths (No Use For Them)
