I would give a negative 5 or 10 stars if I could. They lost an extremely sensitive document that was sent to my husband. Extremely sensitive. In my opinion they should be knocking on doors in the evening, after hours, when ppl are actually home. They should prove they are doing all that they can to find that package. The document they lost was extremely important. It required a signature upon arrival. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH IMPORTANT SENSITIVE INFORMATION. Also, if you dont want to speak to a machine, good luck, wont happen.
I had been waiting for a package stuck in transit and went in to the Logan office to do some investigating. The employees were so friendly and happy to help me - I had Josie help me out and she even offered to make a claim with the company I had made an order with for a replacement. No complaints!!! This place is awesome! And Tony is wonderful to give information and hold packages for me to pickup whenever I request it. With all of the struggles shipping during our recent holiday season impacted by COVID, this place batted 100% with my shipments. Without any hesitation whatsoever, I recommend doing business here.

The staff are fairly rude and dont seem to have time for you. I have done printing and shipping and both times they seemed bothered by me.

Easy in and out
I didnt catch his name, but the fellow who mans this location was SO helpful and understanding. I had a package that was to be delivered today, but in the evening (I had something shipped Next Day, but I wasnt informed by the company I ordered from that it would be an evening delivery). Well, wed be gone and theft is common in my area. I explained our situation, what time wed be gone and he was able to communicate to the driver (who had the package) and see if hed be in my area before we left. I expressed my gratitude to him and, again, he was very gracious. Im very impressed at the level of service I received (the 800 number customer service wasnt anywhere near this helpful).
Helpful and friendly staff. Prices arent competitive in Logan. Square 1 printing is usually about half the price of any print. But they do have good hours, so points for convenience. Also, while their prints are overpriced, they turn out fine. Id really only recommend going there if youre in a pinch and theres nowhere else open to print or if youre rich. But again, the product and people are nice.
I had an odd size thing to be packaged and the worker was super helpful in finding the right box for the best price. He was kind and super quick to help as my kids were running a muck and being chaotic. THANK YOU for being patient and helping find the best price.

Ordered a package. The shipper would not release it with out a signature. I was in class at USU during delivery attempt. So I went to this location the next day when I had free time between class and asked about my package. The employee here called the driver and had him drop off the package at the closest FedEx location to my house. I drove there and picked up my package within a few minutes. Thanks for the great customer service.

I have had multiple great experiences with FedEx. I always get my packages when I expect it. I have got to know multiple people who run trucks for FedEx and they have always been very friendly and happy.
I wont ever willingly choose to use FedEx to ship or receive packages. Their obsession with everything being on time inhibits my rights as a consumer.I want my package at my convenience, not when you tell me I can have it. Its super inconvenient when you tell me, the package wont arrive at the Depot until 5:00 pm, but you have to pick it up before 5:15 pm.Sorry, that doesnt work for me. And when I give you authorization that my husband can pick it up, that should be good enough, but apparently it is not.They didnt want to let my husband pick the package up for me, even though I personally went into the store earlier that day to sign, and say he could.
Pretty much hate FedEx. I have actually canceled orders because they are shipped FedEx. We ordered a package on Friday at 1 pm. Paid for Saturday delivery and they never showed up. Verizion had them there on time and they said on the FedEx website that morning they would be there by 4:30 and showed they were where they needed to be. By Saturday afternoon the tracking had changed to Mon. Spent the entire evening trying to just get them to hold the package at FedEx or ship it to a different address at this point so we can pick them up because we werent going to be home on Mon to sign for it, hence the $20 Saturday delivery. They said that they cant do that until they have had a failed attempt to deliver. At least I think that is what he said. Didnt really speak English or understand it for that matter. I just dont like that when you order something and pay extra to have it delivered at a certain time that FedEx pretty much says screw you. Youll get your damn package when we want to give it to you and you will take off work to get it and to hell with whatever you paid for. Thanks FedEx. NOT!!! If you can choose UPS if you actually want to receive you package on your terms and not theirs
FedEx logistics are not centered on customer service and satisfaction. working with them on the phone to catch up with a package is a waste of everyones time but the driver. Now I am yet another day delayed in receipt and their reply is more or less oh well, thats the way it is

Fed ex sucks they said it would only take three days to get my shipment it arrived here in 1 1/2 days now been sitting on a truck and they say it gonna take two days to get it that be 4 days in total of it sitting a half hour away and because its on the truck I cant pick up stupid pretty sad USPS ship faster never using again
I ordered 4 things from Amazon and paid for 2 day shipping. I got 1 item from OnTrac when they said they would, but what happened to the other 3 items? FedEx got a hold of them. the progress bar on Amazon keeps going up and down because they dont know what the crap theyre doing and SHIPPED IT ALL THE WAY AROUND THE WORLD!!! Now someone in China probably got my computer parts. THANKS A LOT FEDEX! >:(P.S. It would be faster for a slug to bring me my package!
Ive have never had an issue using Fedex services until I came to this location. In order to pay for any postage now anyone has to open an account with them and provide your card information (not any card with available funds, but ONLY your bank account card) otherwise Ill be refused service, dont get me wrong this is convenient for someone who may use this regularly, and may find it safer. In my case I was refused service, the lady at the counter made clear that I would not be able to buy an envelope with paid postage if I didnt do so. I wished someone could see why this is ridiculously ineffective and inconvenient. Gladly I went to UPS across the street and they had me set up in 10 minutes. To this people it didnt matter that I explained that this was for consular services and I just wanted to pay for an envelope returning to my address. I would never return to this location for any services ever again. I dont feel comfortable giving my information to every company I use services for, why eliminate the option to just pay for it, and not go though all this bank and data confirmation, NOT EVERYONE WANTS TO GIVE OUT ALL FINANCIAL INFO for a one time use. Thank you, and if you agree with me just go to the other shipping companies, they will work with you, and not the other way around.
They delivered my thousand dollar mattress to the wrong address. I figured the one thing that a FedEx delivery person would be good at would be reading addresses, but I guess I was wrong.

What a horiable service. Needed the package sent overnight to Mesa, had the package to the Logan center before 6 PM (Said they would be open) now we cant find the package. Now they say, it should have gone to the downtown shipping center.

Their delivery process started off very bad. I waited at home all day for a package that required a signature and received an email indicating the package was undeliverable because no one was home. It took 2 calls to customer service before a resolution entry was made and a delivery was promised by 6:00 p.m. The delivery was made by the manager personally, because he committed to a delivery today.
