After getting bids from 2 big companies we had Kris give us a bid and it was almost half what the others were charging. They were willing to travel to Springville and got the job done in less than 2 weeks and I’m half the time we were expecting. They went above and beyond to do a great job. I highly recommend these guys!

I met Kris Egbert in the Western Mechanical parking lot early Monday morning. He had crews going every direction. He stopped what he was doing, tested a capacitor and two fuses which needed to be replaced. He had me on my way in 5 minutes. AC working fine again. Thank you, Kris and Western Mechanical!!

Kris and his crew operate with the utmost integrity and professionalism. They dismantled and disposed of an 80 year old boiler system, relocated and reconfigured some utilities, and installed duct work, ac, and heating. They stand by their work and we couldnt be more grateful for the new system. Highly recommend.

Completely disappointed of this companys costumer service. I will not be using Western Mechanical for any of my concerns in the future.When you enter a customer home a company has to earn a customers trust and be respectful to the customer.

My 80 year old grandparents furnace went out about a week ago. This company told them they needed a new a part and it would be there today. When my grandpa called to see what the status was, they said they forgot to order the part. (Mind you it got down to 17 degrees last night.) Rightly so my grandpa was upset, and rather then make it right and fix their mistake, they hung the phone up on him. Thanks for leaving the elderly out to freeze Western Mechanical!

We had Western Mechanical come out and put a new furnace in after having carbon monoxide in our apartment. They were quick and efficient. Would recommend 100%

We had them install 3 units for us. Their price was less than half what we’d been told it’d cost in the past. They were great at communicating with us, answering questions, and very respoensful. We let our salesman know last night our tenants made us aware of an issue with the new AC unit. This was at 10 PM Saturday night. They have a Tec there for us this morning (Sunday) at 10 am. Very impressed with them and they will have all our future business at this point. We had such a hard time finding a company just to come show up for a quote. Their guy was there right on time and quick to get us the quote. Highly recommend.

Furnace went out early Sunday morning. Called a couple of places they wanted 250.00 just to look at it. Called Western Mechanical. They told me a rate, I said that would be good. Took them less than an hour to come. About 15 minutes to fix it. Paid less than the others wanted to just come out. Tech was professional and friendly. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again.

We are very grateful for the service we received today for our central air unit. We will be calling this company to have them inspect our furnace during the fall. The young men who came to our home are very kind, professional and courteous. Many thank yous to them.

UPDATE: The day after I posted this review, the owner contacted me to apologize for the negative experience I had. He was very kind and wanted to know how he could make it right. For a business owner to take responsibility is HUGE in my book. I appreciate him taking time to worry about my little review. I would most definitely give this company a second chance!Sadly it wasnt great. We had a tricky install that BRAG contracted Western Mechanical to do since they were busy. We had to call Western to see when they were coming after they didnt call us. The time we scheduled they didnt show up, so we called and they rescheduled. The second visit, the venting wasnt done properly, so they came back. The third visit, the venting again wasnt up to code for where the furnaces were located. The fourth visit, they just showed up at my house and were quite put out when I asked if they were going to do it right this time. The installers were rude, and acted like it was my fault they had to come back. When I told them it would have been nice to know they were coming, the guy told me he wasnt in charge of scheduling. While the furnace keeps my house warm, the customer service was severely lacking. Maybe the repair techs are different, but I wasnt impressed with the installers. Im not an unreasonable person, I understand that crap happens. But in this day and age, its not hard to give a phone call to let people know when you will or wont be there. They even had a hard time with that.

Our central air unit stopped working in 95+ degree weather and I frantically called around to other HVAC companies in the area and was told that they might be able to get a tech out in the next day or two or that they only have time for emergency calls. I reached out to Western Mechanical and was told that they were pretty busy that day but would try to get a service tech out asap. Within 2 hours we had a knock on the door from Jack and he was able to find the problem and have it fixed in no time at all. Very pleased with the service we received!

We were looking into a new furnace and A/C for our home in Paradise, the salesman from Western Mech came to our home and gave us several options and took the time to explain everything, it was very helpful in making our decision, we had several other bids which some were slightly lower in price, but when it comes down to a few dollars we went with someone that has been around the valley for years and has alot of knowledge of the product .We feel we got the best quality and efficient system for our needs, clearly Western Mechanical was the best choice.

They fixed my A/C and installed a new Honeywell Link thermostat. Great service.

They could not match face with the arch on a gas fireplace. They tried 3 times and it look like very poor workmanship. It took 8 months not finish the job. They tried 4th time......it looked cheap work. Wow

The guy was 30 to 45 minutes late. Then charged me 85$ for 10 min. 10/10 would not use again.

Furnace broke - glad they had the part and opened early at 7 am!
