I had a bunch of small home repairs that needed taken care of and was so glad to find a one-stop spot to have it done. Adela was my technician and was great to work with. She made sure each detail was taken care of. One of the tasks was getting an old window unstuck and another was getting a different window to lock again. Both of this projects were finicky and took some time, but she made sure it was all okay before leaving. Would happily use Service Depot again!

Brady has come to our home for a couple of repairs now and is a pleasure to work with. He was great at communicating with me and keeping me in the loop with the process and time frame of having to order our blinds because of the size of our windows. He was very personable and courteous and did a great job! Our blinds first came back cut wrong and instead of just installing them...he went to bat for us and got the company to redo them so that they looked good. I am impressed with with how he treated my home like it was his own and will definitely call him for future repairs. )

Although working with the management can be sort of confusing, and can take awhile, the employees are great. Brady has been to our apartment several times to fix the multiple leaks we have had. He does a great job, and makes it look like new again. He is also very kind, and always super nice which makes it easier to work with him.

Brady did an excellent job installing my doggie door for me. He also took extra time to help me change some Out Of Reach light bulbs using his big ladder. If you need any kind of finishing work that you want to have look professional, call Brady hell do a great job.

We had a light fixture stop working in a room of our house, Service Depot was efficient about setting up the appointment and getting someone over to take care of it.When the technician, Brady, was there he was able to get the light working again and even explained what the issue had been and how he was able to get it fixed.

Called and was able to get service call next day. Received text to let me know tech was on the way, arrived on time and was friendly. Adela knew what she was doing. Unbelievably bad customer service. A FULL YEAR after fixing my fridge (I paid them with a check on the same day) they texted me saying they needed a new check. No reason why and I assumed it was a scam. A week later they sent me to collections. I have the check stub dated February 2020 for the original payment on the date of service. No phone call, no email, just an unknown text. Now they expect me to pay a late fee and a collections fee. Stay away, they are crooks!

I have had these guys come out twice or three times. Once or twice for a carbon monoxide leak, and for a furnace on the other one. They have just made the process so easy; payment, scheduling, and I love how they text you a profile of the person coming so you don’t get just a stranger, nice safety feature. I personally think that they fees are all worth it.I love that they always send the same guy out so that we can get more comfortable and it isn’t as weird. Hire these guys. I totally recommend.

The light in my closet broke and Brady was able to fix it really quickly! He was also great with my dog who was certain that an intruder had come into my space. He really went above and beyond to make my dog feel at ease and was willing to give her some treats. I have used Service Depot for years and been quite happy until now. The initial problem was our dishwasher not draining which still only drains manually which we need to do after it is run each time. I just received a letter from a collection agency for the bill which I NEVER received from Service Depot. I am very disappointed with how this has been handled and won’t use their service again.

I don’t know why I haven’t used these guys sooner?! Josh was so friendly and incredibly competent. Worked very quickly and efficiently and got my dishwasher working great again - without it costing me a fortune. Brady Simmons is very professional and does an excellent job in the work that he does. He did an awesome job replacing some old plumbing and tub surround in an older cabin that we have at Bear Lake. Would recommend him for sure and will use him again is the need arises.

So sad I have to write this! Everyone BE AWARE of what you are getting yourself into with Service Depot!! I just think everyone should know what you are getting into if you choose to work with them! I honestly dont think it was on purpose, which is the scary thing! Just poor execution as a business, but can result in huge issues!I worked with this company for a broken appliance which they were unable to fix and that is a whole different story. After countless tries to get my bill taken care of and being assured each time that it was, (3 phone calls) my bill was sent to collections from them! (I promise, this was wrong and it has since been removed from collections.)When I tried to contact the company, and have this taken care, they would not take my calls, and would only txt me. I understand the circumstances of collections and even if they believe it was correct to send it there. However, I was SO extremely disappointed with how I was treated as a customer. Even after it was fixed, I dont feel like it was remedied. Luckily the collections charge has since been sorted out and is no longer an issue. Good luck with Service Depot! Would not recommend.

Service Depot came to work on our gas oven through a warranty claim and they were awesome. Very responsive, friendly, professional, and did a great job. If we ever have another home service issue, well be using them again.

Service Depot staff, and especially Josh,our service technician, are my super heroes. If I could give them a billion stars, I would. I have been dealing with 2 other service companies to fix my 18 month old fridge for 1.5 months, and still have gotten no where. I have dealt with waiting around, wasting my entire summer for the other repair companies to come. I called Service Depot, and got an appointment the next day. The receptionist was especially pleasant and helpful. They sent an email and text updates on their arrival. And, they arrived within the 1 hour window they stated! Wow! Josh and Adela both worked on our fridge at different times. They were both professional and knowledgeable. Adela was very patient as she had to work around us celebrating my son’s birthday. She took the time to explain each problem before she worked on anything. When the part for our fridge came a short time after, Josh came to install it. He took the time to wear shoe coverings, and took safety precautions for the Covid virus before even coming inside. He worked quickly and then adjusted the labor time which brought the cost down. Service Depot in Logan is awesome. All of my sisters and I have used them for the last couple of years for various home repairs. Just recently I had a tech, Brady, come help install my new dishwasher. He installed one the new and hauled away the old one within an hour. He even took the time to look at a valve under my sink even though it was not included in my initial service request. Whenever my family or I have used Service Depot theyve been quick at scheduling appointments, very affordable and have great customer service. Theyre techs are always very knowledgeable and polite. I recommend them to everyone!

I was very pleased with their work and the door looks fantastic. We hired Service Depot to pick up and install a new dishwasher after being advised to replace our current Kitchen Aid. After discussing the symptoms the technician, Jace Babbel, asked if I would like him to check it out one more time before he installed the new one. He took the time to read over the manual, run a thorough diagnostic, and continued to check every possible symptom. He found a piece of glass lodged in the drain pump (if I remember correctly) and was able to remove it. Our dishwasher runs perfectly again and he saved us the expense of buying a new dishwasher- $1000! This level of customer service is not always my experience. A big THANK YOU, Jace! Used Service Depot for the first time and I wont be using anyone else!! The gals in the office were polite and professional and helped me get a service time that worked with my schedule, and it was quick! I thought it would take a couple weeks to get an appointment and my appointment was within the week that I called. Josh, the Service Technician, was very personable and knowledgeable about the product. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. The parts were here within a couple days and he had it up and going. Very pleased with our service and will definitely be using them again!!

We have had a few different maintenance guys come through to fix our kitchen sink and Ive felt like they all have fixed the issue but broke something else. Today we had Brady come and fix our pipping and while he was here he noticed a few other issues and he took care of them for us. He was super laid back and respectful, shoot even the dogs liked him! This is the 3rd time I have used service depot for an appliance repair. (Fridge, washer, stove) I love that when I call they can generally come within 24 hours. They are prompt, courteous and respectful. Quick to get to work and diagnose the problem. This time he even had the part on hand to fix it on the spot. In the past when they have had to order a part, they are quick to get it (last time it came a day early and they rescheduled my appointment to fix it faster). I always feel like the cost for the service call and the parts are very honest and reasonable. I don’t call anyone else! They are so great!

I hate to be the one star guy, but given the situation, I have to. We had a guy install our gas dryer at the request of our landlord. He installed the dryer. Then a few days later, there is a major gas leak. We have to get the gas company to come on a Saturday and fix it. From the gas company tech “the dryer hose was improperly sealed.” We paid a pretty penny to have our dryer incorrectly hooked up and cause a gas leak. Also heard rumors that service depot’s techs are not professionally trained. Sad to post a bad review.

Jordan came to our house to replace a dripping faucet. He arrived during the time frame provided. He was very nice and keep us updated through the process. He noticed our drain was slow so he cleaned it even though it was not on the maintenance request. WE are very happy with the service Jordan provided and highly recommend his services.
