Called in, explained what I wanted done, answered some questions, and set up an appointment for the next day. Their pricing is VERY competitive and the best price in the Logan area I could find (I called to around 10 places). The man came out the next morning, we reviewed briefly what I wanted done, he said can do. I didnt feel like they were pressuring me into doing anything beyond what I needed done, which was nice. He got the items, came back and got everything installed and made sure that everything else put back to the way it was. The quote time of how long it would take, and estimate of about how much it would cost were spot on, and even a little less than expected, which I was very pleased about. Overall the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend these guys for your heating and air needs!

These guys are great with a small town feel for service. Dont get lost in the mix with a large heating and air company. When you call for service you are likely to get the owner of the company showing up at your house or business to do the repair.

I have 20+ years old HVAC systems in my house. CHAC is the best company in Cache Valley to contact if you need to service old HVAC systems, period! Nice people. But took them three visits to fix my AC. I had to finally tell them on the third visit to check the evaporator coil, which turned out to be the problem, they didnt even check it on the first two visits.
