Amazing Staff Amazing Dentists great with kids my daughter had two extractions one today here also few filings b4 they talk to kids during Procedures b4 and after make them feel comfortable.

Horrible at appointment making. No follow through with insurance approvals, they placed a crown (i paid out of pocket) it took the Dentist 4 trys, she was very rough before it fit right it didnt fit right and never full healed. I call and told them they didnt care. It was put on in May-June today my crown came off while drinking water!!!!!! The guarentee doesnt cover that I was told. 😷

Great dentist, horrible time management. Make sure you dont have any plans on your appointment day, 3 scheduled appointments have had wait times of over an hour and a half before being taken to a room. Apparently your time isnt as important as theirs. FYI, already paid in full for services and products, maybe thats why, already have my money so its not like I can go somewhere else...

Alert! Our information is public. Nov 19th our personal information was stolen during a break in at this office, s.s.i numbers medical records and credit cards anything on file stored in these computers in the hands of thieves. Wasnt notified until January 3rd via standard mail stating data breach. Why they waited two months? Notify creditors immediately and look over check/savings bank account statements, for some of us it may be too late. Thanks for nothing kettleman dental. Good luck folks! Also dont expect a cleaning, but they charge your insurance, go elsewhere.

Waited 10 mins in an empty waiting room before someone came to our attention, and another 35mins before i just left. Never got seen. Staff seemed ill prepared and unaware of what theyre doing.

I have an infection in my mouth that isnt responding to the antibiotic perscribed band the dr refused to provide me with something stronger so how is that being a responsible dentist? How am i supposed to get better? This place is a sham and the dentist is uncaring and money driven. Front desk is uncaring as well

Absolutely the worst Dentist and dental office I have EVER been too! Steer clear. I had my first appointment a few months back for a cleaning and annual exam. During the cleaning and I after I thought to myself, wow this is a cleaning like I have never had before, or lack there of. The dental assistant hardly cleaned the outside of my teeth and never touched the inside. Due to being on a low income insurance I thought to myself maybe that’s all they cover. After contacting my insurance I was advised this is not the case I should have a received a regular thorough cleaning. My insurance asked if I wanted to file a complaint. At first I said no that I would contact the office and have them look and my teeth and gums. I have sore gums to plaque build up. So I contacted the office and they booked me an appt, I explained everything them as I did my insurance. When I arrived they took X-rays and the dr came in. He took a look at my teeth and X-rays and stated I needed a cleaning and asked me if I would like to it right away. I said of course but insurance said only allowed one cleaning a year. He told me that it was fine it’s ONLY $75! This office is scam! They wanted me to pay for a cleaning that never properly received in the first place that they billed my insurance for! When I left I tried talking to the front desk regrading my situation and they were just as rude and unprofessional as the dr. One girl shrugged her shoulders and told me I should have said something the last time I was in! And to add to it dr Singh is one of the rudest people I ever met. When he came in and introduced himself I smiled and stuck my hand out to shake his hand and he looked at me looked at my hand and rolled his eyes! If your asking for my opinion don’t go anywhere near this place. Needless to say I ended up filing a complaint with my insurance.

Poor communication skills. Poor time management. Some of staff rude. Do not explain procedures to children.

There website has an entire page on sedation, even a video...When i called i was imformed that they dont offer an sedation except for children. There website is inaccurate and misleading.

This place claims my information was stolen and not only that notify me more than a month late and after two weeks notified my cards were being used yeah I had three visits total use two different accounts of debit cards and somehow both were accessed and they had outrages purchases that were not even in the US I think it’s weird because one card was used and two weeks went by and the second card was used what’s strange is that the first card that was used was one that I canceled and had them remove it to put in the second card

Dr Singh is the worst dr ever he doesnt explain anything to his patients and just wants money h also has a very bad attitude NOT friendly at all I do not recommend this place to anybody zero star !!!
