My car recently had a pretty bad coolant leak, a drop of coolant coming out once a second, took it here because it was recommended by my girlfriends mother, took my car there at 1:15pm, got a call at 2:30 giving me an invoice and telling me my radiator was cracked and needed replacing, immediately i thought oh man theyre gonna have to order the part and im gonna have to wait a couple days but no! He told me it could be done around 5. I was so shocked that they had the part on hand. Very quick service, and a reasonable price.

Incredible customer service. We were traveling through town when our trucks wheel bearing went out. My cousin, who lives in Lockport, recommended I call them. They not only squeezed our vehicle in, but they had us back on the road next day by 1pm. We had the truck towed to them Friday night at 7pm, by Saturday at 1pm we were off! I highly recommend you visit for all of your automotive needs!!!

Andrew and Brian are the most HONEST and trustworthy Car guys I have ever met. After 25 years of owning (loving) cars and having met every kind of auto shop or mechanic...Warren Auto is a find I almost dont want to share...yes they are that good. We love them and would never trust another shop with our vehicles. They saved us thousands finding a serious hazard on a vehicle we we purchasing, are able to work on anything we give them and do so at a better rate for the quality than anyone else.

I took my car in because the check engine light was on. They made the repairs and the engine light went off. 3 weeks later, the light came on again! The guys checked it out and they determined it was a new gas cap I purchased! These guys tested it for free and I really appreciate their honesty! They could have charged me for the testing and told me I had a different issue! They were totally honest and I cant tell you how happy I am! They have a lifelong customer now!

Great place, clean and friendly people. My wife and I had the water pump go out in our car, not only did they fix it the right way, they also found a couple minor things wrong and fixed them also. Great service at a great price.

I know Jack with a side of squat about cars. Unlike franchise mechanics that tell you a gazillion things need to be done, they will give you the facts, how long it will last, and will walk you under your car and show you the problems. Dedicated customer!

We had taken our van to several people to get it past emissions. After spending a crazy amount of money, and no results my daughter told me about her friends experience. We gave them a shot. Not only did they find the real problem, but fixed it for less than half the price of anyone else.

So someone put gas in my GasTank and I realized it while attempting to fill my tank I couldn’t even get 10 cents of gas to go in because the filler neck was packed with sugar him and his son happened to pull up next to me and my girlfriend and he ended up having me follow him to his shop and took the pipe off and cleaned it out for me so I could at least get gas in we didn’t know if any sugar and if so how much got into the tank and not only did he fix it for me for free he even followed us back to the gas station to make sure we could get gas in nothing gas went wrong yet I haven’t put gas in for 5 days was the last time I filled up so idk when it happened for sure but thank god for him and his son

Went to drop a car off the owner told me to put it in a parking spot I told him no because my tow truck doesn’t fit I can drop it and you guys can push it and do whatever you want as my job ends when the car is delivered he had a fit cussed me out and called my company I don’t know if I would trust someone so petty
