Booked a birthday party for my daughter. Get a phone call 2 hours prior stating that they have to cancel because of issues. Completely unprofessional.

Very disorganized. Unprofessional and unethical owners. My daughter made no progress in their program which was due to the owners (Kelly Stevens) lack of skill and frenzy to take on too much at once (more money in her pocket). The owner blamed the children for her own coaching failures and was damaging to their self esteem. I would not advise anyone take their daughter to this gym for cheer or gymnastics.

LUGZ is a great place to take your children for gymnastics and cheerleading. They have wonderful staff and the owners, Peggy and Kelly Steven work hard to make a fun environment for the children. I used to go to LUGZ (probably 12 years ago), then it was Miss Peggys Kid Fitness Center, but it was the highlight to my week! Thank you for continuing your tradition to caring and teaching the children on Livonia!
