Chariot Transportation has provided excellent customer service every time I have made arrangements for a client. The office staff are courteous, accommodating, and friendly every time I call. My clients have all expressed having a positive and satisfactory experience with Chariot Transport. The vehicles are clean and well kept and the drivers are kind and professional each time. It is my duty to ensure the safety of my clients and Chariot Transport sees to it while transporting people during very difficult and painful times of rehabilitation. Beautiful vehicles: classy, clean and van is spacious. Driver was great, I felt comfortable with her skills. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

This is a very disorganized company. I would not book with this company. I called these people a month before my daughters wedding to book transportation home from the venue. The two people I talked to had poor communication with each other and with me. I called several times to make sure things were all set, They we’re unable to send me a contract form to secure time, place and deposit. Their price quote changed depending on who I spoke to .I had to offer my credit card as they were too disorganized to do this themselves . Finally a week before the wedding they told me they couldn’t provide the service because there was a misunderstanding with the date. Very disappointing and frustrating especially during such an important time as my daughters wedding . Honestly the worst service ever!

At about 5:10 PM Today I was driving down a residential side street 1 block east of Chariot Transports business Location (Didnt know who they were at the time) I was making a right turn, turned my signal on and proceeded as I had the right of way. The driver of the Chariot Transport Van Michigan License Plate DA74506 starting blowing his horn at me like I did something wrong. I proceeded and ignored him until on this 25MPH street he flew past me at about 40mph. This street is used heavily by students from CLARENCEVILLE High School as an alley goes from the football field into the suburbs. At this point I followed the vehicle to call the (hows my driving) number that I couldnt find on the Vehicle. The vehicle made a few more quick turns and arrived at its office which by then I had got the number of the business off the side of the truck and was already talking to the (DIRECTOR) supposedly. My Issue was 1. You are speeding down a side street. 2. Not just any side street but one with no sidewalk frequently used by children. 3. You are speeding in a school zone period. 4. If your business is located RIGHT NEXT to the school you didnt not know the school was there. 5. You are driving like this and you transport handicapped people. 6. I as I was talking to the director on the phone the driver started yelling at me and taunting me and saying I was Being hysterical Im sorry how dare I not be ok with your blatant disregard to anyone else that has to share the road with you (Children Included) 7. The director did come out to the parking lot to talk with me which sounded and looked great at first until she said oh sometimes we dont see people and cut them off on accident and people get mad and call.... (which I understand but was not the case) she continued I just wanted to stop this road rage incident from escalating..... She was making me out to be some over the top road rage instigator who was flying off the handle and that I was making this into something bigger than what had actually happened. She said the driver had been working with her for a year and she trained him how to drive.... he was approx. 15 years older than his director so I doubt she taught him how to drive...... nor does that have any bearing on how he acts when he is alone. If anything he learned from a CDL coarse. She said she would reprimand him but of coarse from the was she was steering the blame at me I could tell nothing would be done. My point.... DOES ANYONE WANT THIS COMPANY, ITS DRIVERS, EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, AGENTS ECT... TO DRIVE SO WRECKLESSLY DOWN THE STREET THEIR CHILDREN WALK HOME ON, HAVE THE DRIVER YELL AT AND TAUNT YOU WHEN YOUR ATTEMPTING TO REPORT THE SITUATION, THEN HAVE THE DIRECTOR BASICALLY INSINUATE YOU ARE JUST OVER REACTING AND THAT THEY WANT YOU TO JUST LEAVE?
