Ive used ABC on a daily basis for many years now. Theyre usually on time, & Ive always had positive experiences with the staff. Some of these reviews are so ridiculous. If they dont have a car around when you call they cant just manifest one from thin air! They MUST be busy, because theyre the only decent option Im my area for people like me who dont trust ride shares. Im not giving out my c/c # before I even request a ride, nor am I riding with some predatory convict on drugs who doesnt have a valid license or insurance. ABC has NEVER not shown up, & always gets a driver here as close to on time as possible. Thats another thing, some drivers they contract with will (of course) be more experienced or honest than others. Ive had to call the office about prices before, & they fixed it for me. Im fine with paying a few bucks more for the reassurance I wont get raped and killed on my way to work. If the driver is a bad egg, they know how to dispose of them, (like the one who posted below)!Id recommend this company to anyone. Thanks ABC for all the years of great service!

I have used their service to get to and from doctors appointments and physical therapy appointments from my place of employment. My employer requests their service. Most of their drivers do not wear face masks. When asked to, they refuse or ignore me. I have expressed my concerns to my employer and have made complaints to ABC Transportation.

I would recommend this agency to EVERYONE! The drivers are courteous, friendly and efficient! The staff members are just as friendly and polite! I love this Agency! I cant wait til they expand to Detroit! Personally Ive never had an issue with them and I believe if you had a bad experience with any of the staff or drivers, it had to be you! No way I have a great experience on the phone and during my ride wit a different person (might I add) each time! You get what you put out in the Universe and if youre bitter and or mean when commuting with people, you should expect it back! AGAIN... I love and would Recommend ABC OVERALL!!! My insurance company and the hotel I work has used ABC Transportation for years. For me, they couldnt have done a better job. For the last two years they have taken me back and forth to therapies at a hospital and a Rehab facility safely and quickly. The drivers are really great and kind and considerate. The folks in the office are very kind and helpful. I recommend them if you need a safe and timely ride.

Was caught in a pinch and needed service from Garden City to the airport. Called at 6am for a ride at 630, reasonable rate and timely service. Only odd thing was the driver couldnt swipe my company card, and took down the info on a carbon sheet, 80s style. Courteous and professional driver

Very unreliable and unprofessional. You are better off using Uber! Dispatch is rude and lack communication skills. Drivers are late and inconsiderate. You can plan ride in advance and there still will be some type of issue with transportation smh

Ive never in my life taken a cab before and I was nervous to say the least after reading some of the reviews online about other cab companies. I called ABC, took the gentleman less than 15 min to get to my house, he was an extremely pleasant and kind man, I felt at ease and he was a very careful, but efficient driver. The car was in very good shape, was clean, comfortable and smelled nice. I had friendly chatter with the driver, wish I wouldve gotten his name so I could commend him, and it was not very expensive to get to my destination. I would absolutely call this cab company again if I ever have the need and would recommend ABC to anyone else. Great 1st cab ride!

If you want me to be honest, the point Im at with this company, theyre lucky theyre even getting three stars. ABC cab has been apart of my life for between 6 to 8 years. Time and time again the people on the phone are rude, and have zero interest in customer service or even letting people know if they have a high wait time. They have some of the most friendly and amazing drivers and thats where the stars are coming from, but even the drivers know what kind of people answer the phone, and how rude they are.*remember to tip your drivers, they wont be getting mine anymore!

I have to say this was by far the best cab service their is. The guy driving was cool, and nice . Dont know why some people on here give it a bad rating.

Great cab driver. I wish i got his name to give him a personal recommendation. A little older car, but driver was great! Picked me up at Shields Pizza in Southfield to airport, and drove the surface streets to show me the areas. Props man... I really enjoyed the ride.

This place is alright. The drivers are really nice and the service is decent. Sometimes they just take a really really long time to get there, not sure if they need to hire more drivers or what but you can be waiting an hour + sometimes.

Excellent service with usually fast pick-up. Knowledgeable and helpful drivers. Rates are typical for the Detroit metro area. Although my cabs were not metered, they charged only for actual mileage-not wait time. Overall, an excellent service I would recommend to others.

Ive had good service from them many times. But there are those times when things dont go right. I use a wheelchair, Im disabled. I just get out of a cab because the driver couldnt put my chair in the trunk. Not a big deal, things happen. They have a spare tire in their so it takes up room.I think that they need someone who has knowledge of the disabled, such as people who use wheelchairs, to come and show them what they should do in such an event. How to fold the wheelchair IF the chair can be folded. I understand that some cant. I think that cab drivers, not just with ABC need to be more knowledgable. More informed.

Called for their famous quote and I am still waiting! This place sucks and will leave you stranded. Walking is better than the hassle of this dam place!

This company is unorganized and disrespectful, most of the drivers themself are clean and professional some are not but that’s expected. It is the people running the whole show that are the issue, there unorganized and very unapologetic when they mess up. When you have a busy schedule and you give notice to a time change and they come two some hours later telling you over and over there almost there and you complain and they make it impossible for you to change times it’s quite rude, the problem is not one dispatcher wants to do there job and it messes up everything. I would never recommend this company, honestly if even if it’s a major walk just walk it they will show up when you walked that hour walk showered and ate. Save you’re time and money, ride with them is double one of a lyft!

We use ABC cab on a regular basis for our customers at work and they are always prompt, and courteous. I am sure it is tough being a cab company today, I have always been happy with them and recommend them!!!

Cab driver talked about sex the entire ride. (VERY unprofessional & creepy) Upon reaching my destination he then told me that hed like to have sex with me. When calling dispatch to complain about the service the dispatcher told my fiance Ill f@#k your wife too! Unprofessional company & a truly horrifying experience! Use any other cab service, DO NOT use ABC!!!

Driver was on time and really friendly and understanding but due to a misunderstanding with the company he thought I was going somewhere else and didnt have enough money for the trip. Unfortunately this resulted in me going to an atm and going back to my boyfriends to get more money and running up the bill even higher than it already was. I will use uber next time, its cheaper and those kinds of errors are unlikely.

This company is very unprofessional. Every time I have gotten one of their cabs, the drivers ALWAYS SPEED, and if youre handicapped, you actually need to ask them for help because they will go back in the cab and sit if you dont. Also, I got a cab for someone to the grocery store yesterday and not only did the cab driver call AND txt them while they were in the store to bug them about how long they are going to be, they did it so much that the person I sent to the store actually was unable to get everything because the cabbie kept bothering them. So essentially we ended up paying for the trip to the store and only being able to get a small portion of things we went for because we were being rushed- frankly I think they should just give me my money back because that is how much its going to cost me that much to go BACK to the store to get the stuff we couldnt get because we were being rushed. Ill tell you one thing, Im not going with ABC ever again- Ill call someone more professional like Yellow Cab instead. (I wouldnt be giving any start if it didnt force me to publish this)

Ive had good experience with them before, but after having my back surgery I cant drive for 2 weeks, I called to get a cab up to the gas station... A mile away. They told me they are t doing any round trips until after 4:30.... I said its a mile away... It will take less then 5 minutes to take me there and back home.... Makes no sense... But I could get a cab to the airport 30 minuets away no problem? Was very rude about it.

Called them an hour ahead of time to come an hour before my scheduled apointment which I was told they would make because they were on time with their schedule. They were an hour and a half late. Completely unreliable.

I was picked up in Westland to go to Farmington Rd. in Livonia & the driver, a black woman driving a white Chevy minivan charged me $36.00 for traveling 12 miles when its only 5.7 miles from my home. I did not want to start an argument so I paid it & called her dispatcher & he told me that well maybe she had her odometer on kilometers & not miles 12 kilometers is 7.4 miles which at $3 a mile is $21.00. Not to mentioned that my boyfriend called to complain & found out that when she cleared the call it was for $25.00. I was charged 12.00 for the return trip and the driver Tony was awesome. If this particular driver does what she did to me she will single handedly ruin your business!

My driver asked me if I had the money to pay! I found that rude, and he drove a little wacky too. Other than him, fast pickup and I made it home.

Insurance company set us up with ABC for nonemergency medical transportation. Worst experience ever and continues to be, despite their claims to resolve issues. Too often after drop off, they dont come back to pick up. Client has medical issues and left stranded on top of it. They have zero accountability. Want decent service? Use Uber. Stay away from this company or you will be disappointed at the very least. Any one who claims otherwise, does NOT use them on a regular basis. We use them at least twice per week.

The worst company to call I have been waiting 3 hours for a cab, I would never ever call them again. I could have walked home by now! Every time I called to check on the cab, I was told Im next. My driver from livonia to novi was very professional and nice. He called when he arrived and knocked on the door when I didnt hear my phone.

Terrible service. I always call an hour and a half before I need to be somewhere and they are always late. Today I called for a cab at 6:10 am. It is now 7:12 and the cab has yet to show up. I just called another company 15 minutes ago and theyre already here. This is not the first time this has happened and I will no longer be supporting this company.

I called for a cab and my eta was suppose to be 15min that turned into 45 when i called to find out why it was tk so long the guy was rude and asked what i wanted him to do about it and before i could answer hung up on me so i called back and asked to speak with his supervisor and he very rudely replied i am the supervisor smh the worst cab service i ever received
