Wouldnt fix their mistake without charging. Paid for the same job twice. I would recommend finding a more honest mechanic.

These guys are amazing! I was kept well informed and up to date on everything going on while my car was being taken care of, and paying quite a bit less than I thought I would have to was a huge bonus! All the guys I talked to were personable and just the best. Never taking my car anywhere else!

Who knew your steering hardware could fall off the front of your (beloved) Dodge Ram 2500, but it can and did. Yellowstone Imports was all over it and in less than 24 hours (going into a weekend) had my truck back on the road 100% repaired with all new parts, and aligned as well. Great job by great people.

I have had bad brake problems with my Mitsubishi since I bought it in August, and have taken it to five shops, had two master brake cylinders replaced, and been given incorrect diagnoses for the problem. The team here at Yellowstone Imports has been -Amazing-, gave me a fix that lasted through an 8,000 mile road trip until I could get a new MBC installed. Staff is incredibly friendly, and genuinely cares about their customers. I would recommend them to anyone in the Montana/Wyoming areas that needs affordable, quality work from honest mechanics.

Josh is always helpful---and today, went above and beyond the call of duty. Even though he was short-staffed, he agreed to let me bring my car and leave it there and he would get to it if he could fit it in. Not only did he diagnose the issue (something different--and cheaper--than we thought it may be,) he delivered my car to my house, as it was the end of the day and he knew I needed it for work tomorrow morning. He also found me a good price on new snow tires, which was much appreciated. He and his fellow service staff are always cheerful and accommodating.

They always work with our schedules when we need to get our cars in, get them worked on in a timely manner, and keep you updated on whats going on with the car. A few mornings ago, upon starting my elderly vehicle, which had been buried in snow for 2+ weeks, there were all sorts of red lights flashing and beeping. Nick and the friendly folks at Yellowstone Imports got me in quickly, solved the problems, and were accommodating in getting the vehicle back to me. This kind of excellent service, along with very reasonable prices, is how these folks regularly do business. Thank you!

Drove up from Utah because they had the exact color/model I was looking for and at an excellent price. Adam was great to deal with and communicated quickly and professionally. It took a lot of trust to drive 8 hours to buy a car we had never driven, but he provided a video and all other info we needed. When we got to the dealership everything was ready. We were there for no more than an hour. We were very impressed and have been very happy with the vehicle.

On a cross country road trip, we stopped in Livingston for lunch en route to Missoula. Our trucks 25 year-old fuel pump took its last breath and we got stranded for 30 hours. Josh came through and helped us get back on the road with superb, expedited service. He even lent us his car so we didnt have to carry out things on a 1.5 mile trek to our hotel. Excellent, thorough, and speedy service with a lot of care. Thank you very much for everything. A huge point to add is the pricing was fair, as well.

Not happy with the car I bought from them last year at all. Yes I bought the car as is but they lead me to believe that all of the 100k mile work was done on the car. So a month after having the car the clutch goes out. And now not even having the car for a year the timing belt went out on me. I never would have let it go out if I knew that it hadnt been replaced. It has been one thing after the other with this car. I would not recommend this car to a friend or even an enemy. I am telling everyone I know to never buy a car from these people. They are not honest.They also commented saying I never called and reported issues with the car. Which I did. So if you do have issues make sure to have them note it down. Do not buy from these people.

The vehicle we purchased from here immediately had issues. The AC stopped working days after we purchased the vehicle. When we took it to a shop they said there was a crack in the AC compressor and it looks like the coolant had been overfilled to compensate so it would work temporarily. We have had a host of other issues that were hidden from us when purchasing the vehicle. I would never purchase a vehicle from this place again.

We bought a 2011 Toyota Rav4 base from Yellowstone Imports. We were from Helena and due to time constraints, we did a limited test drive of this vehicle. We were assured that the vehicle had gone thru a multi-point inspection and the car was OK and no major issues were disclosed by the salesman. There was evidence that someone on the staff had been driving this vehicle regularly....So they would have known about the failing transmission. We bought the vehicle for cash and drove back to Helena where the vehicle was parked until we got some other business done. When we drove the vehicle, we notice a rather loud whine at certain speeds coming from the transmission. We took it to a local well known transmission shop and they told us that the transmission was going bad. A super expensive repair...around $4000.00!! After some thought, we contacted our attorney and he suggested that we contact Yellowstone Imports to allow them to make things right. This we have done, but have received no reply back. My wife and I feel that Yellowstone Imports knew about the trans issue and knowingly and deliberately failed to mention it at the time leading up to the sale. We feel that a fair redress would be to return the vehicle for a full refund of the sale price. This is NOT a warranty issue, rather an issue of deliberate misrepresentation of this vehicle.8/30/2018 Heard back from Yellowstone Imports. We exchanged some e-mails to no avail. Apparently they see themselves as the injured party here, because we took our concerns out onto social media. We are the bad guys. The psychologists call this projection and transference. They accept no liability whatsoever. We were told to take a hike. So, if you choose to do business with these guys, especially with used cars, make sure to check it out thoroughly....OR you might get one that has been well greased!!

I bought a 2010 GMC Sierra 4x4 used here with 96,000 miles, after 6 months had check engine light on, my local mechanic in Belgrade told me had major electrical issues. They came and got it and cut repair bill in half and at this point I gave a 5 star review. Now 6 months later service traction control flashing, service stabilitrak flashing, check tires low signal on when tires are all at full psi. Truck is a lemon and I believe they knew it, just traded off at Ressler for brand new truck....avoid Yellowstone Country in Livingston they sell junk!

Rented a uhaul from here, had a good experience.

Very easy to talk to and work with.

Went yesterday to look for a vehicle around 4pm, no one to be found building locked up even though sign says they are open till 6pm. Guess they didnt want to sell me a car.
