I called to set up an initial appointment and the time was scheduled from 10 to 12. At 1215 I called to see whats going on because no one showed up. I was told then, that the technician was finishing one stop then had another stop before mine was up and he/she wouldnt be at my house until after one. I understand things come up, but I feel I was neglected and unimportant to their business. Orkin should have, at the very least, gave me a call at the point they knew they would not be here on time instead of me having to call them.

They never answered my request for an inspection.
