One of the owners has been doing my eyebrows here for the past 10+ years! They are amazing! They have excellent service, and always go above and beyond for their customers. I really appreciate the owner and her staff.

Got a gel mani & regular pedi, from Jenny and Nancy, and they are both the sweetest. They definitely will take such good care of you! They give a great shoulder rub after the manicure too, which is such a treat! Theyre great at choosing matching colors for your polishes. Went back for my 2nd time, and Im for sure coming back for my next mani pedi!

This salon is cluttered, dirty, and out-dated. Pedicure chairs are falling apart, pieces of junk mail taped to tables as placemats, setting equipment used for shellac looks like it was all fished out of a lake. There was nail dust and acrylic powder all over the chairs and side tables, stains all over the furniture, walls, and floor.Staff was typical of many of these types of salons... Indifferent to our presence, never spoke to us except for short commands, cold and unwelcoming... But plenty of loud chatting and laughing amongst themselves. They do not allow tips to be added on to credit/debit card payments and got pretty snippy with us for not knowing (this was our first time).Only two redeeming factors. 1) They took us right away - two people for shellac Mani and pedi done at the same time (we were in a hurry) and 2) not only were they generous with the hand/feet massage - they actually give you a neck massage as well.Given the number of other viable options for nails in Livermore, this place is definitely not worth a special trip.
