I had gone to this place once before and had a horrible experience. But then I decided to try them again after reading so many good reviews. I had asked the lady about builder gel which thier website says they do and her response to me was we dont do that. Then I asked about dip. And she then told me because my nails were so short and peeling that dip wont work only acrylic. I told her I wanted them short and almond shaped. When I pointed out to her the some were crooked her Response was that my finger were crooked. After looking at them all day yesterday which was Sunday I decided to call on Monday which is today and have them fix fix my nails and she told me that they wont take them off and redo them that they would only fix them which would make them really short I was asked for a refund she told me that she would not give me a refund either So none to say the least I will never go to this place its horrible they did not fix my nails they did not refund me my pedicure was horrible it looks like all they did was paint my nails. NEVER. EVER GO TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE RUDE AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Kyla did amazing job with my pedicure. So gentle bi yet did why needed to be done to make my poor feet look new again!Trish did my gel manicure and was so sweet thank you girls for making it a great experience

I called last minute and they took me right away. They were going to close soon but they took their time and both my mani and pedi were done with precision and excellence. Probably the best I’ve ever had! I had a hard day at work and it was exactly what I needed to relax and wind down. They took good care of me!

No that great! The manicure is bad, they hardly do anything for manicure except for cutting cuticles! I got my nails done(acrylic full set), she was in hurry and messed up the nails.. disappointed!

Been going to Linh since they opened. Been happy with both nails and toes and even converted a few friends and family to her shop. Her staff is always friendly and warm. Prices are good and I live nearby which is a plus

Had my first (and only) pedicure here and they did a really good job. The warm stones and the massage chair were my favorite part. ☺️

I will never come here again. I came in to get a full set and the girl who was doing my nails was not even looking half the time she was doing my nails. She kept looking else where. she had an attitude about everything even when I wanted to have them shaped a certain way she seemed upset. My nails literally look like a 10 year old did them. I’m just being honest because I love getting my nails done and I don’t wnat another girl to go through the same experience I did. I highly do not recommend this place!

Friendly, quick, but not rushed service. Ive been once and did a French gel manicure and regular pedicure for $50. The gel manicure was not overly thick and clumpy, which Ive had in the past. Will continue to try them out and see how the salon does over time.

Ive been going here for years and absolutely love Linh, Hannah and Fong.

They did my nails crooked & i kept asking for a long size repeatedly and i got shorter nails than what i wanted. Also the filling in my nails go half way not all the way to the bottom of my nail which makes them last less time. Very disappointed. $30. I do not recommend.

This place is the best in Livermore. I have been to many places and not been happy K&D has great prices and great work. I would highly recommend this place. 😍

Called 10 min before closing and she still took her time to see me and did a beautiful job first time here will return.
