A SWING AND A MISS. I had a simple oil change done there earlier this week - next morning had a drizzle of oil leaking from my car onto the driveway - because they failed to tighten down the pan drain bolt. Not cool. The filter was a little less than snug too. This is EASY stuff. If I didnt happen to look down, Id hate to think of the later impact to my wallet when the check engine light came on. I mean, usually these guys are paying attention - I hit them in the afternoon and there was only one car ahead of me, thats all. This should have been a no-brainer, I have the easiest, most simple car to change oil on. Maybe they had too good a lunch or smoke break. This is all pretty much inexcusable. I usually change my own oil but decided to throw them some business...Its sad when people working in a job cant deliver on simple basics. Im going back to doing my own oil changes.

Professional, polite, efficient. In and out in about 15 minutes. Reasonable price and very convenient. Definitely will come to Vasco Quick Lube for my next service. Victor was a pleasure to deal with and the whole crew is clearly a team.

I went there to see about a brake and light inspection they were very nice and courteous and offered to take me right in but I already had an appointment and I ended up just keeping that appointment but theyre very nice and professional and I would definitely take my car in there again if I needed something

The people who work here are a really friendly team that know their stuff. I went in and told them about my shuddering brakes and that my oil service light had come on. Guess what they charged me for. Front brake pads and an oil change. No ringing me up and telling me you need this done and that changing on top of the things I brought the vehicle in for. They actually rotated my wheels as the service code indicated, free of charge and filled my windscreen wash. So happy I found this place. Its great to find a local place offering reliable, friendly service that wont rip you off. Ill be bringing my vehicle back here. Thank you.

Great place to get your oil changed. The place is fast and never too busy. I can get in and out on a workday no problem. They always top off all of my fluids, put air in my tires, and give an overall detailed inspection of my vehicles.

I cannot say enough good stuff about these folks. Its my go-to for anything mechanical from regular oil changes to some major car repairs. Quick and Efficient and priced just right for the regular person. Recommended to both my mom and friends who are all now longtime customers.

Cons - Quoted $91.00 for oil change on the phone. When I arrived they wanted $245.00 for an oil change on my jeep grand cherokee. We had them stop checking fluids because I was taking the car somewhere else Told them nicely that was to much for an oil change. I took it to a similar place in Brentwood they charged me $119.00 for the same 540 oil they were going to use. Also pointed out that someone over tightened the radiator resevoir cap separating it into 2 pieces. Not saying Vasco Lube did that on purpose but I did see an attendant putting the cap back on after I said I could not afford the oil change for $245.Pros- They appeared to be quick in service

The seriously quickest team out there for oil changes. I bring both my Ford and my Toyota here from Brentwood. They do a good job and respect your time. I have been in and out within fifteen minutes 7 of 8 times. And that is a astonishing without a single appointment. 👏🏻

I have been taking our company vehicles here for oil changes for over two years. The customer service is great and I love that they dont do a lot of heavy up selling at every visit. I trust this place and they get the job done fast at a fair price.

This place is a joke shop goodluck. The owner pays employees for fake reviews on yelp etc and complains to.get.the bad ones removed.

Man I tell ya, couple of jerks in there sometimes. Ive only been in here twice. Once was a no-brainer oil change they did while I waited, and that was fine I suppose. The other time was for a coolant flush and I had to leave the car (remember I said FLUSH, not just sucking it out and putting new stuff in). So I wandered across the street for a taco or 14, and then came back. Well when I came back, they pulled my car out of the shop and told me they were done. Great! Paid my bill, drove home, popped the hood and took a look... Coolant all over the place for starters. Oh well, so I hosed it off. But I checked the coolant and it looked dirty. So I took it back and the guys were jerks about it and didnt want to do anything to fix it. Well, at least the front office lady was nice and one out of two experiences was good I guess, right?

I had been taking my vehicles for smog to this place for years, last time (11/17) was a disaster. The vehicle did not pass the visible smoke test which is completely subjective. When I asked the technician to show me the visible smoke we got into an altercation, he verbally abused me and literally kicked me out of the garage. I took the car to the dealer for a check and they found no problem. Im having to go through the Refereeing process to get the certificate.

Reasonable prices. Insanely fast. On-the-level advice without the upsell. Theyve earned a repeat customer.

Today I brought my 2011 Chevy HHR into Vasco Quick Lube. Anyway the guy behind the counter told me that the manufacturer recommends full sythetic oil. That was not true. My car has never had full synthetic in it. I told him to put in partial synthetic for $20 less.The guy that actually changed the oil, I asked to look at the dipstick after he had changed the oil. The stick read 1 quart low. He said he put 5 quarts in. I told him I dont care, I want the new oil he just put in to go up to the full line of the dipstick.These people will try to sell you full synthetic that you dont need. Then they will not even fill your car with engine oil, and they consider their job done.Avoid this company.John Powell

I heard good thing about this astablishment but only used it once to recycle used oil from my dirt bikes. So I thought I would have them do the first oil change on my new diesel truck for me. I called them from work on Friday. Not sure who I spoke with but the gentlemen was very helpful and friendly. I told him that I was new to diesels and that I wasn’t sure what oil to use. He listed several brands that they had that he said were compatible with my 2018 GMC Sierra HD2500 duramax diesel truck. We pick a standard non Synthetic oil. He gave me a verbal quote of $91.00. I asked if they were open on Saturdays cause I wanted to come down in the morning to get it done. He said they were open normally seven days a week.I didn’t make it on Saturday ended up having something else I had to take care of. Ended up taking the truck down on Sunday afternoon.When I arrived I parked the truck in the back parking lot. One of the tech came out to greet me. I told him I wanted to get my oil changed. He said go ahead and pull the truck up to the first bay and then go inside the office to tell them what you want done. When I got inside I met a gentlemen by the name of Alex behind the counter. He asked me if I had a appointment. I said no. I told him I wanted a oil change on my new diesel truck. He looked up what oils were compatable with my truck. He said 5/40 was what the factory recommended. He then said he only had one oil brand in the 5/40 that they carried. And it would be $216.00 for the oil change. I said is that a Synthetic oil. He said yes. I said I didn’t want a expensive synthetic oil because I heard these new DEF systems in these new trucks contamenate the oil after a while. So I asked for a standard oil. He said he could put any oil that I wanted but he would have to state on the paper work that this oil voids the engine manufacturer warranty. I said there’s a duramax supplement from the engine manufacturers that I seen online for my truck that states a couple different oils that I could use. So I looked it up and then showed him. He said he could put that oil in but would still have to state on the paperwork that this oil voids the warranty. I said why. He said because the data that they have on my computer that is giving to them from the engine manufacturers states to only use the 5/40. I said but that’s not true. I ended up having to leave the establishment with out getting my oil changed. I have to say he was nice to me the whole time and wished me a merry Christmas when I was leaving.
