I had a wonderful experience starting with the moment I arrived. Someone came out and greeted me and ask what I was there for. He introduced me to Don over in quick lane. I was there for a 60,000 mile service and Don was able to get the service written promptly. This was my first time at Livermore Ford so a couple of extra questions had to be asked. He told me that my car should take about 2.5 hours and that is exactly what it took. I will return!

Brandon Priest ensured that my vehicle was fully inspected and repaired as quickly as possible and communicated the process openly with me. Each time I’ve been in for a service he ensures my pickup is looked over for any issues I might not be aware of and not for the sake of raising a bill but because he knows I’m particular about everything working right all of the time. The guy deserves a lunch break once in a while, very dedicated to his customers!

I went in for routine service, about 7000 miles after purchase. At purchase I was told that the brakes still had about 60% of their life left. At time of service I was told that the inside calipers on the rear brakes had less than 5% of their life left. I don’t understand how that could have changed so much after only 7000 miles. I feel I was deceived at the time of purchase. I will continue to use this dealership for services covered un the plan but will not use them for out of plan repairs. In the current pandemic related climate for shortages in the automobile industry I feel I was taken advantage of. Car dealers have long had a dubious reputation and this only services to reinforce that perception.

Just leased a new Ford Bronco Sport from Livermore Ford. My experience with Josue was about as smooth and easy as the sales experience could be. He made me feel at ease and was receptive to reasonable negotiations. I felt like he had my best interest in mind and took a genuine effort to get me as a good a deal as can be had at the moment given the inventory shortages.

My husband and I have been seeing lots of good reviews for the Ford Mustang Mach-E online and became interested in purchasing one for ourselves. For years we have wanted to switch over to electric vehicles to help the environment and save on gas. We also both have smaller cars and wanted an SUV for more space since we plan to have kids soon.We walked into the Livermore Ford dealership around 6PM after work with the intention of test driving the Mach-E to see if it fit our needs. We were greeted at the door by a very kind salesman named Rafi. He normally gets off work at 6PM but stayed over late to assist us. He immediately took us over to a Mach-E that was available for test driving and presented all the features on the car. He allowed us to privately test drive on our own so we drove the car around Livermore for about half an hour. We definitely fell in love with the car after test driving and walked back into the dealership with the intention to purchase. We specifically wanted to purchase the California Route 1 with extended range battery in black. Lucky for us, there was an all black version that just arrived the night before! Rafi sat down with us and patiently went through the purchasing process. He was very professional and answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. We never felt rushed or pressured. Rafi has the type of friendly personality that made us feel like we’d known him for a long time even though we had just met him. His manager also came over a few times and made sure we were taken care of.After doing all the financial paperwork, the buying process concluded around 10PM. Rafi handed me my key and opened the door to my new car. He even helped me set up the FordPass app on my phone so I could use my phone as a key as well as access other fancy features. I was very appreciative of how late he stayed at work just to make sure everything was in order for me.Since our transaction went a bit late, the worker who does the car wash and detailing was already off work. Rafi scheduled for me to come in the next morning to have the wash and detailing done. I drove my car in the next morning and Rafi drove me back home so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. When my car was done being cleaned, he had his coworker AJ come pick me up. AJ was very friendly and professional as well. After being brought over to my clean car, he helped un-package the all-weather floor mats that came with the car and installed them all for me.A week after my purchase, Rafi called me to check in and see how the car was working out. Again I was very appreciative of him looking out for me.Out of all my car buying experiences, this was hands down the best I’ve had. Rafi and his team at the Livermore Ford really made me feel like a valuable customer and that I came to the right place to buy a car. I am loving my new ride and have gotten so many compliments on it already!

I was online shopping for suv that is safe, reliable and low maintenance. Sounded strange, even though meter read 75% oil life. Ends up almost a month later, it needed 3 more quarts of oil! Not leaking, just a non- thorough service on a used non-Ford.Could have gone somewhere else when I saw they were a little pushy the first time I went in person and ran my credit when I said that I would pay cash or take care of it through my bank. My car was totaled and I needed something but really not that desperate and I like that model. Im happy that my car is still running and I did the research on my next car.

My father and I stopped by here a few weeks ago looking for a pick-up truck. We were greeted by AJ, talked a little bit about the truck we wanted and he walked us over to the car. After test driving and inspecting the truck, we came to an agreement that this was the specific truck we were looking to buy.AJ was very professional and walked my dad and I through the steps of purchasing and leaving with the car off the lot that same day. He was not pushy at all, and insisted to take out times to check out trucks at other dealerships!! This was the first time my father and I had purchased from a commercial dealership, AJ was very patient and answered every question we had. We were in and out of the dealership, with our truck, within 3 hours.Dealerships need more sales associates like AJ. People who are not pushy, care about the customers interest, and passionate about their job!! AJ has the fits all the characteristics.If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, I highly recommend AJ!

Joe in sales was spectacular. Did not have that typical car sales vibe you come to expect. At Livermore Ford I had a much different experience that I have had at any other dealerships. Awful communication. I am not to review but sometimes you have to waste your time and do it. Bought a car here this year. Went to do first service was told it be free. I even showed them a coupon sent with Ford Livermore on the coupon. They question if I used it already and that I didn’t have points. If you have a coupon with their dealer and location How could I use that anywhere else?! And they have everything in there system to see if my car has been in to their location. I just hit the mileage I mean makes no sense.... bad service. It’s just nice to know that every Ford is own individually so taking my service elsewhere makes me feel so much better!

I feel that Don and Roger have always given me good advice and service in the Ford QuickLane service area. Don suggested that I replace the tires which have been subjected to four years of valley heat and wear-and-tear on Highway 5. The transmission and brake fluids are also 4-years-old, so they got replaced, too. These were done during the cars 60,000-mile scheduled maintenance service. I believe that attending to the tires, transmission fluid, and brake fluid will lead to better and safer rides, and prolong the life of the engine and transmission. Thanks, Don and Roger!

As a police officer driving Crown Victorias and Explorers for 27 years, I have been very loyal to the brand. Super friendly and willing to work with me on the price. My only problem was the smoke smell in the car is out of this world. They tried covering it with coffee grounds but that only made it worse. Its been a few weeks and still trying to get rid of the smell. But customer service wise and overall quality of the car is great! Definitely recommend this place.

Very happy with the service. I made a reservation earlier that week for some scheduled maintenance. On that service day they quickly checked me in, told me it would be about an hour and a half, and directed me to the waiting area.Exactly 95 minutes later my Fusion was ready (they even washed the car for me!). It was exactly how a service visit should be.

Took my truck in for coolant disappearing and the smell of it burning. Three days to diagnose bad radiator. Service advisor screwed up three times on my warranty company and claim even though all info was given to him when truck was dropped off. Called a week later to say the lower radiator hose was leaking and also needed to be replaced not covered by warranty and would cost $1k. They couldnt see that on original diagnosis, B.S. most likely damaged when removing radiator and stick me with the bill. Long story short, they worked on the truck, warranty only covered some of the cost, and truck is still losing coolant. The mark-up on their parts is astronomical, even for a dealership. Same parts at a different dealer were half the price they charged me. STAY AWAY! They dont care about customers, they will not respond to complaints.

I made an early appointment for an oil change (8:30am) because I had meetings starting at noon. I thought this would give me plenty of time since they told me it should take 60-90 minutes to complete. I even arrived early (8:15am) to make sure they had my vehicle as quickly as possible. I waited in the lobby to do some work, and at 10:30am (2 hours later) I saw the office worker walk in and I assumed my car was done. Instead, he came in to tell me that the did not have the right parts.First, I was upset that it took them 2 hours to even inform me of this. This was a full 2 hours after my appointment time.Second, I made my appointment a full week in advance so they knew what vehicle was coming in at that time and had plenty of time to prepare and get any parts needed.I paid a lot of money for full service and maintenance, and was not impressed at all with my first experience with them. My vehicle was not done until 11:45am, a full 3 hours and 15 minutes after my appointment time. This was for a simple oil change. I feel like I am stuck with them since I paid in advance for their service, and as a result they feel no need to earn my repeat visits with quality customer service and care.

I have an old 2001 F-250 that I’ve kept up over the years, but felt it was time to have Ford check it out and make sure everything was safe and in place…they did have a problem removing one spark plug/coil combo and ended up having to remove and retap a bolt into the manifold…glad Ford did it vs a third party repair…Ford went over all the major systems, replacing anything needed and gave her a clean bill of health…My truck is still running great and a lot cleaner than it’s been in awhile…

Dont forget to get your certified Ford replacement parts too. I got a brand new Motorcraft engine Air cleaner too. Dropped my F250 off Monday evening for minor warranty work on Tuesday (door lock). Late Tuesday afternoon (3pm) I receive a call that the wrong part was ordered & that Ford needed to keep it until Wednesday awaiting correct part. Then, Tuesday night I receive an email from Livermore Ford telling me that I missed my scheduled appointment. Once the correct part was received the job was completed quickly, just wish it had been Tuesday morning instead of Wednesday.

Im Sorry but I had a very bad service experience at this dealer. I do not object to the pricing, rather, it is all the factors associated with a pleasant service experience. Think Amazon as the Gold Standard for a purchase experience. Anyway. Here are my complaints but not necessarily in order of severity:1- I will not mention which service advisor I had for obvious reasons2 - I rarely use the Dealer because they are expensive but my rear end problem made it necessary, in my view, to use the Dealer.3 - My expectations were that the service would be impeccable accompanied by a huge bill. What I received was a huge bill and really really bad service4 - They dont work on weekends and they are understaffed.5. I was told multiple times by my service advisor that he had 100 cars in his Q alone. This was in replay to my complaint about why it was taking so long. Im sorry, I cant accept the fact that they have too much business as an excuse to not repair my truck in a timely manner.6. It too a total of 12 business days to repair my problem, and they dont work on weekends.7. Once my car was out of the service bay, they would wait until a service bay was available to reinsert my car into a service bay. What ever happened to 1st in and 1st out.8. The service advisor was not versed in tecnical details associated with the repair scope.9. When I picked up the car the drivers area was very greasy and I had to clean up the whole area.10. And, the area were the service sticker was on the window had gobs of stick glue on the surface of my window and I spend 5 minutes cleaning it off.I will never go back to this dealer and will head to PLeasanton instead.RT

I get great service for my 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid at Livermore Ford. They pick up my car at my house and return it when done. They even washed it for me this time and added new wiper blades for me. I have a service contract, so all my service is free. If you use Livermore Ford for service for your car, ask for Roger. He is very accommodating.

This is my very first service of my new F-250 diesel Tremor. The experience was absolutely wonderful. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and welcoming. My service advisor was very informative and attentive. I was even checked on by a very nice gentleman whom I believe was the GM of the dealership. Truck was well cared for and they even washed it for me! I will be in the area for the next couple years working and Livermore Ford will be where I get my truck serviced every time.

I came in last week for my appointment to get a safety recall done on my 2013 Ford CMax Hybrid SEL. After the service was completed I tried to open my passenger door and I cant open it at all. I called the dealership to say that the recall was not correctly treated and that the issue was still there. I was told that since the recall was inspected and passed all requirements but I do not believe that whoever did the service actually looked at my vehicle. This will be now my third time trying to get this fixed and I am beyond disappointed that the issue has not been resolved.I have tried multiple times to get in contact with the service manager and have not been able to reach him.UPDATE: I went in 3 times to get the issue fixed. Every time I got ny car back the issue was not resolved. They supposedly fixed my door but it still will not open. They apparently ordered new pins to fix the panel in my door but they broke and cannot be put into place. My door now is in worse shape than when I took it in the first time A MONTH ago. This is absolutely pathetic. And every time I tried to call them no one would answer or give me any updates on the status of my car. If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. I called the director and have not heard back.

I inquired about a Used VW Passat diesel and made and appointment to test drive and view the vehicle. I was sure to let the sales person know that I will be purchasing the vehicle cash and will be traveling 2 hours to the dealership. After arriving when I asked for the sales man that I was told to ask for he did not show. The sales man who did proceed to help me then let me know that the vehicle had not been serviced or inspected and he could not find the keys.I went out of my way with multiple texts and calls to make sure the vehicle was ready and was assured it would be. He let me know that they had only had the vehicle for a couple of days, which I do not believe because I was in contact with the dealership for over a week about this specific vehicle..after sitting and waiting for an hour my husband and I left because the sales man never came back or didn’t even attempt to let us know if he would or could get the keys or give us any other details about the vehicle. We had cash in hand ready to buy and it was a huge bust. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed in the customer service and the lack of communication within the dealership.

I contacted Livermore Ford for an oil change the morning the same day the work was done. They created time for me to come in the afternoon and discovered that there was an issue with one of the batteries leaking that I was not aware of. Since I was just over 42,000 miles, we decided to go ahead and have that service done. It took exactly two (2) hours as estimated. They even washed the truck to boot. A couple of items for the -1 star: it was extremely difficult for me to complete down payment due to lack of electronic payment options (ACH OR WIRE), I did not have checks because I was traveling. The car also did not have floor mats, which I did not realize until 3 days after purchase, the dealership did not provide us with 2 keys as promised and did not fill the car with gas or provide us with a gas card alternatively. Its the little things.Other than the items above, a flawless buying experience. I arrived with pre-qual in hand, test drove the vehicle and they wrote-up the offer I brought in exactly. There was no haggling, arguing etc. Our salesman was particularly down to earth, kind and not salesy. My last car buying experience lasted over 5 hours, I was forced to talk to 4 different sales and finance people making all kinds of confusing assertions before I finally purchased and the whole scenario was a complete nightmare. I highly recommend Livermore Ford! Just check the floor mats, keys and gas level before buying and bring a check. :)

Not sure they wanted my business. $42000 ford ranger. $6000 down. $670 over 36 months lease with 10500 miles per annum. Residual at $27000. If I calculate the total cost over 36 month period $24000 paid. So if I add the residual+deposit+lease total paid I get a figure of $57000. That puts the tax registration and finance costs at $15000 . EXACT same pricing and lease structure with GMC VACAVILLE $499 a month and 12000 miles a year. Fail to grasp their maths completely

Not very impressed with overall service. I brought my truck in for a recall item and had them do an oil change. I asked the service rep about some sort of tune up since my gas mileage has been getting worse. He flipped through his phone searching for some sort of service to sell and we decided on a Fuel induction service for $330. I looked up the service when i got home and found on the Ford blog site that its not recommended for the ecoboost engine because its bad for the turbo. The truck is running worse than when I brought it in and I am hoping its due to the injection cleaner they put in my gas. they never did notify me that my truck was done. I got a text with a link to the work order summary that I thought was great. I digitally signed it to deny the $225 to fix the door ajar light they discovered but no call or text to say its ready to be picked up. I waited a few hours, plenty of time to give it a rinse and then just drove over at the end of the day. The dealerships used to wash your car when you brought it in and paid a lot of money for a service. The last few times I brought my truck in to Livermore Ford for repairs not just oil change I got it back dirty. The first time they apologized they didnt have anyone to wash it and they said they owed me a wash which I never went back for. This time they had no excuses just parked it out front and wished me a good day. I have used the quick lane many times for oil changes and that has always been good. Reps are very nice

I have purchased three cars through Livermore Ford/Lincoln. Only one with the current management group. I will not purchase another car. I am even risking worse service with this post.I have a new Mustang Mach-e on order. It is in production and with any luck, it will be delivered in the next month. California announced a new Clean Fuel Reward program worth $1500 off a new EV purchased through participating dealers. Many Ford Dealers are participating. Not Ford Livermore. Further, they say they will not participate, even though three other dealers within 45 miles are participating. This is free money that the dealer is choosing not to take advantage of. Other dealers have told me the process is quick and easy to participate. Why not Ford Livermore? Lazy? Certainly not customer service friendly. They say they have 25 Mach-e on order which means they will cost their customers nearly $40,000 in potential savings because they just dont want to participate.Unfortunately, I am unable to change my order to another dealer without sacrificing my delivery date.If you are pre-ordering a Ford Broco or Mustang Mach-e, I highly recommend you choose a dealer that is more focused on customer service.

Took my Ford Escape in for a full service check up. Unfortunately their transmission department only has two techs who do diagnostics. One was out for some reason the other was backed up. Advisor said he had some vehicles in for months waiting for service! I needed my car so cancelled that part of the diagnostics. Will now have to take back or somewhere else. Very disappointing.

Ive been coming to this dealer since I purchased my my vehicle over 5 years ago. Ive always felt it was great service until recently. The last visit really seemed sub par and several details were overlooked. One of my concerns regarding a recall notice didnt even get addressed. Had my oil and filter changed on Saturday. The next day I found an oil spot on my driveway, looked under the vehicle and found the oil filter had oil running down it and dripping. I wiped it clean, thought it might be residual from the change. Drove it the next day and found the same thing, oil running down the side of the filter and onto my driveway. Had to snug up the filter. Lets see if that does the trick. I mean really do I have to crawl under my vehicle and check on their work.....guess so!!!!! I probably should charge them what they charged me.

I do a lube and oil change every 5000 miles. The last time I was in, the guy forgot to re-set my computer to remind me of the next oil change. So now, every time I start the car I get a warning that I need an oil change. I cant figure out how to change this warning because the software controlling this feature is so complicated. Dino

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!I have never dealt with a more shady operation in my whole life.My daughter purchased her first car from this dealership and was asked to sign paperwork without having anything fully explained to her. She was told an out the door, final price, but when she later reviewed the paperwork and loan documents realized that she was charged for a $7000. warranty that she did not agree to or ask about. I was there with her at the time of purchase and the warranty was never brought up or discussed. The finance person she dealt with was Yusef, and he was outright dishonest and was somehow able to get the B of A loan amount raised to a higher amount. The $10,000 downpayment my daughter paid was not used toward the price of the car, as agreed. Now my daughters loan is for $40, 000 instead of $30,000 and the original $10,000 downpayment was used for a warranty and who knows what else.My daughter has tried resolving this matter and has been given the runaround by Yusef . I have called 3 times. I was hung up on once andthen called again to make an appointment with Steve Song but was told he didnt want to meet with us, but that he would call me back. I also left a message for the Director of Operations but havent heard back from anyone. This dealership is the epitome of sleazy.

Friendly staff (Donald) even though initially he was fighting computer issues. They were able them resolved and was able to get my vehicle in (very close to my scheduled appointment time) for servicing. Servicing was pretty straight forward, just an oil & oil Filter servicing. I was told to expect the time frame to be within a couple of hours. Fair enough. This was the first oil & filter servicing for my new 2020 vehicle.Time had pasted (close to a couple of hours) so I took a look to see if my vehicle had been pulled out, it was, so I inquired and sure enough it was ready. I settled up the bill and headed for home. Once I got home I crawled under the vehicle and noticed oil dripping from the oil filter. Being concerned, I wiped it clean and checked for tightness. I took back out for another test ride, after my return I checked it again. This time it was clean and not dripping. On additional inspection, I notice some type of white crusty material coming out of the fuel door (dripping def) and running down the painted surface. I took a cloth with clear water and wiped it off the painted surface and inside of the fuel door area. At this point I noticed a white spot that didnt wipe off. That ended up to be a small paint chip located just below the fuel door, as if it got bumped by something hard during the servicing. I must admit that I am a little disappointed with the lack of cleanliness (wiping off excess fluids) and paying attention to details and also getting my first paint chip, that kind of hurt. A small thing but never the less I now have to find a matching tough up paint for it. I will go back and give them another try because of my previous history of doing business there. As a result and because of the above I am only giving them a two star rating. Hopefully well get better results next time. Cheers!

Poorly run dealership. We called yesterday to arrange to view the new MachE. We were told they had one available and so we made an appointment for today but when we showed up at the appointed time, we were told that it had been sold. No-one bothered to call and they were completely unapologetic. Also, their show room seemed to be poorly ventilated and the salesmen did not appear to be masked unless with customers.

I recently brought my 2018 Expedition Max in for routine maintenance, which consisted of an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. I provided the new oil and filter because I use AMSOIL products in all my vehicles. Roger took care to ensure that this detail was not overlooked. I received a call from Roger a few hours later that my vehicle was ready. I returned, paid, and drove off with a clean car. Everything was done according to my instructions. Pretty simple. This is my second visit to Livermore Ford for routine maintenance. My prior experience was basically the same. Although I purchased my vehicle from Capitol Ford and I had a great experience with them, I go to Livermore Ford for service because it is much more convenient. I am very likely to return to Livermore Ford for the next cycle.

Overall, i was very happy with my cars service today. I was checked in very quickly and given an estimate of what my payment would be. I then was directed to the customer waiting room and was told it would be 2 hours or so. In about 1 hour and 15 minutes, my service manager came to the customer waiting room and says my car is ready. Everything was completed and the car was in good shape with no need to do anything thing extensive. My bill was reasonable and the car had been washed. Thank you Livermore Ford.

I had a confirmed appointment for a test drive of the Mustang Mach-e which they had two of on their lot. When I got there they said they’re not allowing test drives unless you’re planning to buy it. How is someone supposed to buy a car without a test drive? I also had made a deposit already to reserve one for order which they didn’t even care about. So it looks like you have to write them a check, sign the papers, own the car, and then take it for a test drive. Quite amusing. Their online appointment system for test drives is just a way to get customers into the dealership to make it look busy. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership or buy something else. I’m not impressed. No wonder why people are buying Teslas.

I have a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium Edition. My AC started blowing out warm air so I assumed that it needed to be recharged. Unfortunately my cars refrigerant is patented (R1234) so I had to take it to the dealership.. I decided to get a diagnostic done to make sure I didn’t have any leaks before having my AC recharged. $215 and 3 hours later the tell me that my AC Compressor died.. on a 2017 Escape?? There’s no way.. The price they quoted to fix it with service fees and all was $1650. It’s $400 to buy an AC compressor online wholesale. I feel that there’s a strong possibility they replaced my original AC compressor with a dud to try and get that money out of me. Unfortunately I have no way of proving that.. what kind of diagnostic takes 3 hours, though? I know cars that are like 12 years old with AC Compressors that work fine but all of a sudden mine is dead? Mhmm.. SUSPISH.

Mostly a great experience but it was like pulling teeth to get them to explain charges like Dent Repair and Etch. They sneak this stuff in and dont ask you if you want it (when your insurance or AAA likely already covers it).2) They make promises about vehicle delivery and including items like a mat for the rear of the vehicle and then forget what they promised and you really have to work to get them to follow through3) When you try to call the manager Annette Coito she will not return your calls and is always in meetings.4) Could be more proactive about asking you if you want a second pair of keys....Feel like they have my money and am forgotten now.

I was able to have my rear brakes serviced and a few other issues fixed under the warranty which I was very happy about.
