Brody was great! He was informative and answered all of our questions. We were so pleased that we could not only get work on Saturday but Brody was able to get our running enough to cool us down until he could get the parts needed on Monday for the full repair. By Monday afternoon the repair was complete! Great work for a reasonable price!

I called on a Monday and spoke with Ken, who was awesome at answering my questions. He followed up as he mentioned and was able to get a repairman out next day to repair our furnaces pressure switch. Roberto did a wonderful task getting our Split Unit up and running again. Neither were working and now both A/C and heat pump components of the unit are working again. Cleaning of the exterior of the unit had not been done and it was clearly the issue. Diagnosed properly and throughly explained with superb education and advice given for basic care for the unit.

Our was having issues cooling our building yesterday when the high temp was 100. My husband discovered late last night that the fan on the unit had stopped spinning. He called first thing this morning and the woman who answered was respectful and professional. They were completely booked up, but when my husband said he knew we just needed a new capacitor, she was able to squeeze us in between 9 and 11. I got the call from her right at 9 saying the technician was on his way. She was Kelly arrived shortly after and replaced the capacitor and was on his way by 9:30. Kelly was also kind and professional. He gave me helpful advice on how to clean the debris from the outside unit to help it run more Our house is cooling well now! Thank you all so much for helping us so quickly when we are looking at a high of 99 today!
