Kim took our call and scheduled our repair appointment just two days later which was great. She looked up our installation and found our record quickly. She kept us informed about the upcoming visit with a reminder phone call the next day. Garrett arrived on time for a scheduled appointment. The AC duct in our crawl space separated and we were loosing chilled air. Garrett had his protective clothing on within 10 minutes and had the duct repaired and reconnected in about an hour. We are satisfied with his work and our AC is back to normal again. Thank you Kim and Garrett!

If it had to happen the AC went out during a heat wave. We researched Yelp and found Eagle Air. They were fast, professional and diagnosed the problem within a minute. The receptionist was wonderful and very helpful to talk to. They have a message platform so you can talk to them 24/7 it seems and most of all....Garrett Wright, their Tech, that they sent out, was just the best. He got in there and fixed it in no time. Eagle Air installed and manage my HVAC system. They did a great job Installing it in 2019. Now with their yearly maintenance package they come twice a year to do regular maintenance. They are very responsive on any issue you have. I will recommen them on any day.

In the midst of packing and moving one of lose screens from the wall vent fell open. 3am we hear a strange sound and after searching for the sound and our doggy we found her tiny feet in one of the air duct opening. She must have been snooping around and fell in.> Eagle was the first company I called (figured I’d have to call several to find urgent help and to see if a company would be able to help with this situation). They were the only company I called.They listened to what happened, was honest in stating we have never done that but will have someone come out to see if we can help. Over the past week I must’ve called 12 different contractors to schedule HVAC maintenance at my residence. It was incredibly frustrating. From unresponsiveness to incompetence from the other companies it seemed impossible. Then I called Eagle Air, and it was a breath of fresh air. Scheduling with them was simple as it should be. Trevor arrived within the time frame agreed to. AC ventilation was fixed within a half hour. He detailed the problem and the process he was using to solve it. Could not have asked for better service!

We chose Eagle Air because it has a very quiet heating system (Trane) that we can find on the market. Our heating system is installed in the closet, so the noise level is the most important factor to us. The sales representative (Aaron) provided the information that we need, and the technician (Kenny) was on time and on schedule. The system has been installed for almost a month now, and we are very happy about it. The company also provides financing, which is very helpful for cash flows management. with our great experience, I highly recommend checking with Eagle Air before making a installation decision.

This visit was my first as part of an annual HVAC maintenance contract. The technician, Howard, was prompt, courteous, professional, and thorough. I felt confident in his work and recommendations. He replace several defective or damaged parts as necessary for my 20 year old system as well as making several other recommendations for future improvements that I felt were not necessary at this time. We live in Pleasanton, CA and needed emergency service on 4th of July weekend. After calling so many companies, Eagle Air was the only one who would send someone out. Our technician, Garrett is a real expert and easy to talk to. He carefully examined our 40 year old HVAC unit on our roof and clearly explained in detail every issue so a novice like me could understand the parts of an air conditioner unit and exactly what the problem was. The motor was really difficult to get to but he did not give up. He was able to take care of everything within a couple of hours and we now have our air conditioner working again! I used Eagle Air for our HVAC maintenance at our home for a year. The first experience was in April 2020 when we had the AC checked prior to the summer heat. We also got quotes for replacing our entire HVAC system. Our experience could not have gone better, and I rated them 5 Stars.We signed up for the maintenance plan, and had them return to check out the furnace in September 2020 before it got cold. We had a very warm October so we didnt use the furnace until early November. When we turned it on, we were only getting cold air blowing from the registers. I went to check on the furnace and noticed that the gas was still off. I turned the valve and turned the heat back on via my phone. There was another issue, that has since been resolved, that I will not get into, since it appears to be a one off situation. However, given the gravity of the situation, my family will not be using Eagles services again.I will say that I have spoken at length with Eagle Airs owner, and he has done everything to make the situation right.

Upon arrival Howard quickly diagnosed the problem and found a bad capacitor.Howard installed the new capacitor and we could once again enjoy cool air. This was a big relief during the consecutive days of 100 degree temperatures we had most recently.I wouldnt hesitate calling Eagle Air in the future!

I called them to come out and check my air conditioning unit. They came out the same day since they had a cancellation. It took them about an hour and they fixed my air. It stopped making the noise and runs way better. They were very professional and courteous. I would definitely call them if you are having a problem with your air or heating unit.

It was 105 outside and one of the biggest heat waves in years, the East Bay was sweltering. My AC failed and I needed someone to come repair it ASAP. Trevor was an excellent technician. He explained everything an was super patient with my questions. He came to reconnect a flue in the attic and give our wall furnace the once over. Needless to say he did a great job getting our house warmed up for the winter! He even had space heaters for us just in case the issue couldn’t be resolved in one visit. I used Eagle Sir for the first time this week. My AC wasn’t running properly and the clerk was able to schedule me a prompt visit within my day and time frame. Now the house it’s cool again.

Howard was on time and great helping me with my HVAC system. Called Eagle Air when my system wouldn’t turn off even after turning the thermostats to off (fan also off). Recently changed filters but system remained running. Although Howard didn’t find a cause for the system to continuously run, he did take the time to check all the components and restarted the system which worked. Howard also did find that the gas pipe to the furnace was a bit loose and leaking gas and fixed it for no additional charge. Would recommend!

He spend almost 2 hours going over the house and system. Quote was VERY competitive. Install was smooth and fast. High quality workmanship and materials. Vince Junior leads the service team. Came out and helped trouble shoot a minor problem with the equipment. They also offer provide a yearly service check for several years to make sure the equipment keeps running at peak performance.

My only DISMAYwas that Patrick stated we were owed this maintenance; per Alex,the fee for this service call + his efforts, amounted to about 15minutes, and the fee requested = $234.00.To me the fee was excessive ! ! for the amount of time spent, etc.
