Do not go here! My daughter had her nails done for homecoming. They were crooked, bumpy, polish on her fingers. When I went back and complained, I was told that white is difficult. I have had my nails done a lot, this was the worst service I have ever received.

I rarely write a bad google review. But please use caution when getting services done here.I went in for a Pedicure and Manicureunsanitary conditions in the salon while getting a pedicure, I asked for different gloves as i am allergic to latex, the technician did not have any other gloves and proceeded without gloves. She then used a automatic buffer on my callused heels which had not been cleaned after being used by the previous customer, none of the instruments were sterilized they come from the same box that was used by the previous customer which was full of other customers dead skin and debris. I had asked several times for new instruments. The technician then seemed to either ignore me or not understand my question and continued with the pedicure. Which also was done horribly, most likely because of my complaints.The uncleanliness and lack of care from this salon is very disturbing. as a customer i should have left immediately, which i did after the terrible pedicure. I DID NOT allow them to touch my hands after this experience, and went to another salon to have them redo my pedicure and do the manicure.I really hope I dont end up with some type of infection or fungus because of this salon.

My nail professional is Lena, she is the absolute best. She is very accommodating and makes sure my nails shine. She is more like a best friend that does everything she can to make my nails look awesome. She helped me for so many special occasions it is hard to list them all. The most important was my daughters wedding, they were perfect. Thank you Lena.

I have been booking with Lena for a couple years now regularly. She has fantastic service, does an incredible job and really spends a lot of time making sure everything is done correctly. I refuse to see anyone else at this salon, as I have in the past and wasn’t super impressed. Thank you Lena for always taking such great care of me!

Rude staff, a couple people there don’t even know how to do dip nails. They make you an appointment and then make you sit for 30 minutes before they actually start. Spend your money somewhere else.

Lisa is fast and incredibly accurate. I Love the pink and white powder nails.. the first time, she rebased for me after another place botched them and Ive never gone anywhere else. I tip her well because shes the best. I love my nails every time!

The shellac full set was $45 and was peeling the first day. Also started lifting at the edges. I didnt pick or anything. Pedicure polish also smudged. I went back the next day and they fixed it with no problem and no cost. They were very polite and apologized.

Love Nancy! She is awesome and always does an amazing job, her recommendations are so right on, she knows me so well I ask her to pick my colors because they offer so many I cant decide! Since of the other nail techs are also very very good!

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. I went to this place for dip with short tips. I have had this done many times and what they were doing seemed very out of order and very fast, maybe 20 minutes. I had two nails break off that same day! It’s been four days and ALL nails have broken off midway down my nail. And I am very gentle with my nails because they are not cheap! In addition, the cleanliness was worrisome, no COVID precautions whatsoever, I should have left immediately. I am so sad and disappointed with my experience- I suggest spending your money elsewhere. Very bad experience

Tammy was great, they quickly accommodated my walk in. My massage was nice and long too!

Service was not good, handling was rushed and aggressive from the guy there, he had an attitude when I asked him to fix my nail, my nails were crooked and the shape was weird and not what I asked for. The place isn’t really up to date, and they didn’t have half the styles I was looking for, it was mad dusty in there, and the people were unwelcoming and have horrible customer service, the man made me pay halfway through my nails, and he burnt my finger 3 times so bad I was flinching.I never go out of the way to add a bad review with that being said, don’t go here!

Always amazing service. My nails look beautiful and I didn’t spend a fortune!! Go see them you will be pleasantly surprised! Haven’t gotten a pedi yet but they have the nice massage chairs to relax in!

Today was the first day I went into OPL. It was a relaxing experience. Hanah was great. Her arm and leg massage was good and strong. I will be going back for sure. Very reasonable price too.

If I could give below a 0 I would. The guy there just did my nails Im bleeding on 2 nails, when I asked him to fix something he aggressively grabbed my arm and threatened to cut my nails off. He then would not finish my nails until I paid. ON TOP OF THIS two people came in for a repair because of him. My nails are all uneven and in pain they have HORRIBLE customer service. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!Nothing is cleaned or newly opened, someone needs to call the health department.

I went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure last week. I realized after I left that the old, darker polish was still all around the cuticles on my fingers. The color I chose was a really pretty pink. The bottle of polish was at the end so I told her I would pick something else. She said she had enough to do my nails. The color is just horrible. She added polish remover to make it go further. The color is not pink and looks like a child did my nails. The shop was not clean and I will never go back.

I go to LISA and shes fast, reliable and does a great job every time.HOWEVER, today while having a manicure my purse on floor with my two diamond rings in a zipper compartment while having my mani..... two rings stolen. Im stupid to put my purse on floor next to my chair.My husband and I think someone was watching as I put the rings in my purse.They took the rings but not the oversized billfold. One ring an anniversary ring and a 3 carat ring I received last year for my 70th birthday. First time Ive had a problem here. But, there is a thief in the place. Watch out.

I did acrylic nails with white tips and rhinestones . I showed a pic of what I wanted and he got the idea right on. I do not like tree hat all the pink portion of my nails are all filled with bubbles. It looks as if I had glitter put in it but bcz I know I didnt it makes it look rather bad. A few nails are already lifting it has only been 3 days. I probably wont go back again. I pay way too much and tip a very good amount for rather blah nails.

Honestly if it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Horrible shellac manicure. Bubbly, and thick. I have already lifted 3 nails just 3 hours after getting them done. Save your money

I got a full set, and I got gel which was 40 dollars. I noticed after the appointment that my nails seemed to have air bubbles under the paint. I slept with them on and the next morning I woke up with my thumbnail peeling because of the air bubbles. The lady did not listen to what I wanted, and I will now have to go in and spend more money to get a nail fixed that should have had no problems. I will not be attending this salon again

My shellac lasted one day! Girl who helped me was extremely rude. I dont think Ive ever had anyone actually make me feel pain during a manicure and somehow she managed to do that. Worst experience ever!

The lady who did my eyebrows has ruined my life for the next few months until they grow back. They have no shape and she removed half of my eyebrow. She also messed on on my pinky and instead of redoing it she painted over and made it look worse. I should have stayed home. My nails would look better and I would still have eyebrows. Do not go here!

They really made the great service for me I really love my gel nail full set nails! The prices here are very affordable not only their able to take their time and give me a wonderful coffin-shaped and a perfect design!

Will not be going back. She used her own dirty fingernails to push back my cuticles instead of a tool. It had been 24 hours and the paint is peeling off. Not for people who like sterilized tools.

This place was great. I walked in without an appointment, and they fit me right in. Professional, clean, detailed and, meticulous. I felt thoroughly pampered. Couldnt be the price either. Highly recommend.

I came in for just a regular manicure. The tech was kind, but in a huge hurry!My manicure has bubbles under it, because she went so fast. I had to have her fix two of the nails because she didnt get full coverage on them and there was a red spec from my old polish on another that I had her re-do.I dont think I will be back.

I have gone to this nail salon off and on for 12 years as I work close by. Continually I am disappointed in the quality of their work. Over the years I have gone to every one of the nail technicians and they are all the same. They fight you on how you want your nails and they try to get you in and out very quickly while doing very sloppy work. It is so frustrating that they don’t feel that good customer service is what is owed to the customer. I also find it very rude that they sit and talk amongst themselves in their native language while you are sitting right there. I will make sure my friends and coworkers in the area know what a poor job this business continually does on nails .

I came in for the first time today and saw Lisa, she was so awesome and completely fixed what the last nail tech did to my nails. I will absolutely be a regular customer of hers!

When she was trimming my cuticles, she made them bleed. Then when I showed her the picture of what I wanted, she picked out colors that didnt match at all. When she put the top coat on it came out very clumpy too. Not my favorite :(

Just walked in and the woman there barely acknowledged me, instead walking around in her bare feet and screaming into her speaker phone in Vietnamese. I turned around and walked out.

The customer service is awful. The person that did my nails did not speak to me once. She cut my nails without asking how short and the shellac is messy. I will never go back.

HORRIBLE experience. Not only were the nail techs rude, they hurt my friend and I. I never go out of my way to write reviews, but I must say this place is a real POS!!!! No wait, walked right in! Le was my manicurist and did a very through job on my shellac manicure. Very pleased with my nails, defiantly returning!

AWFUL! Went in to get a brow wax & mani-pedi with a friend. The girl laid me on a table in the back closet (a nasty, nasty cot thing with nothing sanitary in sight), & waxed off half my brows before asking what I wanted! She then claimed that she hadnt taken off them much, even showing me the strips with half my eyebrow on them. PLUS, the botched eyebrows dont even match!! I was clearly upset, told her it was not at all what I wanted & that she started before I could tell her what I wanted. She never once apologized, & still charged me full price! ARE YOU KIDDING?! We left without getting our nails done. I now have to try & find somewhere that can salvage whats left of my eyebrows. I will be letting everyone I know to never go there. Its one thing to mess up, but then to not apologize, try to make it right, & still charge me full price when I was in tears over how bad my eyebrows looked? No way. Do yourself a favor & avoid this place.

Worst nail experience I have EVER HAD!!!!!! Asked the nail tech to redo my nails and instead she files down the tips and reapplies--- looks like I have ridgy bumpy nails!!! I have to go get them redone later! Not to mention the place is dirty and disgusting! Rags that have clearly been used before and it washed- actually had food crumbs on mine! I will never go back!!!

Good service reasonable prices

Over all it was ok! The gal that did my nails did a good job. That gal tbat did my pedicure didnt do a good job, she rushed and missed areas that had dead skin. She was that sam one that did my daughters nails, rushed through it, her nails are uneven and filed unevenly. She also made her bleed! My ratining is based on that ladies that did my daughters pedi and the gal that did my full set. We will continue going where we normally go and be sure to schedule in advance to secure an appointment. Not fully satisfied.

My friends and I made an APPOINTMENT for 4 mani/pedis and when we showed up, they only had 3 free techs. I sat for 30 mins until my water got cold and my friends were almost done. I was very frustrated to not be part of the experience and enjoy being there with my friends. So I just put my damn shoes on and waited for them up front. I wasnt going to wait an hour, being done by myself, while theyre just waiting on me. Ridiculously bad service. I wouldnt recommend going to anyone.

The guy who did my nails was a total JERK.He was civil to me but constantly yelled at the other techs. I am not sure if he was the boss or not but he clearly was being mean to the staff, you could tell by his tone as well as their reaction. I might not understand Vietnamese but I know what inappropriate behavior sounds like.When he and his wife left for the day, it was visible that her fellow coworkers were concerned for her.He is a CREEP.I will never go back !

Was there today and they did gel nails in 15 min and didnot sit me next to who I came with even though I asked. Never talked until she was done looking for a tip Im sure! Alful place.

Not good messy paint on my toe nails, ask them to fix and the girl was leaving so she wasnt happy didnt fix them left cuticle on all my nails and painted over, not sanitary . wont be back!
