I was looking for a unique handmade jewelry set (necklace and earrings) for my best friend and Drew Rummel nailed it! We designed it together with my style and his expertise. We had such a great experience with Drew. I had been out of town for many weeks, and was home for a quick visit. My now husband proposed to me, and we wanted to get a ring before I left. Unfortunately we waited until later in the week to go ring shopping. We like to shop local, and Glasmann and Hanson is just around the corner from us. We went in on a Thursday ( I was leaving Monday) and Drew was so helpful and was fine with helping us stick to our budget. When we went in to pick them up, I realized that he was completely slammed, because it was also Mothers Day weekend. He made no promises, yet managed to surprise us with the rings so that I could wear mine back to my out of town destination. I unfortunately lost a diamond from my engagement ring so I took it to Drew for repair. My ring looks amazing! He not only replaced the diamond, but he also figured out that my ring was no longer round which is what caused the diamond to pop out, so he fixed that as well. Also the designs in his studio are so amazing - Im definitely referring my husband to him for my birthday :) Loved spending time talking with him and seeing his work. We got our engagement/wedding ring set from Glasmann and Hanson and had a great experience with Drew. We shopped around with nearly a dozen jewelers and jewelry stores in Denver before deciding to go with Drew, ultimately because he genuinely cared about what he was selling, he was accommodating and friendly to work with, and his prices were fair and reasonable. We were on a budget and had ideas of what we wanted, and he was able to work with that very easily. The in-store collection of rings and other jewelry may be smaller than what you might find at other jewelry stores, but Drew can create any custom design for you. My ring set was a custom design that we put together from a couple different styles we had found, and it turned out very beautifully. The diamonds Drew offered were all beautiful and of high quality, and we are very pleased with the one we ended up choosing. Overall we are very happy with how the rings turned out and with the service from Glasmann and Hanson.

Drew worked with me to make a custom platinum engagement ring setting and the resulting ring is absolutely stunning. I live in Texas so all our communication was vie email, but with Drews computer generated design pictures we were able to tweek the design to exactly what I wanted, Drew was quick to respond, very caring and eager to get things just right. The final product was almost identical to a setting in a high-end jewelry store here, and for 1/3 the price. A very pleasant experience overall.

During the past 10 years, I have taken my jewelry and watches to Glasmann and Hanson to be repaired. All forms of modifications, etc., to jewelry have been completed with the utmost care and in a timely manner. Also, battery replacement for watches is done in a FLASH! In addition, the selection of jewelry available for sale is an eclectic mix of traditional, Southwestern and contemporary styles! The location on the 16th Street Mall in Denver is a plus as well!

Drew created my wifes wedding band from an image she brought in for him. It was exactly as she wanted it! Drew was quick to get the ring made and was very easy to work with.

There are obviously a lot of choices for a jeweler in downtown Denver. When I started looking for someone to design a custom engagement ring for me I went into a building that had three jewelers. The first two we bigger stores with huge display cases and pushy salesmen. Then I went into Glasmann and Hanson and met Drew. The store is quite small and there isnt a lot in the display cases but dont let that turn you away. They are capable of designing anything you can come up with.I spent hours in the store with Drew asking questions about how to shop for jewelery and how to design a ring. Drew has the ability to design anything from scratch or modify an existing template. We went through just about every type of setting, metal and stone. Drew carefully explained the pros and cons of each one and helped me decide which one was right for me. After countless iterations and dozens of emails back and fourth I finally decided on a ring. For the record, Drew was able to take my general ideas and design a 100% custom ring from the ground up.After paying Drew gave me a date about 2 weeks out to expect the ring. It came in on exactly the day he said and I was completely blown away. It looked amazing and exactly like it did in the pictures. I couldnt have been more pleased.On a professional level Drew was an incredibly talented jeweler and designer with great taste. On a personal level he was wonderful to work with. Not only did he never pressure me to buy before I was ready but he practically deserves an award for putting up with my indecisiveness.The whole experience was perfect and I cant wait to go back and order the wedding band.

I have been to Glasmann and Hanson many times and have always received excellent customer service and care, but ever since Drew has taken over Ive been thoroughly dissapointed. I took my daughters ruby that I bought her for high school graduation to be sized and Drew said the prongs were loose. He told me to leave the ring until he could fix it. After about a month when I hadnt heard from Drew, I decided to stop in and he said he hadnt had time to fix it. (On a different occasion, I left another ring for him to sell for me, he never called and one day I stopped in and he told me he sold the ring. It was as if he was hoping I would forget about the ring and not come back to claim my money.) I told him I wanted to take my daughters ruby elsewhere and he asked me to give him another week to fix. Again, he never called. I stopped by to check on the ring after another 3 weeks and it was finally done, but when he brought out the ring it was not sitting in the setting correctly. It was slopped and sitting sideways and the ruby had many scratches on the surface. This was a brand new ring, never worn by my daughter and Drew said the scratches were already there when he got it. Not true! It had never been worn! Drew didnt show any remorse and had the audacity to charge me!! He completely messed up my daughters ring! Its ruined and she wont wear it. It looks like its been thrown in the street and run over by a truck! I will never go back to Glasmann and Hanson.

Glasmann and Hanson Jewelry is absolutely a top notch jeweler. I bought my fiancées engagement ring from them, and I was so impressed. I got much more diamond for my money from them than I was quoted by Shane Co. The reason is because the owner hand picks his diamonds, and he grades them himself using GIA standards. This cuts out any kind of an additional price on the diamond. Even though the store does not have a lot of bands to choose from in stock, there is an extensive catalog. The band was shipped to the store, and my diamond was mounted and ready for pick up in just 5 days. I could not be happier. Glasmann and Hanson saved me thousands of dollars, gave me way more diamond than I thought I could afford, and my fiancée absolutely loves her ring! I will most definitely be going back to them for both her wedding band and my wedding ring.
