Huge shout out to Lorenzo Jewelers, I found a watch at a thrift store and needed a 373 battery. I visited Batteries Plus and no luck, went over to LJ in SW Plaza and they had one left! Just put the battery in and shes off and running!

We made visits to MANY stores within the Denver Metro area but Lorenzo Jewelers had the most friendly, no pressure approach. They are very professional but have a small family business attitude that means they care and have a sincere approach to doing the best job possible for their customer. Loren was very easy to deal with, great with answering our questions and went above and beyond with support. They had a great selection and we are THRILLED with the ring.

Great customer service, I bought my fiances engagement ring from Lamar. He is excellent at providing great service and they have amazing deals with trade in program when you purchase from them that keeps the value of your jewelry. I will keep going back there for future jewelry indeed.

We bought our wedding bands here because, unlike all other jewelry stores we visited, they werent pushy or tried to sell us their nicest rings. They were conscious of our budget and were willing to work with us. The staff was very friendly and were willing to negotiate with us if we bought both rings. Needless to say, we left with both rings and felt like we got a great deal

Went in to look at a Bulova prior to buying online (because online is always cheaper). I spoke with LANCE, who could not bear the fact that I would purchase a watch online, so LANCE worked with me. He gave me a 33% discount and assured me that when the factory warranty was up, Lorenzo’s would cover the watch for another 3 years. Fast forward to today. My watch died, I take it in to have a battery replacement. They inform me that the battery was not the problem and it needs to be fixed. They explain to me that the watch needs to be sent in to Bulova, which is fine. I question about the extended warranty provided by them once the factory warranty is up. LANCE and his boss state that that is not something they do. LANCE denied ever helping me (even though I have his business card with hand written information at home with the box and receipt). LANCE goes on to tell me he would never give someone a 33% mark down (no doubt because his boss is standing next to him) even though LANCES name is peppered all over the receipt. Long story short, shame on me for buying from them. But bad on them for no honoring their promise to cover a customers purchase, which is common from reading reviews and speaking with some family who have shopped there. In short, don’t ever buy anything from them. They’ll say what they have to to make a sale. And if they do tell you ANYTHING that is not on paper, GET IT ON PAPER, cause they’ll double back on it later on.

Bought earrings for Christmas for my wife on November 27,2020 because I had to have back surgery on December 8 2020. Brought themIll back because she did not care for them on January 7,2021. Was told I can only exchange them. I will never buy anything from them again.

Extremely helpful and kind sales team. They really helped us get a good deal, and ensured our complete satisfaction. Even after some of the small stones fell out of the ring, they sent it back for replacements and repairs free of charge. A great company.

Sloppy work.We got a wedding set back in October 2018. Eight days later a prong broke and a diamond fell out. No huge deal it’s under warranty. They ordered a new engagement ring and it was the wrong cut but similar style. The store clerk tried to convince me and my husband that it was the same ring set we bought originally. It was very strange. From the very beginning we ordered a square cut and the employee said it wasn’t available anymore. So we ended up taking home a circular design. I go in to have a soldering job done and a routine check up months later. Funny thing is, the original ring I couldn’t get was sitting in the case...later we go in to pick up our order and the company soldered the rings crooked. We eventually had it redone. The employees always interrupt us when we speak to them and manipulate the situation to work in their favor. We regret ever shopping here, especially for something so meaningful.

The product I received was good. They messed up the order of the stones I ordered the first time and I had to send it back to get it done correctly. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They didnt call me either time when my order had arrived. I had to contact them to see if it was completed. I will not go here again.One of the managers saw this review and offered half off my next order if I remove it. No thanks. Deal with the negative review and get better.

Do not buy from this jewelry store! My husband bought me an expensive necklace and a pair of earrings that were some what reasonably priced for retail on Valentines Day 2018. He was told by the owner he could get a refund if I didn’t like either one of them since they were gifts. I went to the store a few days later alone to return them and it was not a good experience. I was told that on the receipt it stated just “exchange only” and I questioned him since the bottom of the receipt also stated items should be refunded within their timeframe which it was. Very conflicting and misleading! I would never recommend this jewelry store to any one I know. Returns are a part of their business and they need to make their customers happy and not be deceitful on their receipts. We ended up keeping the earrings because he wouldn’t return them! Poor business practices!

Lorenzo jewelers is the absolute best when it comes to customer satisfaction. I will always come here first for any purchase of jewelry either for myself or my girlfriend.

Dropped off a watch to get a new basic face. Took 2 months to get the watch back. They blamed it on the fact that the factory was out of that specific glass. Never had a watch face take more than 5 days. No one ever called to explain what was going on or why it took so long. When I called after a month and a half I finally got an explanation. We paid a $50 deposit when we dropped off the watch and when we picked it up basically said we don’t think we need to pay any more than that and they told us that it was out of their hands and we had to pay another $50. My fiancé and I are engaged and are looking for wedding bands for him and saw a nice selection in the store but will not be returning.
