I took a chance after reading other reviews, and took in a diamond necklace of my late mothers to see if they could redesign it into a ring. I was so impressed by their professional service, kindness and willingness to work within my budget. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I had to get my engagement ring resized, and they did a great job! I actually had it resized twice, because the first time I got it made too small. They were super nice and had a very helpful conversation with me about what the right size for me was. Would definitely recommend!

The service was truly one of a kind! I had my ring downsized and after some time I realized I actually needed it downsized more. I brought it back and they were so kind and offered to do it free of charge and same day! It was an all around refreshing experience. Thank you to the staff!

I had a very simple issue with my Timex watch and Jan Carpenter (owner) tookcare of it in less than 3 minutes 😊 and there was no charge, This is unlikeanother area watch repair store that wanted to charge me $14.95 for thesame work. Jan quickly became my type of person that I will want to dealwith in the future. 👍. And the icing on the cake - Jan did a second kind thing forme and my girlfriend. Today there are not many owners who treat their customersthis well. 😁

This jewelry store is amazing. I wanted a ring made from some sentimental diamond earrings and my first engagement ring. I brought these items but had no idea what could be created. I went to pick up the ring and I was in shock, absolutely, unbelievably gorgeous and stunning. The price was so reasonable that I wanted to pay him more. I just can’t say enough about this jeweler and his assistant!!! Fantastic!!! Ya gotta go there!!! I’d give 10 stars if I could.

They give special attention to details and would go above and beyond just to provide you with quality pieces and very good customer service. This is the best jeweler we’ve found in the area and we have followed them around, first in SW Plaza, then they were in CO Mills til they were hailed out, now they have a good spot in Ken Caryl. My husband has trusted only them with his obsessive care and repair of Wenger watches, especially since other jewelers have not met his standards. He has repaired god and silver jewelry for me and he returns my lovely things in perfect condition. He just turned a large vintage gold cameo earring into a pendant for me, and it is so beautiful. I recommend this place highly. True craftsman!

The customer service we experienced was the best we could have expected. My ring was fixed the same day and the price was better than expected. I wold definitely go there again and refer them to anyone who needs a jeweler.

I called to inquire about a custom piece I wanted to have made and was told to come anytime. I went in a couple of weeks later and the jeweler told me he had a deadline and was too busy to look at what I wanted designed. I drove all the way there and he could not be bothered and was not exactly considerate about it. He was rude and very unprofessional. Customer service seems to be a fading quality, but I was in shock at the lack of decency.

Great place to do business. The employees were friendly and fast. I have a lot of respect for how considerate they were of me. Time and value are very important and that was reflected in the work. Definitely reccomend!

I used Jewelers Bench to fix the clasp on my necklace and backs of my stud earrings. I had a great experience with them and will definitely go to them to fix any jewelery issues that I have in the future. Their staff is very professional, service is great and fast, and at a very reasonable price.The backs of my stud earrings were worn and loose. Jewelers Bench needed to replace one of the backs and was able to adjust the other one so it was not slipping on the post. The fix they were able to make saved me a lot of money since I didnt need to replace both backs nor did I need to replace the posts (which is much more expensive). I appreciate their honest work and great quality. I highly recommend Jewelers Bench.

I came in to get my wedding rings resized and they were done at a great price and super fast. Did some shopping and by the time I was done, so were my rings. They were given back to me even better than how I remember my rings when I first got them 4 years ago.

I have never seen cleaner or better work done by any jeweler ever. I have been married 23 yrs and my wedding ring has been put through a lot. I have taken it to so many places where they interpret what they think I want done. It has either been not what I asked for or done so horrible that I was in tears. Not even the place we bought it has done as good a job as Craig has on repairs and cleanings. When I get my ring, or any jewelry I bring in back from them, it is as beautiful and the day my husband put it on my finger. So refreshing to find a business that is honest and trustworthy!!!

I went in and the man with the beard and glasses told me it would be $5.95 to fix my watch band clasp. He tried to double bill me. Before he did so he claimed the word honestly in a statement. If someone has to say honestly... and is actually trying to double bill me it is not an honest mistake. That means they are a crook. Dont trust these people. Waste of time. The jewelry selection is small as well.

Awesome place and nice people. They were actually recommended to me by Zales in the mall. I had an engagement ring that my hubby gave me. It was a family ring with 4 natural emeralds and 6 tiny diamonds. I needed it resized to fit. All the other jewelers I went to said nope just scrap it and make a new one. I didnt want a new one. I wanted that one. Jewelers Bench said those guys are idiots and Im not afraid to work with emeralds! They resized it up 3 sizes for just $75. I wont go anywhere else now. I had them do my wedding ring too.

Had a relative take a piece needing repair. They did the job right but with a bad attitude!Maybe since it is KC they inly want to do high end repairs. take a 1 star for condesending comments. Sometimes people want the job done without opinion.
