One of my favorites gyms - excellent customer service and they’ve gone out of their way to fix things other gyms messed up with my account. Their personal trainers are really knowledgeable, friendly, and care about your goals. They are pricey but the guidance and direction they give pushes you to the next level. I recommend Jesus. This location has cardio and weights spilt between two levels. It’s clean and you can always jump on a machine with little to no wait time. You can tell they put in effort in the ladies locker room to the cleanliness and Kleenex.*The outer pulley/belt machines closest to the mirror I’m standing by have become rather stiff/sticking in comparison to a few months prior. They may need some attention. Otherwise no complaints

Gym is closed and why are you taking money from my account every month.membership is for one year only and this September it should over but still every month you are taking money. and i came so many times .....but nobody is there....please let me know how to stop this.

Great motivating trainers, and excellent instruction. Impressed from day one. CLEAN and tidy. No creepy people - just focused, average folks. Plenty of machines for everybody. Very comfortable here. Lots of space and friendly staff. Theyre always happy to help and very polite. Cheap fees. The ladies locker room is fantastic and huge. Also mega clean. No funky smells or eyebrow raising stains on floor. All around brilliant and well maintained facility 🍒

This gym is great for me as their location was convenient for me. Staffs were helpful and did acknowledged me immediately. Good working machines and their weights were organized.

I was able to go to one of the locations that was above my sport membership for the difference of $10 a month it made a large difference. After trying the higher level of gym I realized that 24hour Fitness really does segregate it’s clientele. Now going back to the location I typically use, I went in on Saturday night. As usual I didn’t expect many people in the gym, but I came into half the lights off, three people on the floor, and the employee watching TV standing on a piece of equipment. I find that the hot tub is out of order which is OK but disappointing. I go to get in the pool the room is ice cold, mind you it’s 30° outside, yeah I know the hot tub is off so that must change the fluctuation of temperature in the Room but the entire facility feel ice cold. I decided to cut my swim short due to the cold temperatures because it became uncomfortable. I go into the showers to find that they haven’t cleaned in some time, gobs of hair all over the place and a gross smell coming from the drains. Getting the glimpse of the 24 hour fitness on County line Road really made a difference in this experience for me. I understand the price of amenities changes your membership but no matter what gym level I pay for I should be able to work out in a warm and clean environment. The difference and cleanliness be to it between the two establishments was vastly different. I am just disappointed in 24 hour fitness at this time.

My boyfriend has used this gym for years. He likes to work out late out night because of his work a sleep schedule. They randomly started closing at 12am with no warning. We will be demanding a refund.

The thing that really puts this 24 over the top for me as a member is the staff. They all make you feel welcome and know your name. It makes you feel like part of a community and want to keep coming back and working on your goals. I like that they say thank you when you leave which I havent found to be the case at other 24s Ive visited locally, where I just feel like a visitor instead of a member. Other members too are respectful and kind when it comes to busier times and sharing/asking if you are done with equipment. I like the special events the trainers offer such as ways to master certain techniques (rowing, etc). Equipment is clean and well-maintained. The absolute best asset in this 24 is the personal trainers- all of them are incredibly professional and skilled; in particular, Ive been training with Julian Jackson since October and his expertise is matchless. Walking in to sign up in the first place was the best choice Ive made in a long time to start taking care of my body and mind- and the amazing people who work there make it so easy to keep going back for more.

Majority of the workers here are awesome. A lot of awesome nice regulars and not many bad people. Very big, roomy, and machines tends to be fixed quickly.Edit: There used to be a lot of great workers, but not anymore. Workers dont care about their customers as much anymore. Management got worse. Sometimes you get a welcome, sometimes you get treated like the location at Belmar. This was a 5 star location 4 years ago. Today, probably a 3 star location.

I was just recently hired at a 24 hour in Florida. My husband and I are visiting Colorado and Zach was nice enough to set us up for the week.The gym was very clean. I am proud to call myself an employee for this company. Thank you Zach for everything!

Have never been to the place in littleton but I had called with some questions. Talked to Andy. Who was impressively easy to talk to. She was quick, cool, and friendly. I left the conversation with my questions answered, more informed on other possible options and smiling. 😃

Good equipment, great staff, sweaty machines. Just did a little tour of the upstairs (weights/machines). 50 people, 5 towels. They gotta start enforcing the towel rule! No towel, no machine! When they do Ill happily increase my star rating.

My second home away from home aways start me day with the weights! Then I hit the pool and do laps!

This place deserves 4 stars but my God does it stink. Please fix the sewage system. Ready to join the nearby Planet Fitness once it opens

So I went with 24hr fitness because ya know its was 24hrs. Now its not. Which is irritating. Are you guys gonna drop prices or what. Frankly I can go to vasa for half the price. Jesus at least give us access keys

The customer service here is absolutely horrible. Called and left a message to speak to a manager 4 times, with 4 different associates on 4 different days. When I was finally able to speak to a manager (a week and a half later), she resoveled the issue but was very rude, cutting me off and clearly trying to just get me off the phone. The facility itself is just fine (hence 2 stars), but if you need to speak to a manager, GOOD LUCK.

My absolute favorite 24 hour in Denver! Never too busy compared to the other gyms I have been too...helps that it is tucked away off Santa Fe. I have been coming to this gym for 7 years and they actually fix the equipment when it breaks! I have met some of my best friends at the gym and the staff are super friendly. I will never go to another gym

Every cardio machine that I touched had some issue. Some simply did not work. Others had peeling rubber. Others were not oiled. And the remaining had rough movement.I just moved to the neighborhood and have used many of the 24s around the Denver Metro area. This falls considerably lower than any of the other facilities Ive tried. I walked out dumbfounded by the lack of care given to this club.

Very well maintained and clean gym. The bottom floor is the cardio floor. I haven’t ventured up to the second floor but I think those are where the weights are (shame on me!!). They have a two-lane lap pool and a kids club. I see a group fitness room but am never around for a class. The parking lot seems safe during the day.

Clean, Friendly, tons of well maintained equipment and music isnt too loud so you can listen to your own with no extra background noise :) thanks guys!!!

Poorly maintained. Theyve had a large broken window in the weight room forever. The barbells lack the most basic piece of safety equipment, which is the collar to hold the weights on. Come on, collars cost just a couple bucks. They skimp on air conditioning in summer. The bathrooms are dirty. Ive never once seem a janitor here. Fairly crowded at prime times. We have the Costco membership which is a great price. Just a few easy tweaks and I would rate it 4 starts.

This is one of the nicer 24hr fitnesss that you could go to south of the metro area. Two floors, 2 lane Olympic length pool, jacuzzi to fit like 10 or 12, sauna & steam room, and this one also offers personal training of course for insane prices, but overall it is kept up with and actually very clean compared to most other gyms.

This is my favorite 24 Hour Fitness in the area. The people are nice, it is clean, and it is comfortable. I dont find myself fighting for equipment here.

Probably the best, least stinkiest, least congested, yet modern 24 hour fitness location in Colorado. Only drawback is that the treadmills do not allow you to input your weight and age to my knowledge.The gym has 2 floors unlike all others in the Denver Metro area. Very clean locker rooms.

I applied to this location a few weeks ago, and nobody has bothered to contact me at all. I have called multiple times and im always told that the manager is unavailable. I have shown up in person multiple times and the manager is always unavailable.Today is the worst its ever been. I am here right now typing this review and there is only one front desk employee present. There isnt a manager in the building (who hasnt been trained properly).I dont understand how a business can advertise that they are currently hiring, and then not give someone the time of day when they are trying to get hired.

Yes if you want to get in shape then you need to go to 24 Hour Fitness there are open 24/7 and if youre just visiting Colorado and need a little workout 24 Hour Fitness in your area is willing and open and come on in great people courteous greeters its all around really nice atmosphere

My favorite Gym so far. I love the classes. The place is always clean. The workout machines are pretty new. The staff is always friendly with you. My favorite part of all is the tv in the cardio machines.

Gym is fine, staff are friendly and nice, lockers and equipment are almost always clean (I work out in the morning before 9 am though). I just loath going after work, I would avoid going there from 4-6 pm if you hate peak hours.

This is a pretty basic 24 Hour Fitness. There is a pool, sauna and steam room. If you know what youre doing this place will work for you.

Im not sure how often this place is cleaned. This nasty mess has been on the floor in the dry sauna for two days now. And I’m a regular. And it’s not the first time we see this place with poor cleaning. They even had a case with the City just recently where they never cleaned their pool and jacuzzi. There were court letters on the windows stating that they were under investigation. I know they tried to cover this up. It’s gross that it’s not sanitary here! Also in the time I was there on 2/19/19 from 7-930pm. The employees were just chatting in the office area without Checking on the sauna like they are required to! What if someone passed out in ther? Him flirting with his co worker all night was more important than his job and the safety of the members. ( young Asian couple that work there. Check cameras). I have more pictures and proof of this. If you guys are interested in making some improvements.

Best location close to me. Some of the cardio machines are showing some wear and they only have one spray cleaning can upstairs which is really out of the way on the other wall so nobody uses it, but its a good gym. Its better than the other one over near the Walmart.

This is a good gym. The bad reviews are mainly petty and for very odd personal reasons. They are not a very large 24hr but they make due very well for being in a rapidly growing region of Denver.They staff is very curtious and the facility itself is clean even with a very large membership. They members themselves are curtious and always willing to share, but you have to vocalize the need and not walk away and write a bad review to blow off steam.If you want to come at 5-6pm know it will be crowded but don’t believe this is specific to only this gym, that will be for every gym at those times. Just tailor you expectations to a reasonable level and this place delivers. If you expect a 100$+ gym experience when paying 30$, you will never be satisfied

I never give bad reviews online, but theres now a sign at this 24 Hour fitness asking members to post about our experience at this club in Littleton, so heres mine. I have always found the staff and trainers at this gym to be polite, friendly, courteous, and professional. They have been great. This one star review is not aimed at them, its aimed at corporate for allowing what could be a vibrant gym to become an afterthought in the 24 hour fitness line. Specifically, the facility itself and the condition of the equipment is way below industry standard. The cardio machines are years out of date and at minimum one in three does not function properly. The one unique cardio feature of this gym are the incline trainers. Were it not for these incline trainers, I would never come to this location. The cleanliness of the gym has improved in recent months and but even by my standards (which are low) this gym is filthy. I think the filth has more to do with the years (literally) where the locker and bathroom were not cleaned on a regular basis. The staff now at least seem to be trying. For the last several days, one of the showers has been pouring out hot water from the head fixture and cannot be shut off from the hot/cold shower knob. I shutter to think about how much hot water has been wasted in the last 48 hours. The shower curtains are moldy and the toilets are often filthy. The equipment upstairs is passable. Though a handful of the machines are missing pins, the equipment repairs have been done much more quickly in the last year than in what Ive previously experienced. They seem to have finally hired a good maintenance person, but his hands are beyond full because of the years this club was allowed to slide into disrepair. Meanwhile, the 24 hour on Bowels and Kipling seemingly gets new equipment every few months. The comparison between the Bowles and Kipling club and the Littleton-Bellview club should embarrass 24 hour corporate. Its reached the point where I have begun using the YouFit gym thats a few minutes away because the cardio equipment is at least in workable condition and the club is very clean. When the Chuze fitness opens up, Ill go there. This club badly needs to be shut down for a few weeks, a deep clean and repair conducted, and then 95% of the cardio equipment needs to be replaced. Lastly and on a much less impactful note - Why do so many of the TVs need to be tuned to the 24 hour fitness propaganda channel? Youre advertising to the converted and just irritating those of us who dont want to watched looped commercials promoting the overpriced supplements in your store.

This place stinks literally! The locker room stunk, the hot tub and sauna room did not smell pleasant or look sanitary or clean the last few times Ive been here. Late night staff is horrible and I often catch the guy sleeping when I go in late at night. When clearly there is work or something to clean and do. This 24hr fitness also refused my buddy and visitors pass for a friend so we left and went to the next 24 hr fitness and that was very upsetting as well. Big changes and structure is needed in this establishment and location. By my experience I will most likely not renew my membership when it runs out and be on a look out for a different gym. Thank you.

Not very classy. They open Super Sports to get more money by blocking existing members. Low blow. Just a bad business model and a great way to piss off existing members.

Used to be a great gym with quality workers. That went downhill. Also, front desk guys and gals, could you please walk around once in awhile and clean up the place? I can point out to the couple of people who actually work, one being Greg. I normally see some guy workers trying to hit on all the girls walking in or on their coworkers. I know.. I know.. Youre trying to find your future wifey... The girl workers are also hit on all the time, but please do your job sometimes instead of getting a free paycheck for doing nothing, even when its not busy.

Alls I attempted to do was upgrade my membership so I could go to all 24hr fitness but instead I was given the run around about how Ill have to wait for Conrad or some other rep to do so. Appearntly front desk people are in charge of nothing except rudeness. Then they attempted to say I could only cancel through the one 24hr Im a member of but no longer live near. Such professionalism, thank god Im canceling soon.

Now that theres new management everything is great. Place is clean, staff is friendly, has all the equipment anyone would need. The retail discounts help out a lot too.

I’m not sure who’s giving this gym good ratings. The machines are constantly broken not to mention their ancient. You can pay $10 for a gym that’s brand new and down the road. I was a member here for seven years and it’s just been going down hill every year and the staff could care less about keeping members. It needs a serious upgrade and new management.

Very cluttered gym that I think has too much stuff. Most of the equipment is in bad shape. The Southglenn 24 hour is a lot better and worth the extra 10 bucks a month.

If you work during the week its almost impossible to get a membership canceled. They make you see a manager in person in order to cancel. I think I may have to dispute the charge with my bank. Its an absolutely screwed up business practice.

Cancelled my membership today. Many people were there to help sign us up. However, when I needed to discuss putting the membership on hold, no one could call me back and tell me my options. All the while continuing to take my money out of my bank.

I was disappointed to be mis-quoted on the monthly rate of freezing my family membership. The front desk person who originally processed the freeze said it would be $10 total, but I was billed $20 for the 3 frozen months. When I finally did come in to try and settle the discrepancy, I felt like I wasnt heard or accommodated at all by the management. I come from a customer service background, and was disappointed that the managements approach was to basically tell me how lucky I was to have the monthly membership rate, blame the specific employee who froze my membership, and not even to offer to try and refund a portion of the extra money that I had been charged. Also, I had a nice pair of swim goggles stolen from the locker room once. The theft did have the decency to leave behind my swim cap though...

Dirty, outdated, broken...look at some of the newer updates gyms! Chuze and Vasa just up the street! Clean, functional, friendly gyms that are better

I love my gym but its very poorly maintained.. Nothing is ever Clean! The sauna is disgusting!Theres a pile of dirt in the corner of the Jacuzzi. The machines either have tons of dirt and sweat or theyre broken for weeks. Blood on the door handles to the girls locker room from the pool area.. It never used to be like this. Ive literally watched the cleaning lady do nothing. GET IT TOGETHER!

Okay gym. Equipment is always out of order, staff isnt very good at all, no hi or bye or have a nice workout. Had a guest pass for a freind that was issued at another 24 hour and they said its not valid at that one. Bathroom always stinks, very dirty, always smells like sewage never clean. For 3 months the pool and hot tub looked like a toilet, the steam room smells like athletes foot.

This gym is terrible! There is zero security or accountability in this club. They allow nonmembers to walk in past security without checking in and steal from their members. Two people have had their cars and possessions stolen from this location in the last week by the same nonmember and they claim they are not responsible. This gym does not care about their members and allow criminals to come and go with no consequence.

This used to be an awesome club and very close to where I live. The cleanliness and maintenance are horrible now. the swim suit extractor machine has been leaking for several months and they put a rusted hand squeege on the floor instead of fixing the machine. the steam room lites and door are broken and it takes literally months to fix anything. The Mens locker room and wet area floors are disgusting. they posted a sign over a year ago that at 2PM every day they would clean and sanitize the steam and sauna and pool areas but there is NEVER anyone doing that at that time. The club is horrible now and the maintenance issues are non stop all the time and no one fixes anything. I am going to write a letter to corporate because it really is disgusting and where are the dues going to????

I was going to go to Zumba SATURDAY morning. With my kids there was no one to work at kids club. Which is a service I pay for every month.There was no explation why. Just no one scheduled to work in kids club. About a month ago my one of my kids got hurt in kids club so I was told to take him to urgent care. To see if he needed stiches and someone from the gym would follow up with me and they NEVER did and they would take care of the bill. So the next day I called JASON the GM and he didnt even want to help totally unprofessional. He said he heard it was minor and didnt need to follow up. But of course I paid the urgent care bill.

Apparently only the people who work here rate this dog heap! Equipment is dirty and dusty. There is spit on the mirrors and the equipment and water fountains are constantly broken. Male staff are constantly looking angry unless they are texting on their phones which they do at the front desk. Honestly the place is poorly managed, goto the one in Highlands ranch or another gym all together.

Clean and well organized. Cardio is downstairs and weights are upstairs.

Over crowded and shoddy cardio equipment. The weight room is consistently trashed, weights are never organized and the staff doesnt seem to care.

This gym has gone down hill at such a pace and management has been so unresponsive its hard to imagine there could be a worse 24 Fitness. First, the maintenance at this club is beyond poor. Machines stay out of order for weeks on end, pins are missing from several of the machines and finding a piece of cardio equipment that is FULLY functional is exceptionally difficult. The mens bathrooms are disgusting. They are filthy. None of the urinals worked for several weeks in a row and yet they left the congealing remains of urine in them and it smelled rank.This week, the floors near the urinals were so soiled that they were sticky....FOR THREE DAYS. Walk in there to take a leak and your shoes stuck to the floor, which means that everyone who urinated then tracked that urine back through the locker room and through the gym. Yes, the patrons should also be ashamed of their piggish behavior (gum in the urinals despite signs from staff pleading for it to stop - this club seems to have especially nasty members when it comes to basic decent cleanly behavior) but the cleaning of a facility is woefully inadequate. Im certain there is some kind of health hazard for people brave enough to walk barefoot in the bathroom. The same nasty band aid remained in the same place in the dirty shower for three visits. This gyms one saving grace was that several of the cardio machines has their own TVs. Though the audio output works on only one in every five (no joke), it was nice to flip through the channels while working out. However, for some reason they have cancelled ESPN on the these TVs. How can you have two altitude sports channels and no ESPN? Alone, this would be a minor annoyance, but the disgracefully filthy condition of the club coupled with the shoddy maintenance makes this club an embarrassment to the 24 Hour Fitness brand. The substandard conditions of this club are highlighted against the fact that the club on Bowels and Kipling recently underwent a renovation. They have machines with pins! Their cardio equipment works! No gym locker room will ever be a sanitary place, but if Im grossed out, then the place is nasty. To be fair, I suppose I need to mention that the staff are very pleasant, but thats not necessarily unique. If I could, Id workout anywhere but here. Please, 24 Hour Fitness, send in an emergency management team and get this place in order before someone gets sick.

Doesnt deserve a 1 star rating but rated way too high, its a solid 3, its nice, but no towels, no locks for lockers and lacking some equipment.Its petty to try to charge to rent a locker on a membership that costs over a dollar a day.

I had a really bad experience here yesterday. When I come to the gym I DO NOT expect to be given lessons on how to do something that I have been doing for 20 years but someone who was not a marked trainer was lecturing me about an exercise that I do for a different purpose than most people do. I will be going to other 24s for a while because this experience left a VERY BAD taste in my mouth
