Service –JanCarp was hired to clean our carpet and deep clean our home before we moved in. They did a fine job on the carpet. However, they DID NOT clean the home in any fashion. The kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, ceiling fans, floors, etc. were all filthy. They continued to claim that someone had done a cleaning even after we sent 10-15 pictures showing how dirty everything was. Some pictures are attached if you want an idea of what they consider a “deep clean”.Billing – They tried to charge us 85% of the house cleaning cost even though we had pictures showing how dirty it was. We were able to get those charges removed after some discussion. Then they overcharged us for the carpet cleaning, minutes after we got off the phone agreeing to a final amount.This is overall the worst service we have ever received from any company in any line of work.

They had no coordination from management. We requested a full clean saying that we’ve never had the house cleaned before- when they arrived (late and with no phone call) they seemed totally clueless and asked me if the house had been cleaned earlier that day because their management said it was. We had to remind them that we requested an over cleaning and then they destroyed our floor with grease. Then they had no way to take payment. When we reached the office the next day they accused us of having too much laundry on the floor and wanted more money. I cleaned up all of the laundry the day before so there is no chance that was possible. The cleaning was good, but the entire outfit was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Sent one person, which was okay with me, but that person did not do a thorough cleaning and was supposed to stay until 3 and left at 2:30. I also had to clean after her (grit and grime on kitchen floor and didnt vacuum thoroughly). Dusting job was okay. I told the company to send two people next time and gave them another chance for today. Guess what? No Call, no show. I called and the office manager said I wasnt on the schedule. I had confirmed through email and sent them the email to verify that and all she did was apologize, which served no purpose for my needs. I would not recommend using this company.
