They checked out everything and helped me prioritize what was worth fixing if I decided to look for a new car vs extending the life of my car. Did not try to sell me on anything I didnt need and were not condescending, which often happens to single females. Also ordered me a lift to get back to work. First time going, will definitely go back.

I was in Denver for just a few days at the beginning of a longer road trip and was having issues with my car. I let them know that I had a limited time before I had to leave town, and what the situation was. They inspected the car end-to-end for safety, since its a new-to-me vehicle, and not only repaired the initial problem, but were able to take care of a couple of other safety issues that would have been an issue very soon. They provided pictures in the report, went over everything with me, and got the work done quickly. It made my stay in Denver less stressful knowing it was being taken care of, and the remainder of my road trip far more fun and enjoyable as well without any further issues or concerns. They were professional, kind, and really wonderful to work with too! If I lived in the area, Id be a repeat customer in a heart-beat. Im certain my friends I was visiting will be using them in the future, if the need ever arises!

I recently had them do some major work on my SUV. A few days later I had an issue. They took my vehicle back and found the issue and did the repair. High transmission temperatures. Never resolved the issue, but charged $172 for diagnostic fees. They went through my vehicle to find things that may need to be addressed in 6 plus months, but could not figure out my problem. I went to another mechanic and had the issued resolved quickly with minimal expense. Be aware... if you need brakes or any standard maintenance, they may be adequate. For anything else, stay away. $172 for diagnostic fees is absurd and borderline criminal.

Great customer service- Michelle kept me in the loop as I had numerous repairs done on a recently purchased used car. All systems are now running smoothly!My only negative is to pint out that they may underestimate the time involved in repairs. I ended up waiting at their shop quite a bit later than originally planned, but they stayed late and finished so that I could have my vehicle for the weekend.Super professional, well skilled technicians, and great communication. I recently took my car to Eagle for a second opinion on an engine replacement. They did a full, detailed inspection and emailed/called me with results the same day. They checked EVERYTHING from headlights to tail lights. They were able to find problems the first shop couldnt, and when approved, fixed my car within two business days. Andrew was very patient and helpful with answering all of my questions and explaining everything that needed to be done. Mechanic John clearly is knowledgeable about my engine and those similar, and did a great job conveying both issues and solutions. One of the best repair shops Ive been to so far! I have been taking my 2012 F-150 to Eagle Automotives Chatfield location for 5-6 years for routine maintenance type work. They have always done good work - up until my most recent visit. On 2/26/21, I dropped off my truck to have the spark plugs replaced. When I check under the hood the following day, I noticed that a small connector retaining clip was missing from one of the plug locations. I contacted Jeff Robbins, the store manager, and asked about getting the retaining clip fixed. He indicated it would be no problem and would be back in touch. A week later, after no word from Jeff, I called him again. He said the part was a special order and that they had not received it yet. Another week passed with no word from Jeff and when I called him he said he had forgotten about it, but would get right on it and let me know when he had the part. A week and a half later, with no word back from Jeff, I finally went to a Ford dealership, got the part myself. I consider this to be a less than satisfactory level of service. Needless to say, I will be using a different automotive shop next time I need work done on my truck.

Well run shop, the guy that owns this place has gone from one to three locations and has a loyal customer base. He offers a better warranty on work done at Eagle then 99% of service providers.

Service was good. I like the fact they used Carfax to see what maintenance had been performed. However they did not reset the computer to say maintenance was done.

I use Eagle to maintain all five of my households cars. I tend to maintain them rather than replace, and Eagle has been able to keep them running for quite some time now. There has never been an issue theyve not been able to resolve.

Had no heat so heater core required replacing. Now working. 4 stars because it took a bit longer than expected. But the store was in constant contact with progress reports and the job is a tedious one. They explained the service on detail. Customer service was excellent. Eagle offered discounts wherever they could, patiently and thoroughly explained all the technical details, and prioritized the most urgent problems. We had done some shopping around, and we found Eagle to be the most knowledgeable, honest and cost effective - way superior to other shops, especially a dealership we consulted. All that, and very pleasant to work with as well. We also discovered that they actively support community needs with generous donations like food drives, adopting families for Thanksgiving, and even donating cars to families in need. I have had my Prius in 3 time in the last few months with headlight issues. The 1st time we had the housings replace bc the driver’s side headlight kept going out. A short time later I had to bring it back for the same issue and they did something to secure the bulb because it was loose and replaced the bulb. I had it in last week because the passenger side light went out. They replaced this bulb and it is HALF as bright as the other bulb. What do I need to do to get this fixed CORRECTLY? I am very close to finding another shop. Not a good customer experience

I recommended my son take his vehicle to Eagle Automotive for replacement of the oil coolant lines, I have used them in the past and felt they did good work at a reasonable price. They charged him $601 for parts and labor to replace the oil coolant lines and $250 for a transmission service.When he told me the cost I thought it was high because I received recent estimates from 2 Toyota dealers for the same work on the same type of vehicle (Toyota Sienna) that I own. Toyotas estimate for parts and labor to replace the oil coolers lines was about $450 and $150 for a transmission service.I then contacted NAPA and found the price of the polished aluminum oil cooler lines was less that $170 (I understand Eagle Automotive buy their parts from NAPA). The Toyota Dealers quoted me a similar price for the part. Yet Eagle charged my son $350 for the part. He was also charged about $250 for the transmission service.So I went and visited the folks at Eagle Automotive, and they could not explain the more tha100% difference in parts and said this was an anomaly and offered 4 free oil changes for my son. I think my son was taken advantage of and I feel bad that I was the one who recommended he use Eagle Automotive. In the end he could have saved about $250 if he had used a Toyota dealer,

I went in to get an oil change and they crashed my car and didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me about it. I had to figure it out my self. I wasn’t very happy and the employees didn’t help with their snarky remarks. If that wasn’t bad enough they didn’t even comp me for my service. The least their “business” could of done with all the inconvenience they caused me. I do not recommend using this business. The foundation of their company is set on poor values.

I found a get to know you oil change coupon. I dropped my car off at 11 I was greeted and checked in by another advisor. She was so helpful and personable. I did have to leave my car all day that was a little bit of a bummer but they made it better by ordering and paying for a Lyft home. It’s also fair with COVID and all. I got a call in a couple hours that it was ready. My service advisor explained in great detail the other things that need attention but not once did he pressure me into anything I couldn’t afford. I will be returning and most of my friends and family will be coming to this location.

The guys over at Eagle Automotive have been really helpful through a few things with my car. First my alternator went out and they help me through that. Second, I had three broken motor mounts and my brakes were shot. They did an in depth check of everything in my car. They let me know what needed servicing but never pressured me into anything I couldn’t afford. They made recommendations for what is the most important and told me to keep an eye out on some other things. They’re super helpful and also super nice. I would recommend Eagle Automotive.

I am writing this as a big thank you. This business is around the corner from where we live and we have used them for a few years now. We have five cars and most of them have been in for oil changes, new snow tires and basic up -keep. They even helped me put a ski rack on my daughters RAV4 last Christmas as a surprise for her. This time, their help didnt even involve taking a car in for service. I called Erik and asked for a quick quote over the phone on a cracked tail light repair on Jeep that we had recently turned in on a lease. The after lease inspection quote I received from our leasing company was $1,133.80. Erik got back to me quickly saying the repair should be in the neighborhood of $350.00! He referred me to an official Jeep dealer who also helped me get a written quote for $350. 00. I was able to go back to our leasing company and get the charges reduced. With Eriks help, we saved $780.00!Here is a picture of the tail light which I sent to them. Erik quoted it over the phone which was so quick and convenient for me.What he says is true. They only want to do the best they can for their customers, making sure all of us get a fair and quality experience. Great job! Thank you!

Eagle has serviced our cars regularly since we have been in the area and they have always been timely, reliable and honest.

I was passing through Denver on a cross country trip to CA, and had been experiencing a very slight amount of reduction in engine coolant with no visible leaks. So I requested radiator flush, along with pressure test of the system, and then general diagnostic check of all systems, Eagle quoted just over $200 for that, they then called me after dropping the vehicle, saying one of the radiator hoses needed replacing, so they recommended replacing both hoses, and that required purchase of a kit to do that, final bill $700! I felt that was pretty extreme cost wise, in future faced with same dilemma and having more time I would have shopped around, they were kind enough to give me a print out of the CarFax report.

Amazing! Had a cheap alignment done elsewhere and lo and behold my check engine light came on. Eric hooked me up and took care of me in less than 10 minutes. He assured my vehicle was safe to drive, explained why the light came on, and gave me warning signs for what would happen if it was NOT safe to drive. They are my go to favorite shop, I never feel like Im being ripped off here. Highly recommend.

I appreciated that when I asked for a transmission service that I thought I probably needed, honest Eagle Auto when they got into my transmission called me and encouraged me to adjust to a not as expensive maintenance of my transmission ...refreshing to say the least!!!!

I received and oil change and tire rotation and this was by far the best place I have ever gotten this from. They were very COVID friendly and easy to work with. I have already referred some of my friends to them!

When my Lyft driver dropped me off, one of their technicians started pulling out of a parking spot towards me. At night, no lights on, windshield completely covered with snow. Driving blind. I had to jump back into the Lyft to avoid being pinned against the car. He hit the Lyft’s door and then finally stopped. He got out and said he heard me scream, but kept driving forward anyway. He acted like it was funny, and kept saying you’re fine, the car is fine, everything is fine. If I had already closed the car door, he would’ve 100% hit me and could’ve killed me. They still charged me for the oil change. They did not let the technician go for his negligence, even though he apparently lied to his manager about what happened.Update: The manager called me to offer a refund. Weeks later I called back to check if that was done, and the manager told me he’d look into it and call me first thing the next morning. Did not happen. Not sure why they would offer a refund in the first place if they had no intentions of following through with it. Also found the other customers’s review who’s car they crashed into my Lyft. He wasn’t even told it happened and they didn’t refund him either. Y’all are awful and should be ashamed of yourselves for treating your customers like this. But judging by mine and the other customers experience, y’all could care less.

The guys at Eagle Automotive were great! We took my daughters car there for her 40,000 inspection, oil change and tire rotation. They were thorough and did a great job. We recently bought a new car and took it there for an oil change. Again, they were thorough and fit me in even though they didnt have any appointments available. There was an issue with a small oil leak in the engine. They took the time to explain what was going on and that it was still covered under warranty. Very pleased with everything here! I wondered why this company had so many five star reviews when I first called them frantically, as my only car could no longer make it up hills (and I had just moved up in the mountains). But the service I received from Eagle Automotive Service was by far the best I have ever experienced.The only downside is that it is maybe a little expensive? My check engine light diagnostic was around $160, which was much higher than I had ever been quoted before. But Eagle Automotive absolutely made up for the price, when they delivered a Full vehicle diagnostic via email (so no in-person up-sells) with pictures and prioritized issues, which will absolutely help me take care of my car in the long term.The prices they quoted for my repair were exactly what I paid, they called me throughout the day to update me on my vehicle, stayed late when I had to catch a ride to pick up my car 20 min past closing, and walked me through each issue with total respect.Being young and female usually means I experience condescending employees at auto shops; I am often over-quoted, under-explained to, and taken advantage of. This experience was a complete 180 from every other experience I have had at Colorado Auto shops, and I am so glad to have finally found a place that I can trust. Thank you again!

This place has been the best experience when it comes to auto repairs, its already stressful when dealing with car issues. Eric was extremely friendly, professional, and honest with everything I asked about. I was expecting to pay 1000 dollars plus for my AC repair and it was less than half. The part I needed was discontinued and they still put something together to make it work. Definitely recommend. A ok in my book.

Its been to multiple dealerships between now and then with nothing but reprogramming the computer over and over again. It was still having issues and thanks to COVID our dealership closed but let us choose our place to have the car fixed. A brand new transmission later along with other issues resolved, hours and hours of man work, they got my baby working perfectly! I am beyond grateful.

Even when I couldnt figure out how to open my Jeep hood (I even looked it up online and who knew there would be a covered key hole in the grill!), and even when something that hadnt been working began working when they tried to diagnose it, they contininued to treat me with the utmost professionalism. I took my car in due to some transmission issues it had been having for a while. I had tried getting it checked out at another shop and felt they were not thorough. Eagle not only found a faulty switch in the transmission and fixed it, but they also looked up previous maintenance and recommended other maintenance that should have been done earlier. They were thorough and professional and I will definitely come here again for other service.
