On 8/31/21 I submitted a physical application to a woman named “Taylor” at the front office it took almost 4 full weeks and numerous phone calls/emails for me to finally force my application through. At first I was told that the application was lost and after a week I called the office and Taylor told me that my application was finally found and should be processed within a few days. By the end of the week I still had not heard back and I reached out again speaking to a different employee who could not find me anywhere in the system. After the weekend had passed I received an email saying that I was conditionally approved based on no credit history. I looked into this knowing it was false and realized that someone had typed my phone number in instead of my social security number while filing a credit check. I then called the office and was told by Taylor that they would fix the issue and be back with me by the end of the week. Again I did not hear from the office so I called multiple times after the weekend finally contacting Taylor again on Wednesday 9/22/21. When I spoke with her she told me that my application had been processed 2 weeks ago and I just needed to sign paperwork in the office. The lack of communication and lack of urgency that Taylor displayed was abysmal. All together waiting on what is advertised as a 7 day application process ended up taking 22 days and costing me close to $1000 in expenses due to not being able to move in when I needed to. Taylor is a terrible employee and I hope that this issue does not go un addressed.

Moved in a few months ago and really enjoying the apartments so far. The location is AMAZING and definitely my favorite part. Littleton Main Street and every shop you can need are within walking distance. Very quiet neighborhood and apartment complex.Buildings/apartments are older so a lot of wear and tear. Well maintained grass/grounds.

Had lived here multiple years. The management was usually quick to respond, but now that I am trying to get my deposit back, it is impossible to get a real reply. It has been multiple months already, and I keep getting a run around of when I can expect my check. Save yourself the headache and avoid these apartments.

I have a balance here after moving out. Trying to get it paid has been a miserable experience as the collections agency refers me to the apartments and the apartments refer me back to the collections agency. What a wonderful organization. I feel so grateful to work for a company that cares about both employees and residents. I have worked for multiple organizations during my 15-year career as a Property Manager, and Summit Riverside stands out due to the “family-owned and operated” culture and their constant pursuit to improve the experiences of employees and residents alike.

I do like this apartment complex. Their maintenance requests are always fulfilled in an extremely timely manner. I once realized our heater was blowing cold air right as a storm was coming in and it was late at night. But the gentleman helping us came within the hour to come fix it.The only issue I have had lately is with pet feces not being picked up by owners and nothing being done about it. I know Id really like to walk my dog around the complex again without having to watch every step I take. Its gross and its a health hazard for pets and pet owners alike. The amount of bags and stations around are definitely enough, Im always like 30 feet from any of them at any point while walking my dog. There just doesnt seem to be anything preventing people from leaving their pet feces around all the lawns.Otherwise the office/maintenance staff are super friendly and always willing to help so Ive really liked living here.

If I could give this complex a negative I would. The owners and the manager are monsters! We lived there for a couple months and had to move out because my twins were sent to the cardiology department and need heart transplants and they care soo much about their money that they arent even willing to help us out! They basically tricked me into doing something for getting out of the apartment that I didnt even want to do so now we might end up owing them even more money! I have sent them stuff from the hospital stating whats happening and they dont even care. They care more about the money then helping out a family in need. My heart is broken already as a mom cause not only 1 but 2 of my babies need a SERIOUS (and very expensive) medical procedure and my heart breaks a little more every time I have to talk to these monsters because they dont even have sympathy when they talk to me all they have is attitudes like Im ruining their life. It really shows that we do live in a world were money and pride is more important to most people then just helping someone. The apartments are NASTY too! I tried so hard to like them but the more and more I have to work with them the more nasty and money hungry they get. So just pray that if you live there you never need any help from them!!

When I found this place it was an absolute dream and plus some. My boyfriend is a big guy and we need a lot of space for everything we have but when we came here, we unfortunately had to settle for a touch smaller of an apartment for what we could afford. I would rate this five stars but there were a couple things I didn’t like but have learned to live with. Every place is going to have its problems right? What I found amazing about this complex is the beauty I can take in everyday. I don’t get to see much outside my window but there’s this specific green area I love that brings all of the beauty together. I never got that at my old complex so it’s nice to see. The staff have been nothing but helpful to us since we have moved in but it has been a shame that since covid took over, I haven’t been able to get a lot of person to person contact. I hate doing things electronically and they offer to help no matter what. A buddy of mine says that he used to work with Gabe and had nothing but nice things to say about him. I love chsandra (her name is unique so I haven’t gotten the spelling down at all please forgive me if you’re reading this!) She is bright and happy all the time and makes you feel so at home! And Mark seems shy but is always willing to help (even with my dumb questions 😂)As far as apartment living, I like to impress my friends and everyone of them has asked me about this place or says our apartment is the best compared to theirs. I personally like that we don’t get many sound complaints. My boyfriend loves blasting his big speaker (with a bass booster night I add) around the house. It shakes the whole thing and as much as I hate it I just hope that the neighbors don’t get mad 😬 even with all the little annoying things I still love this place a lot actually and I haven’t found a better spot! Now when we moved in, we were expected to fill out a sheet that they said we had to fill out in 24 hours. This sheet was to find everything wrong in the apartment before we moved in and I could not explain how stressed out I was. There were rips in the screens of windows (that once, my cat actually escaped from), there were poorly covered holes from the last persons mounts on the walls, a huge rip from the carpet (how I best explain it is that we have a bald spot in our room with no carpeting) there was paint on our microwaves, counters and mirrors etc. The next thing I noticed was on outside on the storage door, there was a piece of wood hanging far out with a bunch of nails turning every which way and our dishwasher wasn’t aligned correctly to slide in and out. I asked the maintenance to fix it and when they came, they just patched up the nailed board a little better than before and didn’t bother touching the dishwasher. After that experience, I just decided not to bother with maintenance(which is why my cat got out onto the roof from the rip in the screen). A little while down the road, I was wiping a stain off the walls from furniture and I realized the paint was coming off. I even wiped ever so lightly because I thought maybe I was being to rough with the cleaning and it still came off. After a nice long shower, I noticed that IN the paint on the wall there were strands of hair covered up in them. I had noticed it before but I just thought it was the design of the wall, but after that closer look I scrubbed and scrubbed until all hair was gone. Moving on from that though, one of the very first things I noticed when we first took a tour of Summit, was that it was very clean until you reached the stairs of your building. Spiderwebs EVERYWHERE! I do not love spiders in the slightest and every now and then I walk into a web or accidentally put my hand on a spider web in the railings. I, personally (in my own opinion) think that someone should be checking daily to make sure there are no webs at least to make the place look nicer (but again that’s just my preference). I personally learned to live with these minor differences and still find this place amazing despite anything at all, I would choose here than anywhere else.

My apartment was nice & cozy, well-maintained, and offered at reasonable pricing throughout my residency. I also rented a carport space which was conveniently located right next to my place and provided my car with protection from the elements… well worth the nominal fee. The grounds are well-kept, there is a nice fitness center, pool, entrance to the Santa Fe biking/walking trail and the complex is within walking distance to groceries, restaurants and general shopping. The office staff were consistently welcoming, helpful and attentive to my questions or any needs that arose. The very few times I had minor service requests, the maintenance staff responded the same day and efficiently completed the work. This positive experience continued through the move-out process and reimbursement of my deposit.

I lived at these apartments for 2 years and overall it was a good experience. The apartments were relatively quiet and well maintained. Maintenance was always quick and efficient. I always found the office staff friendly and welcoming. I wish there was a half star to do 3.5. I havent completely finished the move out process to provide information on how that goes.Parking is difficult and it probably wont be getting much better any time soon. The grounds can smell when the wind is blowing just right because the dump is right down the river.I had one large incident with a neighbor and a car break in (nothing really taken, wasnt much in the car), however, those are not within the control of the property. There are some people who wander by the river and can drift in.

Mark and Sarah in the front office are always friendly and helpful, and have good communication with changes and maintenance work. I have had a couple maintenance issues and they have both been fixed the next day. Neighbors are friendly and I always feel safe coming home when its dark. The apartment is in a great location- right on the Platte River trail, walking distance to restaurants (1mi) and king soops, and easy access to Santa Fe. It is next to a recycling plant but I have never noticed a smell. Good price for the area with great amenities. I almost always find parking before 10pm. I really like living here and plan to renew my lease. My only complaint is noise... the walls are thin and can hear TVs, dogs barking, muffled talking, and my lateral neighbors walking around. And if you work night shift, they will not work with you to set up a 4H time window or even a specific day for entry for annual inspections, which is something that was done at two other apartments I have lived at.

I have one of the lofted apartments and could not be happier with it. Its perfect for one person! Oh and living right off of Platte River is perfect for running, dog walking, and biking! Only complaint is the parking. I highly recommend getting a covered parking spot right away before they fill up because there are not many spots and they are all very small. The appliances are all nice (kitchen is teeny though) and maintenance has been on top of all my work orders. We have a loft and its so quiet and were the only people up on this floor. there is a landfill literally right next to the property. Some days the smell is not as bad as others but it does suck getting woken up by the sounds of dump trucks. Trash constantly gets blown over the fence that keeps falling down. That they do nothing about. It Just lays there, with nails sticking out and children and dogs playing around. Im sure theyd say its not their property but considering its RIGHT NEXT to the basketball court and not far from the playgroubd, youd think theyd care. Parking is ridiculous. If you work late, you might as well park out in front of the liquor store or youll get towed. They dont care either, theyll look at you and shrug their shoulders. The gate doesnt work at all and now there are town homes being built right next to the property and Im sure rent is going to raise even higher.

Any time I have requested it, they have fixed the problem same or next day without question. The apartments sit right on the Platte River, and are reasonably priced for what you get. Appliances are new, sound is not an issue, and the staff keeps you well-informed of whats going on in the community.Theres only one complaint - we happen to be right next to the city dump, and it stinks pretty bad in the summer sometimes.Thats it - Great job Green Leaf, its been a pleasant few years!

The only good thing is the bike trail. The apartments are over priced and over rated... you live right next to waste management have fun walking by that on hot summer days or having a window open. But I lived here for almost 2 years now and I had nothing but bad experiences here everything from staff and the apartments around us being so loud and stomping around. The staff saying is “we treat you like family” well the family must not like you than because they won’t help you in anyway for anything seem like I’m a bother everytime i walk in so, just call the cops yourself or towing company, parking is almost none by night. I PAY for my parking and people park there all the time and I’m expected to deal with it. Everything is cheap and dirty even when you move in also don’t look at the heater’s air filter, I don’t know how the places don’t burn down yet, It’s just very poorly managed for “high class apartments” I had better for less..

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My parents have lived in these apartments for close to 3 years and never had issues until the new management took over. The biggest complaint they have had is when they come home anytime past 8pm they cannot find any parking. NONE! And there is absolutely no visitor parking. Whenever we visit them, we have to park at taco bell and walk over because theres not enough parking. And management states that visitors have to have a visitor parking pass but dont give any direction on how to get that. And when my parents go to complain and ask where in the lease it states that there is a visitor pass, the manager responds with well its in the lease. But can never actually find it to prove it. These people are jokes and the apartments are jokes. I would not recommend living here. There are several other apartments in the area with better parking situations.

They changed management to Greenleaf Riverside. I moved in before the switch and was a little hesitant, but they have been outstanding.Since the management switch, there have been lots of outside upgrades going on (new paint, new roofs, etc). Parking is a bit more congested due to construction, but Ive never had to walk too far to get to my place and I think it looks better. The ladies in the office are all very nice and responsive to email. Every time Ive made a maintenance request big or small (dryer stopped working one day, sink was clogged, etc) they have come out and fixed it by the next day, sometimes same day. So thats really nice. The units themselves have a nice layout and are well maintained.Updating my review. Last night my apartment had a leak from the ceiling. I reported it this morning before 6am. The maintenance staff was there 15 minutes after the call and fixed the leak in the unit above. The management was on top of drying it and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They are replacing the carpet pad and are cleaning the carpets. I have never seen such responsiveness before.Every apartment anywhere has problems... just part of life. You want to live somewhere where the people really care about you and make your apartment a nice place to come home to. This place understands that.

I know they did the best they could but maybe moving us to a new apartment and away from someone that was making me feel unsafe would of been the answer. Parking was a joke and sometimes had to park on the other side of the lot. Apartment was okay for the money (but thats anywhere in Denver right now) Mailman was a jerk to me if i didnt pick up my mail in one day. It was gated but the gate was never closed. I had a very pleasant experience with Greenleaf Riverside. My apartment was very nice with modern appliances and very thick walls. Seriously, never even heard my neighbors although I was on the top floor so I cant speak for noise between floors. My only complaint really was that the AC/heat was pretty loud, but thats not really unexpected for a smaller apartment. Parking is pretty full, but I was always about to find a spot next to my building. Pool usually has people there, but as long as you dont mind sharing its quite nice. Sarah and Jenny at the leasing office are the best, they worked with me when I was leaving and went out of there way to get me a short term lease that ended up being quite a bit cheaper than the month to month I was planning. I ended moving out due to work but I would have been very happy to keep my place there.

I really enjoyed this apartment complex while I was there. Everyone was really nice in the office, even though they were probably agitated with us as tenants. The main complication we had while living there was the utility bill they give you, thats communal. We would receive bills of $150+, which was way too high. My roommates got to a point where they had rather break the lease than stay. Its possible there was a leak in their water line, which could have been fixed by now. The gym, grounds, and apartments are lovely. Our kitchen space was rather small for us, but everything was in working order. Parking is a bit tight, but realizing most apartment complexes are. Had an issue when they did repainting in the complex, and woke up to go to work and discovered my car was gone. They apparently towed it away that day, and was fined. Also had security question me if I lived there, one night when I was in my car, and I simply pointed to the parking tag I had in my window. My roommates both had their bikes stolen, which one went to the office to report and found out the security cameras do not work. I actually was disappointed that the gate itself was never in use, because one reason I chose those apartments was because it said it was a gated community. I did discover months into our rental that theres a walking path next to the river, which was pretty cool. I think with that and the gates never closed, thats possibly why theft can easily happen. I also was shocked when other reviews spoke about a land fill site, which you can see is behind the complex, from the walking path and certain complexes. Another problem that happened, which was an accident, was after moving in, when paying my rent, I wrote 1 digit wrong on my address, and the office came after me saying I hadnt paid my rent. My check went through, they just applied my payment towards our neighbor, but they did correct it. The annoying thing is, if you do manage to owe money, you receive a letter way too late after their alloted time frame, so I did have to argue that. Also, because of the location of the apartments, Ive seen homeless and beggars stand by the liquor store, which is not too far from the entrance, which is a little too close for comfort. Lastly, had weird experiences with strangers showing up at our door: 1) Mormons, which honestly, I dont let strangers in my home, 2) two separate occasions where the same person thought my home was their apartment.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! The management and maintenance here are extremely rude and lazy . I Woke up this morning to my car stolen only to find out from officer that another car had been stolen recently as well. I went in to complain about no notices being put out about the crime and theft happening over here and all she said is that they have it on there to do list for next community notice. Why would you not send out just a separate notice stating to take more precautions and that there has been car theft recently?! If I had received this I would have been more alert and putting on a lock bar in my subie. And on top of it they stated they were fixing security gate upon my move in but it’s been 6 months and they haven’t done that either. I feel like they do the very least they have to around here and they are not very helpful in office and can’t even get through to them on phone half the time. So frustrating!( they didn’t put out a theft notice until about a month later and made it sound like it’s our faults. Let me make this clear ! My car was locked and there was minimal stuff in it! I also have a neighbor who had their bikes stolen. There is high crime and they are to cheap to put in real cameras. The gate is still not up and running and I’ve now been here for almost a year. Don’t let them fool you ! They are not fixing it!)Update : on top my car getting stolen now my apartment smells like mildew due to a leak caught late from upstairs supposedly and they are being extremely unhelpful and rude about it. The man in the leasing office was the worst and a complete jerk when I went in to tell them I was unsatisfied with what they were claiming was wrong. My floor boards have water coming up from them and my bedroom closet is sopping wet so anything touching the floor is wet and mildew smelling . I also asked them last month to please re strip my doors because my excel bill has been over $70 a month since winter has hit, and this place is close to 500sq ft which is insane and its still cold in here! I have all my doors and windows boarded with plastic and blankets, along with my fireplace because there is no damper on it!! They did nothing about this!!!! This is by far the worst place I’ve ever rented from and can not wait to get out of here!!! Keep looking and Do not give them your money!!!

The apartments seem very nice and I would love to live here, but Im very disappointed with the tour. I wanted to see the eagle and rio grande floor plans but the only one available for me to see was a studio floor plan. If you want people to live here, why not have all floor plans available to show? Who is going to rent an apartment without seeing what the layout actually looks and feels like in person? Very, very disappointing. I would love to live here but it feels like selling prospective residents on an apartment is not a priority for them, so they will be losing my business. If anyone from management sees this review and would like to show me one of my desired floor plans, Id be open and appreciative of that.

This apartment complex recently changed ownership from Carmel to Greenleaf. I have lift here for about a year now. Under Carmel I really had no issues with the apartment complex. Since the change I have had a lot of problems with the landlords.I am living in a two bedroom apartment. The master bedroom is fairly large and has a connected bathroom. The other bedroom is really small and can really only fit a queen size mattress and a small dresser. The appliances in the apartment are very cheap, but if anything breaks Greenleaf is relatively quick to replace the appliance. We have had our washer replaced once and our dryer replaced twice since living here. One downside to the apartment complex is that it is located right next to the city dump and RF storage yard (check it out on google maps). On windy days it smells really bad. The dump is visible from my window :(. This was something I didnt see or notice when I looked at the model unit. I only found it out after I had signed my lease.Another downside is the parking situation. There is limited parking at my apartment complex. If you work late is difficult to get a parking spot close to your apartment. Be careful where you park. My car has been towed twice now. Once during the winter when the snow covered up a restricted parking spot (there was not sign saying not to park) and the other for having an expired license plate sticker. Both times I was towed without any notice.Overall I wouldnt recommend living here. After my lease ends I am looking for somewhere else to live.

MANY SERIOUS PROBLEMS. I moved in jut 2 months ago and I wish I would not have signed a 10 month lease. One of the major thing we looked for in a apartment was additional parking because my husband was being deployed and we needed to be able to keep his car(we do not know anyone in the city) and they said that was absolutely fine and just 2 months later they enforced a new parking rule and I was NOT allowed to keep his car here. I offered to pay as much as I needed but they say nope, I need to find a new somewhere else for his car.... I do not have anywhere. I do not know anyone.Second: Dog friendly??? NOT AT ALL. Dogs run around off leash and I have seen dog fights and my 17lb dog was attacked twice already, and I had to put myself in danger because I would much rather be attached then have my dog hurt. I have complained multiple times yet nothing has changed. I do not feel safe walking my dog. The poor kid that lives below me is deathly afraid of dogs and he has to deal with this as well and its beyond unacceptable. The last time I complained to the office there was 4 large dogs off leash and I just witnessed one of them chase a horrified chihuahua down toward a very busy road. That same dog is currently (as I write this) outside off leash with 2 other dogs off leash. My dog is my child and lawsuits will absolutely be looked into.Moral of the story, I do not have a place to keep my husbands car nor can I walk my dog without fear. and now I have to spend time I do not have documenting all this madness.

I have lived here for a year and they are trying to raise my rent almost $100. It is already way above market rent (although they will tell you differently). Apartently you have to give a 60 day vacate notice, which isnt told to you until you are almost 30 days from the end of your lease (of course its in the lease I signed a year ago). Because of that I have to pay for an extra month and they want me to pay my rent plus 50%. The managment sucked before they changed it and it hasnt gotten better. The new company is putting money into the buildings, but I have a feeling its the money they are stealing from their tenets. I would not rec. moving here for any reason unless you like giving your money away.

Absolutely horrible! Ive been living here for 2 and a half years sadly. I used to love living here but since this horrible woman downstairs moved in has made our lives a living hell! She harasses us daily. I have 2 kids that are still very young and no matter what little noise is made she bangs on our floor and yells very rude things to my family and even calling us white trash. We have reported her on multiple occasions yet nothing is done. Even went as far as trying to set up a mediation to try and resolve the problem. The women would not comply. So the problem has been ignored. No matter what we do or proof we bring they will not do anything about it. This woman has even keyed 2 of our cars but its doesnt matter. Every problem is just swept under the rug and NEVER TAKEN CARE OF! its seriously getting to the point where we may just hire a lawyer. We shouldnt have to move if we are not the ones causing the problems! This is apartment living no matter what you will always here noises from other neighbors god for bid my daughter drops a toy on the floor and all hell breaks loose! This has been going one for the past YEAR!

Looks can be deceiving! Everything looked great when we moved in. They have recently remodeled so the apartments are nice, and the club house is really great. However, we are in the unit along the trail on the north side of the complex, right next to the garbage facility Waste Management. I didnt think it would be an issue, until we got home from work around 5 or 6 and the smell was terrible! We cant have our patio door or windows open at night because of the smell. Also, Im not sure if it has to do with the fact we are on the first floor, but we have bug problem. Ive lived in a few other apartments, and have never noticed so many. We always have our windows and doors closed, so Im not sure how they are getting in. Other than the garbage and bugs, the apartments is nice.

Been here almost a year and was OK up until the last few months and Im definitely not renewing my lease. First off, the office staff is rude and not very willing to help. Second, they dont have enough parking and therefore keep changing parking policies, doing things to the parking lot like; pressure washing a small concrete strip around the edge of the parking lot so for one day you cant park in half the parking lot, a few weeks later they need to re-stripe the parking area (probably to shrink parking spaces, again, to add places.), towing off any vehicle which might be in the way, will not give my roommate and I a third parking pass since we have 3 vehicles. You need to get a guest pass during office hours so no unscheduled visits by your friends or family from 7pm-5am or their vehicle will be towed off. And, during all this they said they were working on expanding the parking and finding more, but enforced the policies before making parking expansion arrangements. Seems to be one thing after another and no help from management... Cant wait until the lease is up.

Terrible management cheap owners that wont fix anything. Because management is so lazy my car got stolen cause they wont fix the fence, so dont count on this place being a gated community like advertise! Come to find out i wasnt the only person with a car stolen that week! no email notices or anything was put out so people can take precautions! Avoid this place at all cost!!

To the current residents. Make sure you register your vehicle for a parking permit with parkM. They will tow your vehicle WITHOUT ANY NOTICE! If its not registered with the parking company. And it is pricey to get it out of the impound. So make sure your vehicle is registered this company nickel and dimes you on everything.

Smelly, loud, overpriced. Frequent theft/car break ins due to all the hobos/junkies hanging out on the bike trail between here and walgreens.

Dont clean your apartment when you move out, they will Nickle and dime you for the most absurd fees! I cleaned my apartment before I moved out and left a $300.00 deposit for keys and such that I lost, well now I owe them $400 additional. This place is an utter joke
