Communication is awful. I’ve reached out to the office five times to handle my lease situation but have yet to get a response despite them telling me they would get back to me. Now so much time has passed that they are putting late fee notices on my door. Besides that, since living here my car has been vandalized twice likely due to the dimly lit parking lot that they just recently added more lights to. Maintenance issues have also been numerous involving hot water issues, plumbing issues in the bathroom, and a flooding dishwasher. When I’ve tried to talk to someone in corporate about the issues here they have responded as if they don’t have any information for their higher ups. I guess they just think I’ll buy the fact that they just magically hired themselves and don’t answer to anyone else. Just honestly don’t move here. Unfortunately I didn’t have the time to carve out to look for another place but I will MAKE the time when my lease is up.

I’ve been living here for three years in February! Their amenities are awesome! And their are very affordable! The area is kid friendly and they have amazing schools! It’s also located in the center of the city so you’re in a 5 mile radius to all restaurants and activities! Highly recommended!

It is in your best interest not to rent here. I am just waiting for my lease to expire to move out. Trash on stairwells, slow service request response, and they NEVER clean the gymIt is now a one star review. This is my second day without hot water. No word or updates from the staff. This complex is a joke.

I’ve been here now 3 years, and I can see the change and shift in the atmosphere, the management is hands on, they communicate and they have the largest floor plans at a unbeatable price! The Maintenance crew may be small but they are effective. It’s important as tenants to know that NOTHING is perfect ! Without any hard feelings communicate what the issue is and address it to them. These units have been around since President Reagan was in office or even older, so there are updates that are being made piece by piece but they DEFINITELY address them to ensure you have a peaceful stay. Who else you know offers a fireplace, hardwood floors, a HUGE balcony, huge walk in closets at their prices? 👀👀

They are horrible and I’m making sure I put a review everywhere. That’s how bad they are. They have rats and will not call pest control.. water leaks they take for ever to fix. They’re liars. I’ve been in this apartment for 3 weeks with no A/C just sweating. They won’t come fix my garbage disposal from a month ago and they are raising the price of rent with no renovations.. they will not listen to what you prefer prior to moving in you’ll get whatever tf they want you to have. But they are definitely good at lying, smiling and sounding good.

Im really impressed with the ease of the application process and the genuine recommendations of the property managers, specifically Stormi. She provided an excellent property tour and answered all my questions with thorough, honest answers. While I had applied to the property, the excellent tour and information is what secured my rental of an apartment at Turtle Creek. Looking forward to moving in soon.

My daughter went to apply for an apartment. She was missing some information to finish processing her application and was told she could email the information in. After paying an application fee, she called the next day only to be told the apartment she applied for rented to someone else. I dont understand how a person is allowed to apply for an apartment with a pending application. A waste of time and money.

I truly love the property and quiet environment but their maintenance team is by far one the worst Ive ever dealt. I have to make multiple calls to office to have things fix. My entire first week my AC was out and I had a 6 month old baby at the time. I called all week and they kept informing me maintenance had worked on it but I still had no air working on it. It took a week and a half to restore my AC ( the air compressor went out which he shouldve been able to assess the first time he came out but didnt) and no compensation was offered. Then there was another instance where maintenance was pose to come out and fix my kitchen sink and this man literally used MY duck tape to tape the pipes back together and had my bucket to catch the flow over which I had already done. OH and not to mention since moving in Ive complained of my floors mysteriously always ended up soaking wet in my guest closet and come to find out I had a crack in tub that was causing the problem that just recently was fixed twice in the last 2 months ago after a year long lease. I love my apartment and the staff but Ive had too problems with maintenance for my liking. If they could get a better maintenance and maybe find a way to keep the gates from malfunctioning, Id be a lot happier tenant.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Ive only been living here two weeks and my maintenance request have yet to be resolved. Had a leak the first day i moved and the walls/floors are thin. Im really trying to adjust tbh. So many small things that should have been fixed before i moved in . Ugh. The only good thing i can say at this point is that i like Danielle at the front desk. Hopefully i can grow to like more, because right now i wouldnt recommendUPDATE: Its been less than two weeks later and i just woke up to another leak in my apartment. Im over it. :(BEEN HERE A MONTH AND A HALF. HAVE HAD A TOTAL OF 5 LEAKS. WHAT THE ENTIRE F*So glad they released me out of my lease! What a waste of 3 months. So recently I renewed my lease here at Turtle Creek, Ive been here since 2014 and Ive had nothing short of a very pleasant stay. Nesha P. is so very awesome, Ive had the pleasure of being a tenant of hers and she is wonderful. I can call the office at any time discuss whatever issue I may have and she takes GREAT care of my needs. If I had to choose another apartment complex I wouldnt because this has been the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in of the many throughout my adult life so no new complex Ill continue to reside her as long as Nesha is here until I buy a house, I LOVE HER! Apartment managers can only do so much with time they have and Im lucky to say Ive been blessed we an angel!

Our ac went out in the middle of the night. My wife called the on call matinance man to let him know that the ac was out, it’s over 80 degrees outside/ 76 inside, and we have a 3 month old baby that is just getting over a fever so we need the apartment to be cool. When he responded he told my wife that he was not coming out because 76 degrees is not hot. I got on the phone to ask him his name and he hung up in my face. That was very unprofessional. If he doesn’t like responding to calls he needs to find another job.

I visited Turtle Creek today to view an apartment. Walked in, was not greeted. Stood around for 5 minutes had to call out to get someone to acknowledge us. When the lady walked out she basically said What do you need? I paused for a moment and started to walk out..but i did come for a reason. I asked her for info on the 2 BR apartments............she asked me to come back in 20 min because she had someone coming in who had made an appointment. Which, was fine but no other potential resident was in the office at that time and she was not the only person in the office. All that to say.....the first impression is a good indicator of what you get.

I have had a water leak for going on over a month this time. The last time was a about two or three months ago. This time it has been over a month and still walking around on wet floors. I have called the office plenty of times and have went inside and they just keep saying be patient. And after a little over a year the front gate finially works put they still have not put my number in the system so i still cant use the gate i have only told them 5 times its not working they just KEEP saying sorry where going to email etc. And the air only works some times. And the, Maintenance man messed up my key pad on door. And the same thing as always where going to fix it and like i always it NEVER get fixed. And with all this going on the Communication with staff sucks there is no communication no matter how much you ask them to please let you know whats going on. They inly tell you what they think you want to hear. I cant wait until my lease is up.

I visited friends tonight who have lived there for two years. I was there for four hours with at least 10 open parking spaces around my vehicle, and my tire was booted. I was a guest of a resident in a vehicle that obviously was not abandoned, and I was parked in an area where Ive parked while visiting in the past. It cost me $95 to have the boot removed, which wasnt done until 2:30am. Since this is how this complex treats the guests of residents, I strongly discourage anyone from giving them business.

I have lived in TC for 3 years now. The staff from leasing agent to maintenance are very professional and responsive. Many of the complaints in these reviews are legitimate of PAST YEARS but they certainly arent now. As a responsible adult, sometimes we need to take credit for our own mistakes and suck up the consequences. I too have had to deal with paying $95 for a booted tire, however it is very clearly posted on the gate before entering the complex that the parking is reserved for residents and there is ample labeled spots for visitors. The complex itself is clean and quiet. Typically trash and unsightly things are a direct result of residents or their guests whom I will gander to say have little home training and feel it is ok to drop whatever wherever. Also, the fitness area has been renovated and the pool has been updated. As a whole, that is not representative of TC. I think the things that matter most in choosing an apartment are affordability, safety, accommodations, and convenience. I would give TC a 4-5 on all of those things.

I called the emergency maintenance person around 12:40 a.m. because we woke up to a very warm apartment. The a/c is not working and it’s over 80 degrees outside. He told me he wasn’t coming out because 76 degrees in the apartment isn’t hot. When you call to leave a message for the emergency maintenance line it SPECIFICALLY says no working a/c when it’s 80 or higher outside is considered an emergency, not what the temp is inside. We have a 3 month old who’s been under the weather with a temp over 100. He was very unprofessional, rude, and I can say I’ve honestly NEVER had anyone who represented a business speak to me the way he did. When my husband got on the phone the guy asked “Who is this?” But when my husband asked his name, he completely hung up on us! Just down right unacceptable, unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful.

Looks beautiful from the road but the facade ends there. The hot tub in the google photos doesnt exist. The gates are almost always open. The parking is atrocious. The lights around the walking paths are always out. The fitness center is dusty and most of the equiptment doesnt work. The stairways and walkways have mildew, mold, and spider webs from years past. The only part of the buildings that gets cleaned is the front facing side, which potential new tenants will see. There are problems with plumbing and bugs (especially ants). It takes 3-4 days before issues are addressed. This place was beautiful when I moved here but after the ownership change a year ago, it has slipped considerably. I WILL NOT be renewing my lease this time around!

Good first, one of the girls worked with us to find someone to take over our lease so I could move for a job transfer, Kristi i think her name is was always friendly and accomodating. The rest of them are rude, they act like they are stressed to the max, we were told if we got moved over the weekend we wouldnt have to pay any prorrated fees but after we moved they threatened us with collections saying we owed for 2 days. Gates never worked, pool was not maintained, drug dealers above us throwing trash off the balcony that never got picked up or corrected, for what they charge to live there its a total ripoff. 15ish months we were there the gate probably worked a total of 3 of them.
