Commenting to share my experience!! I called Apartment Hunters maybe a month ago and met Dillon! He was absolutely fantastic! I had a very specific vision and he met all the criteria for what I was searching for. I had a brief moment where I wasn’t sure about a place so he didn’t place any pressure on me to rent. I was out to lunch with my mom and I got a call from him - he had a listing pop up that was absolutely perfect for me and called me instantly! Without him I never would’ve found my new home! It was the perfect price range, with a landlord I was already familiar with, and in the perfect location with a beautiful neighborhood. Seriously I don’t know what I would do without Dillion! I had terrible luck finding places on my own before and always ended up having to room with someone. That never ended well. Dillion did not stop until I was 100% satisfied with my options and I really really appreciate that. He even helped me paint a vision for decorating. I moved to the Little Rock area from Austin, TX. Due to the pandemic, I wanted to avoid staying in an Air B&B or hotel. I wanted to locate, lease and move directly into an apartment. I found a few virtual tours online but my search was still very much incomplete and the clock was ticking! Everyone at Apartment Hunters are absolutely amazing! Especially the agent I had the pleasure of work with which was Veronica McKnight, I literally called them on a Monday needing assistance after so much frustration with trying on my own. I called Apartment Hunters spoke with Veronica, explained when I was looking to move and the type of home I preferred, the area I preferred, along with a few other personal questions to better assist in their search for me, but absolutely non intimidating. I explained I was 18 weeks pregnant, and ready to move within the 2 weeks or so, I also explained the issue I had been having during my own search and why I needed their help. After explaining this to Veronica she got on it right away, I received an email literally 2 mins after getting off the phone with her with a list of properties and a feature to select “like or dislike” which helped her understand what I was looking for and my interests. Once I submitted that I “I liked” a property we decided it would be beneficial for me to go ahead and apply for it in the midst of setting up a time to view it. There were two properties that we’re like a dream, two that I really hoped to get. Lo and behold I received a text from Veronica letting me know I was approved for 1 of them and ready to move in. I decided to share my experience here because prior to reaching out to AH I was feeling defeated, and Increasingly frustrated especially after spending soooooo much money on application fees and taking time off work to go view properties. Veronica was so professional, personable, and extremely prompt! There wasn’t a day that went by where I didn’t receive an update from her, I also loved the convenience of not having to go inside of Apartment Hunters place of business In order to receive help. Everything was done over the phone and through email, Veronica made this experience beyond amazing and easy. She ROCKS like seriously! the entire process took about a week. If you ever need assistance in searching for a new home or even apartment I dare you to contact AH (Veronica McKnight to be exact) and prepare to be amazed! You will not regret it, that’s for sure.

Apartment Hunters took a lot of work out of my home search process. I worked with Veronica and she made everything super convenient. Before finding apartment hunters for a month of looking I couldn’t find anything and after one phone call to Veronica she already had a place lined up for me. It took a week to find a place to rent and it took me 4-5 weeks and didn’t find anything. I’m extremely satisfied!

I worked with Veronica Mcknight. She was a professional from start to finish. She planned a tour before the day started, sent me options to look through and was patient and kind in answering all my questions. Half way through the tour I ended up changing my mind about the type of properties I was looking for and Veronica was on it in a matter of seconds; she presented me with new options within the next ten minutes and we were able to check out some truly beautiful apartments. Dillion was great! I was relocating from Mississippi back to Arkansas and I looked all over for a place to stay, I stumbled across apartment hunters during my search and Dillion helped me find a place in no time!

I have experienced great service from Apartment Hunters in the past. As I now need to find a new home, I thought about this wonderful service and made a call. So very glad I did!! Jamie Carter came to my rescue!During my time in Ms. Carters office, communication was clear and professional. I was surprised when Ms. Carter offered to escort me to Hidden Valley apartments, where we met with the manager and his maintenance man who were both very friendly. After viewing several apartments, Ms. Carter even drove me to a store to purchase a required money order for the application fee. Ms. Carter sat with me while I filled out the application and her company was reassuring in this stressful situation...trying to find a new home. Once our search and rescue mission was over, Ms. Carter drove me back to my car. What a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Apartment Hunters for your new home search whether apartments or family residences. Ms. Carter sent me wonderful emails full of suggestions within my price range and answered all my questions. Its rare to find customer service these days and Apartment Hunters does just that!
