I have only been here for a couple of days but the manager of the complex is so so nice. She helped us with our issues with Entergy, she answered all questions that we had with grace, and she even told us we are in this together and that made me feel so good. The apartment I moved into is so nice, especially compared to my previous apartments.

This is the best apartment complex in Little Rock when it come to quality over price. I love everything about my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Amber (Manager) is the sweetest person you will ever meet and will do everything in her power to please her residents. Maintenance is great. Though covid has slowed things down just a bit with new guidelines, you can expect to have your issues properly taken care of in a quick manner. We have food trucks frequently on the premises along with updates of other community events. I just renewed for my third year!

Living at The Wellington at Chenal has been a great experience. The Neighbors are polite and friendly. The Staff works hard to make the community is a clean and safe place to live.

I am beyond impressed with how speedy and convenient the application process is. Janae was amazing! She explained everything very thoroughly and didn’t get upset with my many questions and calls. Just awesome customer service. Feels like we selected a great place to live.

I just moved in and I absolutely love it! I would highly recommend to go to Janae. She is a sweetheart and will get the job done. The application process was very fast!

My fiancé and I are new to apartment hunting. Wellington at Chenal was among the most responsive and helpful apartment’s we communicated and met with! They even gave us goody bags when we toured. The atmosphere is great and the apartments are in good shape as well as the additional facilities and outdoor areas.Ultimately we went with another apartment outside of Little Rock, because of location due to work and other obligations.Would definitely recommend considering living here!

Great place to stay, I love my neighbors and the environment is good. Staff is amazing. Great family place and animal friendly.Maintenance is always helpful and doing what they can to help with fixing the problem.

Beautiful apartments. Floorplans are laid out well. The leasing agent that showed me a 2 bedroom was lovely as well.They unfortunately do not accept housing/section 8 anymore. [And havent since 2015.] (Just something helpful to mention.)

We lived at the Wellington for quite a while. It was a great stepping stone while we saved to purchase our first home. The neighborhood is quiet, close to everything we had to access daily, and it definitely served its purpose for us, When we first moved in, we had noisy upstairs neighbors but since then things had tremendously improved. We adore the staff, and maintenance was always super vigilant to respond to our needs and take care of the issues right away. This is a great place for new families, college kids, older couples, or anyone really.

The staff is amazing! Always friendly and responds quickly to questions and/or maintenance. The property is kept well maintained and outside dog trash is always full of bag and trash is emptied often! Thank you Wellington !

I cannot believe I didnt review yet! I love this place! Location is excellent. Staff is extremely friendly. It is a very calm place. Apartment is spacious. Maintenance is done in a timely manner when you request it. And you can tell how hard they work to improve and make it all better

This is a GREAT place to live, been here about a month now and love it even more, the apartment is great, the location is great and the staff are AWESOME!!! specially Amber, Brittany and Tommy. They are always smiling and always happy to see you and help you out, having people like these makes it even more enjoyable and cant complain about the neighbors either, so far everything is GREAT!!! I recommend anyone who is looking for a great place to live to check out The Wellington at Chenal, you wont be disappointed.UPDATE: Well, been here for 2 years now and I am about to extend my lease for another year. Was looking to buy a house but since I havent found one I like I will be living at The Wellington at Chenal for another year. And really the only reason I would move from The Wellington is if a buy a house, there is no reason to look for another place to live. The apartments are great, clean, awesome amenities and the neighbors are great. Not to forget Amber and the rest of the staff, they are amazing people and really care about the residents here. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a great place to live.

We have lived here since January and one of the reasons we chose Wellington is they are able to accommodate 3 dogs.Amber, as well as the rest of the office staff, are always very nice and willing to answer any questions we have. She was very helpful and patient with us when we signed our lease as we were moving here from TX and havent lived in an apartment for several years. As far as maintenance issues, weve had a couple since moving in and they were always on top it and got things fixed quickly.The location is great, our unit is updated, residents are pretty friendly and the complex is quiet at night, except for the recent car break-ins. From our experience, that can be a problem anywhere so we never leave anything valuable in our vehicle (but I agree as others have mentioned, on-site security would be helpful). On occasion our neighbors have been loud but thats to be expected sometimes. Our dogs bark on occasion, especially if someone is walking by our unit.The reason I left off 1 star (but I may go back and edit that to 5 stars at the end of our lease) is because the doggie poop stations arent being emptied regularly anymore. Recently they were filled to the top due to not being emptied for a while and when its warm outside, it smells pretty bad, especially if your unit is close to one! However, Im thankful that residents who have dogs are generally great about picking up after them because we rarely ever see dog poop laying around. There is trash around the dumpsters/property quite often (but it would be helpful if residents would actually put the trash inside the dumpster instead of setting it on the ground in front of the dumpster.) Maintenance is good about regularly going around and picking up the trash.All in all, its been a good experience living here so far.

Friendly and competent staff, they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we have everything that we need, which is great during the pandemic.

I have had problems from the start but the old management was very helpful, Cami, Amber and Tommy for maintenance.I feel Cami kept the property in great shape and kept the residents in check.However since we have had new management, the residents have become trashier and trashier. There have been car break in since the influx of new residents, and rude guest to many of the new residents.The residents make the neighborhood good or bad and with the new management I can’t help but notice that the Wellington is trashier, literally and metaphorically pertaining to the residents and the state of the property.Also repairs were never the best and the over all goal of the apartment was profit since they just paint over everything and there has been a constant mold issue.Recently with this new manager repairs have been extremely neglected and maintenance pest control has been non existent. Also trash clean up at the receptacles around the property have been very poorly tended. All of this has gone terribly downhill since the new manger was put in place.I do plan on emailing maxis property or Debbie again soon to let them know and post all the pictures I have taken.Hope they turn it out before a lot of people don’t sign a new lease, otherwise this is just going to turn into another ghetto trash apartment complex like the many off Rodney parham.

The staff was incredibly honest and showed me the actual apartment that I would be renting. Pricing is very competitive and distance is a plus. It is just west enough to be in a safer area and not to far down Chenal that it takes an extra 20 minutes to get to the highways. I would recommend looking at reviews on multiple sites and possibly seeing if you can get quality reviews on Aspen square management who manages multiple properties. Overall, I couldnt find a better complex with the amenities and kind staff at that price point.

I love living here! The office staff, Cami and Amber are awesome and very helpful. My neighbor upstairs is pretty noisy, but other than that, its super quiet out here.

I absolutely loved living at the Wellington. Cami and Lindsay are the absolute best. There was never a time that I had an issue that wasn’t handled right away. I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking to live Well out in West Little Rock.

This has been the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I moved from out of town and chose this complex based on location and pet policy.The day I was supposed to move in, my apartment wasn’t ready - they were still painting and doing stuff to the floor. I was still able to move in that day, but had to wait until the afternoon. When I did move in, one of my bathrooms had not been cleaned. Someone had used the toilet and there were muddy footprints in the bathtub.A few days after I moved in, I realized my kitchen sink was leaking into the cabinet below and have had some other maintenance problems. Luckily the one positive about this complex is that the maintenance team is quick to respond and seems to get things fixed.These apartments are LOUD. I worked nights for 5 years and like to think I’m pretty good at sleeping through noise, however I am woken up at least 3 times a week by my upstairs neighbors and kept awake for several hours. Management was nice about it at first, but really did nothing to stop it. They shrugged it off as being a hazard of living in an apartment complex and suggested I make friends with my neighbors and ask them to be quieter. They asked me to provide video evidence of noise complaints and then tried to blame it on the subfloor and said it couldn’t be fixed. I’ve never had a floor that slammed doors, moved furniture, and turned it’s tv volume all the way up, but maybe that’s a thing? The only “solution” I was offered was to move to a 3rd floor apartment for the last couple months of my lease. Eventually they stopped replying to my complaints which is extremely unprofessional. Honestly I slept better on a Friday night in my freshman year dorm than I have here.My lease is ending soon (thankfully!) and the way they handle your lease ending was extremely sketchy. I received a paper the day before my 60 day notice was due giving me options of renewing my lease. At the very end in fine print it said you have to provide written notice if you are not planning to renew your lease and if you don’t they will automatically enroll you in a month to month lease at a ridiculous price. There was no form to fill out saying you didn’t want to renew your lease so you have to go to the office and request one. I had received an email about it a few days before that also only gave me options of renewing my lease.If you can live somewhere else I highly suggest it, especially if you like to sleep, watch tv without also hearing what your neighbors are watching, having your apartment shake if someone slams a door too hard, etc. There was also a LRPD swat raid a few weeks ago and have been several car break ins. The good news is if you are an extremely loud person, you can live here with literally zero consequences.

First, I want to say that if you are reading all the reviews not to judge this place by the negative comments. Come and experience this place in person, make an appointment (The Staff are just Incredibly Nice and the Property is just Beautiful). People are people.... Just remember that there are always two sides to every story.With that being said, I want to say I absolutely love to live at the Wellington at Chenal Apartments. The Inside of my apartment is beautiful. The Amenities are new, and refreshing. The pool is always clean and a great place to relax. There is no other place in Little Rock, (apartment wise), that its as nice, affordable and friendly.Another thing I absolutely love is the Staff! So fun, So Nice, Always know your name, treat you with respect. Also any time I have made a Maintenance request, they are fast to respond and great to get whatever was wrong fixed.They are Pet Friendly (Hint, Hint... Check out their New Doggy Park). This is very important to me since I have a pet.I have lived here for about 1 year and 6months... The Wellington at Chenal is so great! Casondra, Melissa, and Lindsay are very down to earth and helpful. Since the new management took over they have made so many improvements and cleaned up the property. Location here is great as well, were only a rocks toss away from the Promenade at Chenal and tons of restaurants/shops. I commend all the great work!

Moved to this complex from out of state without visiting first! Everything went smoothly to get set up and the staff was very accommodating. Maintenance requests were always fulfilled in a timely manner and staff was always very friendly and always greeted me by name when going into the office to pick up packages, etc. Great location, amenities, & management. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to live. The staff is outstanding. The AIM to please. I would recommend this complex to anyone. I have been here for 3 years, and not planning on moving.

I have lived here for 3 1/2 years, and since aspen square took over the apartments things have improved drastically. The difference is like night and day. They have made this a much more peaceful living environment for me and my son. They have gotten rid of the bad residents and continue to make more improvements every day. I am so glad that this happened, because the location is great and there was no reason for there to be problems like there were before in such a good area.

I have been living at The Wellington since May of 2015. It is a beautiful community. My apartment was beautiful and just like the model. The office staff is very helpful and maintenance staff is very fast. I love the fitness center and the beautiful landscaping here.

When I signed my lease in Jan I was told certain things by the manager and she followed her word..as I would hope we can expect. We now have a new “manager” who is on a power trip. Install cameras for resident violation instead of resident safety. Leave trash out but if it is our trash that a fine. I mean the water was out and people obviously were concerned and her response is an all caps reply saying the dumb residences didn’t call the right number. Shes very unprofessional. Quite frankly it’s wearing on me and other residents I know. And unless you are blind you have seen the masses of people moving out. Side note- my apartment is no where near level. This place is falling apart. Fair warning. I give two starts bc the matience man is cool but that’s it lol

I am so proud of all the changes happening to our community! We have remodeled the interiors of the apartments, added a beautiful pavilion, and are currently working on the landscaping. I cant wait to see what else is in store!

Overall a decent place. They have been remodeling and have the nice white cabinets with granite looking counter tops. Never really seen any bugs. Office staff has always been nice. only complaints I have is lease renewal jumped cost nearly $100 and the windows are terrible. You can hear people sneeze outside with your windows closed.

I would not recommend anyone to move there! Big rip off! Please take pics etc of your apartment so they cant say you damage their property. Living there is not worth it! Especially the expensive rent youll have to pay. Very small rooms..everything thats supposedly renovated isnt...just painted or built over the old cabinetry etc. The staff is cool and thats about it!..

My wife and I have lived here a month, and so far so good! Cassandra and Melissa and the rest of the staff are really great! I cant think of a single complaint.

They are so worried about parking that they dont worry about anything else. Half of the time appliances dont work even though they are new. Still have to worry about spiders. People that run the parking lot at night only care about putting stickers on their car instead of paying attention to people taking things out of your car. For what you have to pay I dont think its worth it

I have to say that Wellington at Chenal as been making some wonderful changes. I am very satisfied with all the hardwork they are doing. I feel more safe and comfortable staying in this community.

Ive lived in Little Rock my entire life and I would have to say that The Wellington at Chenal is the BEST apartment that I have visited in Little Rock. I have been to at least 7 different complexes in the Chenal area and none of them compare to the Wellington. What sticks out the most is the customer service. Every other place that Ive been to has treated me like I was just another person, just another $$ walking through the door.

Wonderful people!...Great maintenance team as well. I absolutely love the ladies in the office. They are always nice and cheerful!!! COME ENJOY THE FUN TOO!!!!!!

Being a resident here, It is difficult getting a member from the leasing office to return your phone calls when an resident has left messages/calls and no one answers. Upon coming home last night I noticed my air was not blowing cool air at all! The temperature in my home was extremely uncomfortable. (I also have a small child here). After contacting the Emergency Maintenance for over an hour, I never received a call from maintenance! However, I was fortunate to reach the Courtesy Officer in hopes of the Officer contacting maintenance! The Officer called me back within 5 minutes and informed me that he was able to reach Steve from Maintenance. I was told that Maintenance was too tired due to working all day and would not be able to come out to my apartment! How unprofessional! Hopefully members of the leasing office and maintenance will show better concern for the residents here at the Wellington!

Beautiful apartments in a great area of Little Rock! The staff were amazing also!

First impression was good. But I cant wait to leave. Ghetto people always barking outside making my 10 month old baby struggle to sleep, they told me my apartment was Comcast/Xfinity ready and yet I had a technician come in 3 times trying to install internet and they cant, saying that something is wrong with the apartments. Theyre outdated apartments with squeaky floors. We can hear the people upstairs squeaky floors and Im sure our downstairs neighbors can hear ours. Good location but whoever is accepting these new ghetto people is a horrible manager, and bad for business.

Please!!!!! Please!!! take photos or videos when you move in/out.. I received some fraudulent charges for touch up paint and stains in the carpet on my final bill.. I was never given the opportunity to schedule a final walk through with the manager, however she did the final walk through on her own.. The air conditioning unit had to be recharged every month due to a leak, that was never fixed.. I wouldnt recommend this apartment to anyone.. Im going to call the corporate office about the fraudulent chargers on my final bill.. I can prove the apartment was completely cleaned and free of damaged with the photos and videos Ive taken before and after my move out date... Very poor management and maintenance skills..

I am from out of town and came down to visit family for my Mothers Day weekend. Saw something from, Im assuming is the security guard thats on duty that completely turned me off with this complex. One of the tenants car was being towed from them having expired tags, which I can understand I guess but didnt really see what the big deal was. The officer was very rude to this tenant and I even saw another tenant come out of their apartment to try to help with the issue and he was very rude to this guy. It just seemed as if the officer was being disrespectful and not understanding. Also seemed to be focused on blowing his cigarette smoke in front of them. Following the rules is one thing but being disrespectful to a female and also someone who was just trying to help is unacceptable. If I knew the officers name I would file a report immediately, but Im just glad I dont have to live here and deal with that guy
