We needed a furnace diagnosis done on short notice and Dash was on the job! They did an excellent job scheduling us on short notice. They were able to send someone the next day. Robert Cato was the technician they sent and he was very friendly, professional and responsive. He gave us piece of mind and even showed us how we could maintain our unit. All in all it was a great experience.
I called today at 4pm about water coming from my ceiling that I knew where THE HVAC was located. They arrived within hours, found it was a blocked drainage pipe, and fixed it within an hour and gave a detailed report on how they fixed it as there were previous band-aid jobs done to unclog this pipe, without permanent repair. He stated he worked extra to try to fix this problem, hopefully for good.
Emergency service for failed compressor.Arrived within 90 minutes of my call on a Saturday (I was fortunate). Diagnosed problem and did patch job until can order appropriate part. Gave advice for the future which I believe was appropriate and in line with prior technicians from same company: unit not in ideal location and doomed to failure sometime in the not so distant future. Price for today’s service very reasonable for an emergency on a weekend. Justin very knowledgeable and professional. Did not appear to be trying to sell me anything.
I called in after our air conditioner stopped running. I was able to get a same day appointment which was great. Our technician Jeremy was excellent. Very professional, punctual and personable. He explained exactly what was going on with our cooling system and made sure to get it back up and running as quickly as he could. He even let us know about promotions that the business runs in the case that we need to replace the unit in the future. I will definitely be using Dash again in the future and I hope to be lucky enough to get Jeremy as our technician again.

Had a unit (ac and heating) installed. The install guy were not real… didn’t know we had a door to cover that unit. He had to move it to get all his stuff in the hall!! He had to fix the drain pipe cause he had a bunch of “t’s” and caps and the pipe was sticking a 1/4 of inch out into the hall!! He said it was only way he could do it because he was out 90’s!! 4 days later someone had to come out to seal up some leakage from unit to the duct work. Week and half later had to call and get someone to come out cause the fan on outside unit wasn’t running. Mind you we signed up for all their stupid “service” plans, Warranties and all that jazz!! But I still have to pay them to come out here!!! 11 days this new unit has been here and this is the second time we’ve had to call them out here!!! WTH AND I STILL HAVE TO PAY MORE MONEY!! Mr. Cato came out twice in the last two days to check our 2 A/C units. It is not his fault that he had to come out twice. We did not ask him to check the Freon level of the second unit on his first visit. He completed his tasks on both days very quickly, and our A/C units are running great now.

5 star service all the way! We called on Saturday evening after our outdoor unit kept cycling on and off. The agent was so polite and helpful. While it was too late for someone to come out that night, they assured me they would have a technician out the next morning. As promised, I received a text letting me know that Clyde was on his way. Shortly after, I received a call from Clyde directly. He let me know his ETA and he was here promptly. After a little inspection, he found the root problem (in 11 degree weather). He fixed the issue and we were back in business. We are so thankful for the professional service and great work! I would totally recommend DASH to all of our friends and family! We called and they showed up within the next 24 hours on a weekend. We had to pay OT fees but it was worth it to get our A/C working again. We signed up for their membership program, also. A worthwhile benefit in our eyes!
Arron was the technician. He was very polite and very nice. He agreed to do some additional work towards the end of the service. I would like to have Arron be the technician that comes out each time.
Justin provided excellent service to both of my ac units. I’ve always been satisfied with Dash service. Arrives on time, cordial, and very good at explaining the service he performs. Today I asked Justin to clean leaves out of bottom of fan units and he did that for me. I’ve used Dash for several years and I trust their technicians (especially Justin) to do the work to keep my units operating at top efficiency.

Several weeks back, on a Saturday, our AC unit froze up, so I called Dash to come out and look at it. They ask me to turn it off, let it thaw out, and they would work me into the schedule because it was an emergency. They called back and said they would be here Monday night. By Sunday afternoon it had de-thawed and we could use it, but only at a high temperature inside the house. On Monday we called them and said it is no longer an emergency, it works sort of, and to take care of other people that need the help more than us. So they said they would now come out on Tuesday. The technician arrived on Tuesday and said we needed to take care of several items. My wife said great, lets do them. The technician said no, he can not do them that day because this was an emergency call and our unit was technically working. My wife said no, we called and said it was no longer an emergency. He said he would have to come back another day on a regular service call. He charged is $75 and left. The AC was still having problems, was intermittently freezing up, and he wouldnt help. To be completed up front, the receptionist said during my first call that if we had someone come out and had work done, the service call fee of $75 is waved, but if we do not have any work done, they would charge it. I said thats not a problem because obviously we have work that needs to be done. I called the office and spoke with the same, very kind receptionist that I was frustrated when the technician charged us $75 when he was the one that refused to do any work on the unit. Even after we called and said it was no longer an emergency. I was also confused on what he expected to see when he came out, when you let a unit de-thaw, of course it is going to be working again. If he will only fix a non-working unit, that was never going to be the case here because they asked me to thaw it out. Thats how AC units operate. The nice receptionist told me the manager Lindsey would call me. Lindsey never called. I called back. Then Lindsey finally called. I told her my issue about them charging me when their technician was the one who refused to do any work to fix our problem. She said he should have done the work, not sure why he didnt. She was to call him and call me back. She never called me back. I am a huge benefit of the doubt guy, if she would have done the right thing, I would love to use them again. I ended up having to call another company because I needed it done.

When Dash took over the customer contracts from the small HVAC business we used previously, we didnt know what to expect, but we have been thrilled with the service so far. They are accessible via email, phone, or text, and they communicate to keep us updated. What we need most is someone reliable and trustworthy, and they have not let us down. Last week when our area was hit with a serious winter storm, our heater went out and it was understandably going to be a couple of days before they could get to us. They got in touch and were able to work us in a day earlier than expected, and the total cost was under $100.
We have a maintenance agreement with Dash and they always call ahead and show up on time. Our AC started leaking yesterday and even though they are super busy someone came out at 7:30 in the evening and fixed our issue. He called ahead and showed up on time in the pouring rain. He also loved on our dogs!

I took advantage of DASH’s offer of a free furnace with purchase of an air conditioner to replace two units. This promotion of theirs was indeed a very good offer and I had done a fair amount to check out costs. Their team was very efficient and professional. The new units look great and they replaced Lennox units DASH installed over 20 years ago. I attribute their long life to the fact that I have been under an annual maintenance plan with DASH for a long time which not only extended the life of these units but got me a good discount on the new ones on top of their promotional offer. This is a great company that I highly recommend.

Scheduling was easy. Tim was very friendly and helpful.I gave a 4 star instead a 5 star for the following reason: I scheduled this a/c tune up service several weeks ago, maybe 4-5. I requested a specific technician because he had been to my house many times before. So I was willing to wait for him. So when Tim showed up I was surprised because I was not told of this. Nothing against Tim (see above), but I would have waited for the person I requested.
If you want a HVAC company that shows up when they say they will, will give you an honest run down of what is wrong with the system and make recommendations on repairs vs replace then these are your people! Friendly and professional.
$356.99 seems like full-on GOUGING for a non-emergency $69 service call that took less than 15 minutes to install an Emerson standard thermostat costing only $43.67 from Amazon. Otherwise, they did what we wanted without delay.

DASH Heating and Cooling representative Tim was very professional in going over my Central Air and Heat unit from the inside out to troubleshoot and see what problems I had. I wanted a cost estimate on what to expect with the age of my unit and he did exactly that in a professional manor. He took the time to explain things to me how my Central Air and Heat unit worked and why I was having the issues that I was having in relation to the age of my unit. I really appreciate him taking the time to explain heating and cooling parts and aspects that I know other people would not have. He is hands down the best person to look at your Air Conditioning unit with the level of experience he has. I will ask for him by name if I decide to have a new Central Air and Heat unit put in and go with that option based on cost estimate done.

Its the middle of the summer and no one wants their AC to quit. When it does, the warranty company cant find anyone available before 2 weeks, so we were on our own. Dash was here less than 2 hours after I called, and had it up and running in no time. Excellent service, excellent price. Thanks Dash!

This is the damage to my stucco wall which is supposed to be sealed water tight caused by a routine maintenance last week. They claim I cant prove they caused the damage but that wire is what they installed. I still have the full spool that they left.I scheduled an appointment.
