They have someone answering the phone after hours for emergency situations, so I was able to speak with someone the day we had issues and scheduled a house call for the next day. Turn around time for replacing an AC unit, timeliness, professionalism, and good quality were all 5 stars. Thank you guys for working so hard and so well! In our current climate, I dont take excellent care for granted.

We received a competitive quote from Mike Johnson and a little more than a day later we were up and running on our new unit. We have used them for 7-8 years and they always have done a great job very professional. They have always taken their shoes off or wore a shoe cover every trip in and out. We have had an issue once with our air and then to replace the unit and both times they have loaned us an air unit, till they could get it fixed.Very happy with service contract also.

‘Twas the start of summer and the AC died. Chenal Heating and Air Conditioning to the rescue. First we met with Kevin Dupras, the project manager. He gave us 4 different models and price ranges to choose from for our new unit. No pressure and good advice. He actually listened to our concerns. Then the next day Justin led the team that installed it. Fast, and friendly and they even played with our dogs. I highly recommend this company to all. They know what customer service is all about and practice it daily.

After installing a vapor barrier, we discovered that our AC evaporator coil was leaking and needed someone to come out relatively quickly to repair. I called Chenal HC after hours and someone answered! The person was professional and informative and a technician was available almost immediately. The technician was also prompt and professional, clearly explaining the issue and what he did to resolve it. I was so impressed I plan to sign up for their service contract!

I requested a quote on a repair, the tech got to the house quickly and provided a quote for repair 2 days later. The problem came with the invoice amount (around $280) on the front page of the repair quote.No fee was disclosed prior to them coming out and when I balked at paying the employee I dealt with lied and said that she had disclosed the fee. I have never been charged a fee for a bid on a job and this does not seem to be standard practice.Their quote was also 38% higher than the company that ended up doing the job. Their quote also did not include repairing the full scope of what I needed repaired.

Kevin was very polite and identified himself as a Chenal Htg & Air employee immediately. His appearance was very neat and he was very friendly. He immediately went to work to check out our situation and ran the necessary checks to determine the condition of our unit. He made suggestions of the necessary components that would best suit our needs. He then priced the same to give us an idea of the cash outlay and also provided us financial terms that we could live with. Kevin is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and we are very happy with his recommendations. He is definitely an asset to Chenal Htg & Air.

This is a top notch company. They show up on time & call in advance. This may seem like a small thing, but nothing is more frustrating to wait & wonder for a service call. Great customer service! I recently had a problem with a mini-split system. They came out, fixed the problem fast, and explained what the problem was. Yes, I needed coolant for the system, but they told me where the problem came from, and what they did to fix it.

Our upstairs AC unit went out, and we called Chenal Heating and Air to come check it out. No freon! After carefully looking over the possible causes, they found a leak in a valve. Because they are our regular service providers, they decided this might have happened in the installation, and they replaced the valve and did not charge us. We will call them again with any heating and AC needs!!!

Had Chenal Heating and Air quote me a new air conditioning system along with 2 other companies last month. Chenal was about 5% cheaper on the system than others. We have been using Chenal Heating & Air for a couple of years now under a regular maintenance service contract, and have been very pleased with their customer service. Just recently, our old ac unit started blowing hot air (of course, its July!), so we gave Chenal a call, and they came out right away. After assessing the situation and doing some added research on our behalf, they explained what our repair options were and, since we knew that our old unit was on its last legs anyway, we decided to go for a new unit with increased capacity that was more in line with the rest of our system. Nick and Mike came out with a new Trane unit, and it was installed by lunch time. My wife, who was home to handle the service call by herself, was very impressed with how respectful and cooperative both guys were, and she was particularly appreciative of their taking the time to answer all her questions and explain to her what they were doing and why every step of the way. Great guys and great service (they even made several extra repairs/adjustments), and were very happy with our new ac unit (almost have to wear a sweater in the house now!). We feel confident that Chenal Heating and Air will continue to provide the wonderful service and value weve come to trust, and were spreading the word at every opportunity. Thanks, guys!

I chose Trane brand because of positive reviews on-line and what friends and family had said.In Jan 2014, Chenal H&A installed a two part heating & air conditioning unit in my home. The owners and the employees showed honesty, promptness and professionalism whenever I called, no matter the time or day.Chenal H&A was not the cause of the issues, unfortunately, the units had factory defects. Chenal H&A promptly came out each time and corrected any issues that occurred.The owners went above and beyond what they were required to do and dealt directly with Trane to resolve all issues.Overall, my experience with Chenal H&A has been positive and I will continue to use them for my heating and air conditioning needs.

Chris came to my house and serviced my unit. I didnt know what was wrong with it, but he knew just how to get it running cool again.

This is the worst HVAC contractor I have ever dealt with. The technician was sloppy and left a mess beneath my attic entrance. The work lasted for four days, then our AC stopped working again. They tried to put a bandaid on it instead of fixing the problem and they knew this all along. They charged premium prices for lousy work and lousy customer service. They seemed more interested in taking our money and committing us to a service contract than fixing our problem definitively. I would not recommend them to anyone.

AWESOME! I called them to come out last week when my AC unit stopped working. They came out the same day and were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I have had the same system since I moved into my house 12 years ago and the technician showed me what was wrong and explained all my options and how each would affect me and my family. I decided to get a quote on a new system and the sales person took the time to give me options and explain in detail and answered every question me and my wife had. They installed it the next day and we could not be happier! They were clean, respectful, and knowledgable. The sales person has even called numerous times since to make sure we are 100% satisfied. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone, best contractor ive ever dealt with!
