This is a great gym, it’s kind of a hidden gem. The gym has a bunch of equipment you won’t find at most gyms, plus all the basic stuff like dumbbells, bench, tredmill etc.

I used to love this place, clean, with a lot of options and nice people working there.However, today I talked to Mario Curatolo (General Manager) to ask directions for signing up and complain about too short exercise options (45 min including changing!) and that what I heard from this guy:for being a soldier, dont worry if you were my soldier, you would workout 8 hours a day which is rude and offensive and all other talking without real help.I suggest this company to replace a rude and offensive manager and start respecting people and their needs.

I visited when they had their open house with a friend who is a member. We had a blast! I got a back massage while the two piece band was playing, just for ME of course(LOL!). I got my haircut for $10 from Zano Hair Salon. Marcus did a fantastic job and I love my new cut and look. I got a free tote bag from Athletes with their latest catalog inside which I filled with free samples of Vital Proteins Collagen powder packets, flavored bottled waters, protein powder in vanilla & chocolate. Then we had mini sandwiches, beet chips and an assortment of breakfast bars for lunch. The staff are very nice, helpful, cheerful and friendly. The ladies locker room is nice and big with mirrors on the ends of the rows so you can dry and style your hair. There are plenty of showers each stocked with liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. A dryer to dry your wet swimsuit if you used the pool. This is a very nice thoughtful idea so you arent carrying a wet, stinky swimsuit around all day.I worked out on the treadmill machine and the elliptical machine while watching TV. Multiple TVs with different programs on each TV. There has to be something you want to watch while working out if you arent listening to your own music. The pool is beautiful and beautifully maintained. The water is crystal clear.This is a very nice fitness center.
