This is one of the top Crossfit gyms in the country. The coaches are world class and the atmosphere is always fun. It does not matter if you are old, young, extremely overweight or have never stepped foot in a gym before these coaches will teach you starting with the most basic movements at an intensity you can handle. This place is Awesome!  Great facility, expert staff, and friendly fellow crossfitters.   If you are interested in trying out Crossfit, Amplify is the place to do it.  Mike and his staff are well trained and promote a comfortable, yet motivating environment for first trimmers. If youre already into Crossfit, this is the place for you.The facility is new, clean, and well maintained.  All of their equipment is in great shape and they have tons of new stuff.
