Great folks working there (Glen Ellyn Roosevelt Road location), spoke w Austin - very sharp. Reserved a car on my account, they were ok with letting my wife pick up the car, and also gave her a ride from our home in Wheaton. Car was nicer than expected too. Note: the Enterprise website may be wrong about availability for shorter rental periods! Call the shop, see what they can do for you.

This is by far the worst company Ive ever dealt with. RENTERS BEWARE!! I really wish I could give zero stars. Needed a car for a major emergency so I called the office in Lisle IL and reserved a car with no problem. Took an Uber and when I got there they said they had no cars available and didnt have my contact info to let me know. I mean, what??? That was all given with the reservation. So instead of trying to attempt good customer service they didnt help in any way to find us another vehicle, they just handed us a card with other locations and told us to call around. I did that and got another location in Naperville IL, reserved a car, confirmed it was good to go. Got another Uber and by the time we got there they were closing and didnt want to take an extra five minutes to help instead they came back with the same excuse they have no cars. I will never use this incompetent company ever again.

5 stars for customer service. Cooper did a great job accommodating me! But the 2 stars comes from the car being FILTHY when I picked it up. It smelled like smoke and it was dirty. There’s no reason I should have had to pay a car wash to clean the inside of my rental car for me the first day I picked up the car...... I’m a busy person and all of this could have been avoided if they cleaned the inside of the car... I took photosOh and the tire pressure! They sent me on the road with the tire pressure of the car on 48 PSI and the recommendation for a 2020 Elantra is 36 PSI I DONT THINK THATS SAFE
Cooper did an excellent work with my rental from the moment I arrived. The central reservation office mixed my rental, when Cooper tried to find my reservation it did not show up. He immediately set up a rental car and provided me with the choices I needed for a large SUV or pickup truck. On the return he again redefined customer service, I was stuck on chicago traffic and he called me to check how I was doing, I explained that I was going to be late and he arranged to have the car dropped at a sister location in naperville. When I arrived at the naperville location ñ, the agent there told me that he knew why I was there and that Cooper contacted him to alert him of my late arrival. This is customer service at another level, the lisle team really understands business travelers and how difficult is to navigate chicago traffic.
Best Enterprise I have been to yet! Tim Powers the manager and his crew do a great job. Not only did they have the car ready but drove me to and from Gerber where my car was being fixed. They are very organized, friendly, and just have great customer service overall. Would definitely go back anytime as they make you feel like family.

Staff was friendly. Reason for stars . When I picked up the car it was ran through a rinse cycle but was not really washed on the outside. The seats had tons of dirt on them. I took pictures so I could show. It smells like mold so it has been wet on the inside and not cleaned up properly. Unfortunately I was so busy I couldnt get back to trade it for something different, so I drove around with the windows down. Plus the car charger didnt work so I couldnt charge my phone in the car.
I rent here everytime I come to Lisle from Houston to visit my kids. Simply, my experience is that they do what they say theyll do ...every time. All of the cars Ive had have been clean and without any problems. Easy in and easy out - minimal wait times.
These guys in the Lisle office are fantastic to work with. They always provide great service, well maintained and clean cars, and they are great at resolving issues at a moments notice without the additional headaches other places give you. When I encountered problems reserving a car using the Enterprise call system instead of calling them directly, they were quick to fix the problem. They were so good and resolved it so quick that I had to ask them multiple times to confirm it was completed. Sure enough, they were right and the biggest hold up was myself. I dont plan on going anywhere else in the Lisle area to rent my cars. I highly recommend these guys.
I rented a car for a weekend to drive out and see my sick grandfather. I picked the car up on a Friday night and parked it in the guest parking if my apartment building. When I woke up at 5am to take my trip the car was gone. I found out it was towed due to expired license plates. These plates werent even recently expired they were expired by 3 months. Although it sounds really crappy an apartment building can let tow trucks come out and tow over plates, I really think it was pretty ridiculous enterprise gave me a rental that had expired plates. I went to the tow trucking yard and paid almost $200 to get it out because I only had the weekend to get to see my Grandpa. This caused me to be 2 and a half hours behind on a really tight timeline for a quick trip. And I also had to drive with expired plates and was nervous about being pulled over for it the entire time.when I returned the car on Monday what really surprised me was that the staff / manager didnt even apologize. I did get reimbursed for the tow, but his attitude was almost like he was doing me the favor. Ive worked in customer service so I didnt make a huge stink about it, but I was surprised I didnt even get an apology and literally the vibe I got was like they were doing something nice for me by reimbursing me for the tow and rental. This trip was really important and although 2 and half hours behind may not seem so horrible when you only have one weekend to make it there for a family emergency and back by Monday, it was a huge inconvenience to have to deal with the tow. I was mostly just disappointed with the attitude I received. They didnt even say they were sorry for the inconvenience or give me any type of future free rental or discount. Although all I really would have appreciated was an apology not the vibe I was given a favor. I was just super disappointed in the customer service and how it was handled.
Jerimiah gets you in and out quick and goes above and beyond whats expected. Their rates were reasonable and they will pick you up or drop off.

Enterprise was great. Superb rental experience and a good vehicle.
My service was amazing, until I received a $47.80 charge on my credit for just two tolls. And I was only refunded $18. One, I wasnt even offred to have the toll service added on top my car rental (if that would have been possible). Two, I already made payments for the unpaid tolls, and I keep the receipts. When I had complained about it to customer service, they told me, the car I had used for the unpaid tolls, I had it as a Illinois vehicle and not as a Missouri vehicle. Even though I had proof of payment with the receipts I keep, apartmently it wasnt enough to get my full refund. Customer Service told me i had put in the license plate number wrong. No I did not. I had put in the same exact number as it was on my receipt and emailed copy. Lastly, it shouldnt take no more than a day to give me my receipt emailed to me. Overall, the service was nice but the extra charge for the tolls ruined it for me, even with the proof of all my receipts I keep with me.
Have used Enterprise quite a bit in the past and they are always extremely helpful and friendly. This location in particular really stands out and truly understand the concept of customer service. Besides, very competitive rates!
Was in a difficult situation with my personal car and the guys at this Enterprise were excellent and really helped me out. By far the best experience Ive had renting a car (and I have some horror stories), and I highly recommend this location. Definitely using these guys again next time I travel.

Enterprise is usually the only game in town when renting away from the airport. They came through for me when I needed a car in an emergency. But, I have found they are particularly aggressive when it comes to pushing their rental insurance. Today the guy even tried to compare the $200 add-on to my $250 deductible on my own insurance. Hello! I dont pay the deductible UNLESS there is an accident but you strap my $200 REGARDLESS of whether I have an accident. I always feel like I need a.hot shower after renting from these slimy guys. And then they kept pestering me via email for a review. Well, heres your review, Enterprise. Try being a little customer-oriented and dont incent your agents to be so deceitful.

Worst possible service ever. I reserved a car and specifically asked them if they had the car available. The rep who answered the phone said yes so I reserved the car. I got to the location and no car available. Then I called again and enterprise rep said they had a car available in the Lombard location. I drove to Lombard only to find out they had no cars available. At this point I wasted $50 bucks on taxi services. I cant believe how Enterprise cant guaranteed a car specially when I asked them 3 times that I needed the car within the hour. I called Hertz and Avis and they told me right away they had no available cars. That is the type of response I expected. Dont waste peoples time and money if you cant provide the service.
I was in a somewhat unique situation here but it was handled horribly. Lack of and mostly total absence of communication between shops, rude uncaring manager with employees who cant handle situations outside of the everyday routine jobs they do.

DO NOT RENT from the Lisle Enterprise. They charge $7.99 for and IPASS which was only used for one toll ($1.00).... requested a refund which they promised to credit to my account ... now after a month Justine doesnt work at the Lisle location and would have to start over. Car was dirty.... service was terrible!

It was all good except that I was charged for 3 days on a 1 day rental . It must be a manual mistake since I took weekend rental and used dropbox and whoever billed didnt notice the rental period. I had to follow up twice to get it corrected and it was done finally after a week.
When ever i need to move a nonworking motorcycle i always rent the van from here, the staff is awesome.
Sat there for a hour and half had a problem with a car was told it be a minute lady left for a hour and half I complained and they immediately went and pulled a van from the back. Horrible
