Guy there is friendly but did not walk through damages or verify gas level. Waited almost 10 minutes at desk before he showed up. I inspected car and there were cigarette burns on seat. Now I am waiting again so he documents this. Should have been a 15 minute process now almost 45. My advice is that they should take you to the car, inspect for damages, and check the gas level before doing the paperwork. Overall a little disappointing.

Jose Morales has always been very helpful. Today I dropped my Budget rental at his location instead of the original location in Ohio and he worked out a very good deal for me.

Jose at the front desk was awesome! Got me in and out within 5 minutes. Even upgraded me for a great price. Customer service was executed perfectly. This is my new rental spot thanks to Jose!!

The service is terrible here. First time here I walk in and no one is at the desk. About 10 minutes later a guy walks in and sits behind the desk and waits another 2-3 minutes before he assisted the guy who was in front of me. Then, when conducting business the guy spoke so low I had to ask him to repeat himself over and over to the point he developed an attitude, an attitude because he doesnt want to speak up.My 2nd time here I made a reservation for 11am only to get here to be told the were no vehicles available until 3pm. Im a patient person. I sat in the lobby until then, actually I here now. Its 3pm and still nothing. If I wouldve known I had to wait 5hrs for a vehicle I reserved, I wouldve just went some place else. Never doing business here again.

I made a reservation for 3 PM today the car was dirty and the guy there told me this is how you get the car dirty we not clean here “you take dirty car you bring dirty car”was so rude to me . In the end I was stuck over here without car the guy left the office when the supervisor try to call him. I told him she tried to call you answer the phone please . He say I don’t care and left the office and left me here without nothing. Very bad service I would not recommend to anyone this place .Avis /BudgetJust look all the other reviews here and you would understand everyone get same feeling.It’s so easy to tell me to call the customer service .I called them and no one helped me. that’s how you guys trick customers.Your respond message not helpful.BAD SERVICE EVER

Refused to look at other Budget locations to help us find a 7 passenger. Told us to call around on our own instead of him using his comouter system to help. LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Be careful especially when booking through the phone the guy may tell you something and the paper he will put something else he told me 130$ for the car and I add 16$ for full coverage insurance but my bill was 240 disappointing

At this location the employee goes above and beyond expectations. They have some good cars all the time.

I was in a very bad position as my car broke down and I needed to get to work. I do not own a credit card and was afraid that not having one would prevent me from renting a car. Budget accepted my debit card and rented me a car, thus, saving my job! I am so grateful that this review cannot even begin to express my gratitude, but its a start. Thanks Budget!!!!!
