Recieved a car with unsafe tires! Cant believe this was even rented out.

Mr Jose Morales always have excellent customer service. He goes up qnd beyond. Down to earth.

EVERYTHING WAS FINE ... HOWEVER I PREFER DRIVING A TOYOTA ... THE TOYOTAS WERE ON RECALL FOR A WINDOW RAIN SEEPAGE PROBLEM. I DROVE AN ELANTRA (HYUNDAI) IT WAS A TREMENDOUSLY THIRSTY CAR.

Car was very clean inside when I picked it up, the representative was masked and distanced the whole time and everything was very smooth and efficient.

Steven is the ABSOLUTE best! I’ve rented through them about 5 times now and always had such a great experience. Steven is so attentive and friendly, range of cars and SUVs are clean and new, and never have an issue with pick-up/drop-off. Would highly recommend anyone in the suburbs who needs to rent a car to go to Steven and have him assist.

I rent from Avis two weeks a month and have been doing so for that last five years. I live in Illinois but the software training I do always has me traveling out of state. A client of mine called and wanted me at his location in less then a day so flying was out, Jose M------ help with everything he could over the phone while I was en-route to his Avis location, when I got there the mini-van was all set to go ( pulled up, all rear seats tucked into the floor and ready to load all my training cases into for a quick departure. Jose M------ thank you so much.

I have rented 5 times in the past 5 weeks, and each time the manager, Jose, has been outstanding. My car has always been ready to go and in good shape, the return process is simple and quick, and Jose in general has made it very easy. I hope Avis knows they have a great employee working at the Hyatt in Lisle!I will say one item about Avis, which is be aware the supplied I-Pass may register on the tollway even if its inside its box (e.g. assumed not to be on). Avis charges a high fee for use of the I-Pass, collecting fees every day of the rental even if the I-Pass is used only on a single day.

I prepaid for a car and when I went to pick it up the owner/gm would not rent the car to me. I contacted the corporate office and they confirmed that it seemed fishy to them what was going on. I really wanted to like this place since it’s close to home and convenient for car rentals but would not suggest using this place since they can’t be relied on to get a car, which is the entire point of a car rental place.

BEWARE, Make sure they bill you correctly. Turned my car in a half hour before closing and they didnt check it in till the next day. I was charged a full extra day and a late charge on top of it! Hard to believe a company would charge customers a late fee for paying more than you first said you would. Hopefully it was a mistake and not a attempt to skim from people who expense rentals and may not care enough to check or complain. I called customer service, which isnt US based if that matters to you. I was passed around to 3 people before getting to the correct department. They did issue a credit but nothing more. Thank god I caught it otherwise they would have happily kept my money. Mistake or not I will not risk going back there again.

I made a reservation for 3 PM today the car was dirty and the guy there told me this is how you get the car dirty we not clean here “you take dirty car you bring dirty car”was so rude to me . In the end I was stuck over here without car the guy left the office when the supervisor try to call him. I told him she tried to call you answer the phone please . He say I don’t care and left the office and left me here without nothing. Very bad service I would not recommend to anyone this place .Avis /BudgetJust look all the other reviews here and you would understand everyone get same feeling.It’s so easy to tell me to call the customer service .I called them and no one helped me. that’s how you guys trick customers.Your respond message not helpful.BAD SERVICE EVER

The car I ordered was not available. But I was given a smaller car for a good price.

Picking up in Lisle was the best compared to the airport. No lines, everything ready to go. I was in and out with my car in less than 10 minutes.

An awful experience. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The vehicle was not clean and they refused to check the vehicle with me. When I dropped off, it took them 4 hours to check the car in and issue a receipt. Ill never rent from this location again. This would be a zero star review if it was possible.

You cant get any refunds if you return the car early because you were having problems with the car.

We have rented from here at least 6 times prior, using the same payment method, etc. However this time, the gentleman behind the counter was rude and refused to amend his error and kept stating that the system wouldnt allow us to rent a vehicle from him. He refused to believe that the corporate card had a different address than our DL and wouldnt make the change in his computer. He was very rude, and caused major disruption to our whole weekend. Would recommend this one to anyone

I reserved a full size car and when I picked it up I was given a Kia Forte which by Kias standards is a compact car. The car was dirty and they agreed to wash it or I could take their ticket and get it washed. I waited while this was done and it put me behind schedule, not sure why car wasnt washed and ready to go upon pickup. I felt the hard sale for insurance which I had to decline twice but found it odd that we did not go around the car together to note existing damage to car and there are quite a few scratches that I have taken pictures of for documentation purposes. Rep was kind enough, I just feel a little taken advantage of because this car is NOT a full sized car and should not be classified as such, car was dirty and cars should be ready to go upon pickup, car has significant scratches, feels like i rented my Grandmas old used car. Disappointed in car overall but service was friendly enough.

I reserved a chevy impala and they tried to give me a fiat 500 for the same price. He was VERY rude when talking to me to the point where I left with out a car I will NEVER rent from them again.

And when they did not have the car I chose they upgraded it for free great service all around the price was great when tacking trip will all way come back
