All American Gymnastics PreschoolWe had the good fortune of having our son attend the All American Gymnastics Preschool this year (2019-2020). It was life changing for our three-year-old son. By the end of the year, he could write his entire name (first and last), he was beginning to read, and he could count to twenty! He also could balance on the balance beam, swing full circle around the bars, jump on the trampoline landing in very specific poses, and he could he even do a round-off! Most importantly, however, he made several new friends. We were really struggling with his behavior at the beginning of the school year and by the end of the year, our son was following directions, paying attention, and even waiting his turn. We are forever indebted to Ms. Heidi and Ms. June for their hard work and dedication to our son!
Horrible i Will never take my girls back to this place! Once i finish out these weeks that they won’t refund me for even though they should! They are horrible. June is very rude abs disrespectful. They keep changing the teachers in the gym romper class my oldest daughter had 5 teachers in a 6 month period! I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to take your kids!
Everyone is professional, helpful, and kind. Our girls have gained so many skills and a sense of confidence from gym. They are great to work with, especially if you have a two household situation. They do an excellent job of keeping both sets of parents involved and informed, while also making sure kids are with the right people. Kids Night Out is a MUST! Food, games, open gym, and they come home exhausted and happy. Would recommend for all ages and skill levels - We are so happy to have found All American!
I love going here it is amazing coachs they push you hard but they are always very caring for you and or your child. highly recommend.
We came here after moving from California.b we wanted a reputable gym that taught proper form to minimize any injury risk. After a year we found, recreation classes vs teams classes are VERY different. Your child can stay stagnet for years in a rec class (confirmed by a team mom). The better teacher are coaching teams. Rec teacher trend to not care or simply go thru motions. My fair daughter learned zilch in a year, despite being athletic & flexible. Front desk was even more disappointing. Despite informing them we were discontinuing, they charged me 2 extra months & refused to rectify. As of recently, they lost almost all team coaches to another gym. 😐
Nothing but great experiences here. Our 4 year old loves it and always comes out so happy. Good customer service too, when we’ve had to reschedule things. Sad that we’re moving away and can’t keep our kids in classes here.
We love All American Gymnastics. I have 2 daughters 10 and 8 both on competition teams, and a 4 year old son who also take a class once a week. My children always fell safe and are always happy to go to gymnastics everyday. I never worry about just dropping them off, I know the staff and coaches will make sure my kids are safe. The coaches at every level take the time to explain and critique each child after they perform a skill, always trying to make sure the move is performed with correct way with the best form and technique possible. They help push my kids out of their comfort zone but also know to not try and push them to do something before they are ready. The office staff is great as well, any time I have questions about my bill they take the time to look up my account and give me the time and attention to make sure everything is charged correctly. They are always welcoming when we show up for gym, always saying hello and greeting us and always take care of my kids when they need anything from a hair tie to a bandage. We love all the time spent at this gym and are so thankful for them.
Great coaches and great communication! My girls are so happy here and so am I!
My kids have been going here for over a year now and they both love it here! Their teachers are great and work with them. They have fun activities that they do in class, and make them feel included and excited to go to gymnastics each week. Theyre not yet old enough to be competing, but they love the fun and energetic environment. The staff is also very friendly, always greeting us when we walk in and remembers the kids also. Great place!
This gym is the perfect balance of encouraging and positive coaches who also push to get the best out of my gymnast. The front desk staff is very professional and helpful and the coaches are best in the state. The fun is clean and the equipment is well taken care of. It’s a positive and happy environment where kids are also learning good work ethic, skills and values that will help them throughout life. We love All American!
Wow! I have never had such a bad experience with a gym. I was first overcharged for a class. Then the class was cancelled the day of class, hours before! I tried over two months to receive a refund for the overcharge and also the cancelled class and was told each time by the front office that they would talk to the owner who would then ok a manager to send me a refund. After several calls and emails, I received no callback or refund. Still waiting... Horrible experience!
The front desk staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. While watching my daughter practice I can tell that the trainers know what theyre doing. I can see they are experienced in both in teaching and actually doing gymnastics. The only thing that can be improved that I can tell is more viewing areas when watching your children perform.
One word describes All American Gymnastics- FAMILY. Our daughter attended and couldnt get enough from the Coaches, staff, and teammates! She felt the LOVE the minute she walked in. Each Coach and staff member are highly skilled, and trained. They really know each gymnast, build confidence and teach that they can achieve whatever they put their mind too. You can just tell they LOVE what they do!! No question, the BEST gym around!
If when you choose an extracurricular activity for your child, you expect your child to be in a safe environment and for the staff to care for your child in a reasonable manner, then stay the heck away from All American Gymnastics. To call the employees here negligent is an understatement. They left a young (6) child crying in distress for over an hour without contacting the parent, who would have been inside with him if not for the location’s rules. Whether it’s a lack of communication, misunderstanding, or (more likely) the fact they only care about money, what happened here today is absolutely not okay. They had plenty of opportunities to right the situation and notify the parent, but they failed. Anyone who condones that kind of behavior of an adult is a terrible human being. And to deny a refund for services not rendered after messing up on THEIR END? I think that alone proves they just want your money and don’t give a hoot about your child. Spread the word. All American Gymnastics sucks.
We moved to AAG 4 years ago from another gym. The difference it made in my daughters technique and growth in this sport has been unbelievable. She has had amazing coaches who push her to do her best but she has also never doubted their love for her and the members of her team. The office staff are always so helpful and friendly.
I drive from Lehi to PG just to have my son go here, it’s a sacrifice for us but I’ve tried other gyms in my area and none come close to this one as it’s hard to find good coaches for young boys. I’ve liked all his coaches he’s had so far. It’s important to me that coaches know what they’re doing and how to handle boys and don’t have a crazy turnover of teachers and different subs every week. They do a good job here.
All 4 of my children attended AAG. The coaches and owners felt like a part of our family for 9 years! When my last daughter decided to move on to other sports, the owners were fair and considerate. As with all things you will find the experience you are looking for. We wanted greatness and found so much of it here for almost a decade.
We have been attending All American for YEARS! I have had children in the Rec program, tumbling, and team. I have loved what they have done for all my kids. We love All American’s staff, both coaches and office. They always strive to be kind and professional as well as warm and caring for my children. We will continue with All American Gymnastics for many many years to come!
My 3 children have all attended All American. My children gained in valuable skills and I always felt they were safe and cared for at All American. Everyone from the coaching staff, office staff and other patrons were friendly and kind. It is a wonderful environment for your children to learn and grow
I don’t know of a better gym!!!!! I took gymnastics here for 6 years and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!! They have the best coaches and the best environment. I loved my experience so much that I came back to coach.
I feel like this place saved my daughters gymnastics career. She was at another gym and was not getting the attention she needed or that we were paying for. She had sort of stagnated in her progress. We decided to try another gym - All American. And she literally exploded. The coaches here are amazing. My daughter went from level 6 to level 10 in 3 years. Easily the best gym in Utah County and definitely in the runnign for best in Utah - tons of college athletes come from AAG.
We have three (all on teams) out of our 4 kids attending classes right now at All American. Our child not attending now took gymnastics here for 7 years. We have been sending our kids to this gym for 15 years. This is the best gym in utah. The coaches are knowledgeable and professional. The gym is cleaned nightly. The classes and gym are full and managed well! The owners are extremely experience with over 40 years of owning this gym and also running the BYU gymnastics program for over a decade. They take pride in what they are doing and want only the best for everyone involved in All American Gymnastics. All American Gymnastics is a great place to send my kids!
We LOVE All American Gymnastics! It is one of the best gyms in the state, with committed coaches that care about the gymnasts! Our daughter switched to AAG over a year ago, and it was the best decision ever! She is so happy there and making great progress. The coaches are friendly and very relatable. I love that my daughter feels like she can talk to them... its because they listen to her and care about her! I love the unity at the gym and the feeling my daughter has of being part of an amazing team. Ive also had a GREAT experience working with the coaches and the office staff. Everyone there goes above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. I cant recommend this gym highly enough!!
We love All American! The coaches and staff are friendly and helpful. My daughter loves going there and her gymnastics skills have improved tremendously.
This place is amazing. Best coaches around. Feels like my daughter has a second family here. They really are amazing!
Ive got 4 kids that go here. Their coaches have all been awesome. Really push the kids to try hard. Definitely recommend
All American Gymnastics does a great job of providing a safe and fun environment for both kids and their parents. They have a family friendly atmosphere. They do a really great job at making sure the athletes are progressing and succeeding while having fun. This is a great place for kids to learn new skills, make new friends, be active and have fun! Highly recommend this place.
Great gym!! We have loved All American! I have a girl and 2 boys that go here and both programs are great! My kids love it!
Aag is an incredible gym with absolutely amazing coaches. Ive trained here for 7 years and I feel like its my second home. I love all american and I wouldnt want to be training anywhere else!
Loved this gym! I spent many years here and it was great. I loved my coaches and teammates. i made unforgettable memories, It was a blast! I highly recommend this gym!
This is by far the best Gymnastics facility we have been to. My kids always get a great workout and the entire staff is helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable!!! THANK YOU
Great teachers. Well run program. Office staff is always helpful. Kids learn to advance and advance when ready. We have felt it to be a great environment for excellence and enjoyment for our child
Top notch coaches and program! My son has participated in a boys team for the last three years and we love it! More importantly, my son loves it. I wouldn’t recommend any other gym.
Unbelievable that you would leave a six year old by himself for an entire hour! I am furious at the lack of care shown here, and lack of willingness to refund this parents cost when your facility was incapable of basic communication and delivery of the agreed-upon service. This parent dropped off his son for class, was told he couldnt observe due to COVID restrictions, and YOU left the child abandoned for an hour! Do you have any concept of how terrifying this had to be for the child? Hes 6! Youre horrible people with horrible management. The only appropriate reaponse is a full refund of all coats paid since YOU didnt deliver.
I have two daughters that attend AAG. We started with Rec classes and they quickly were invited to a mini team. My daughter loves her coaches and her strength has improved significantly. It’s also really fun to go and watch the older students. It’s amazing what they can do
My daughter had improved leaps and bounds since she came to this gym. Her coaches are dedicated and professional.
All American has been our gym for generations! They have provided a home away from home and second family. Our kids cant wait for their class/es each week and the progress has been great
We love All American Gymnastics! The coaches are wonderful and we can see progress each time our daughter goes! The class sizes are small so they get more attention. They also get to see gymnasts from all other ages and ranges so they can be inspired for things that they will get to do as they continue to practice! I highly recommend this facility!!
Angel is such an amazing coach. She is strict and a stickler for correct technique however unlike some, she coaches with love. She will make corrections but its always spoken in kindness. The front desk staff (June and Brittinei ) are informative and helpful. We have also really loved working with Alicia, Kate, Jodi and Jimmy. If you are looking for a nationally ranked gym to take your child to the next level, or you are simply looking for a fun MOM AND ME class, All American is the place to go!
The office staff are always positive, happy, and amazing. The management works very hard for their costumers. They work even harder to create an environment of fun for their gymnasts and efficiency for their employees.
This is such an amazing gym and has been my second home for so many years! Coaches are so amazing and caring! Such an incredible place and I highly recommend!!
Im sure there are some kids who can have a good experience here but that just wasnt the case for our kid. The class sizes were too big for 1 instructor, who ends up just herding the 3+4 year olds around instead of actually getting them to do anything with the equipment. My kid got bored of waiting for the instructor to run off and collect another runaway that he just wanted to leave. And dont even get me started on the finances. Good luck getting any kind of customer service out of these guys. They want your money and dont really care what it takes to get it. Good luck getting a refund of any kind even if you call in advance. If your kid is older maybe 8 and up, Im sure this could be a great place, if youre looking at toddler classes, look elsewhere.
I love all American so much! It’s like a second home for me!
1st of all I have read all the negative complaints about this company. I noticed that the owner only responds to the positive comments. I would hope that the company owner seeks resolution for their disgruntled customers. My child had been attending and after one year became bored with the same old routines everyday. She also got hurt and no one reported this to us.When the end of our year was up, they billed me for the enrollment fee despite the fact that we were withdrawing from the class. There was no getting around their policy and they refused to respond in a professional manner. It took me filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I am a business owner and this company has extremely poor management. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well.
Love this gym! Before we moved to Utah, we researched the gyms in the area and All American Gymnastics was, by far, the most recommended gym! My kids love it, we love it, and we have found the staff and coaches to be encouraging, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They are experts in teaching & coaching gymnastics. It’s an added bonus to find out that all coaches from the PAC 12 & SEC follow the athletes at this gym. Thank you AAG!
Has helped me grow as a person. Staff is really nice, I really enjoy going here!
Tried this gym out two days ago with my two year old & we had so much fun. The instructor was so nice! She was very knowledgeable about how to teach children gymnastics while limiting the chance of injury. She was also very kind to all the parents and was very sweet to my daughter. We had a good experience!
Nice of you guys to leave a small child crying for an hour and not acknowledging he was there. And then refusing to give his parent a refund when his child didnt attend any paid classes yet.
Not impressed by the Itty Bitty coach, didn’t even acknowledge us and wasn’t involved with the kids. Also the gym looked unorganized. Glad I tried out the trial class first. Not trying to rag on them, just hope this helps someone else looking for a good place.
If you want your child to learn gymnastics skills, All American Gymnastics is the place to go. Well trained and caring coaches teach correct technique and appropriately condition gymnasts to prevent injury. Besides being competitive at every level, teams are constructed to benefit each individual gymnast. I have been taking my children to All American for over 11 years. My children have gained life skills, both physically and mentally, that have and will continued to prepare them for life - both on and off the competitive field. My daughter was a gymnastics state champion for 5 years and both my sons are very talented football players and nationally ranked wrestlers - my oldest being #1 in the nation. My husband and I attribute a large portion of their athletic successes to gymnastics. On a more person note, the coaches at All American love and care about each gymnast. My childrens coaches are part of our family. They have nurtured my children through times of struggle on and off the mat. They have went above and beyond to make sure my children feel loved.
We love this gym! The coaches are top notch and very positive with my daughter
This was the absolute worst gymnastics facility I have ever been to. The teacher were awful. The staff was awful. Really, I cant think of one redeeming quality that they had. If I could have chosen zero stars, thats definitely the review I would have chosen. Not only were the very rude to my two year old (you read that right! They were rude to a TWO YEAR OLD), the management was also horrible. When I tried to talk to them about my concerns (teacher was horrible with my two year old, remember?) they tried to brush it off and say that my daughter just wasnt cut our for gymnastics (just, again, reminding you she is two right here)... Then, they proceeded to charge my card for $64.00 since she came to one class (which we were told was a FREE CLASS).Really, I would beware of taking your child here. Maybe a teenager could handle it there, but if you are thinking of enrolling a little child for fun--RUN the other way. There are so many other gymnastic gyms around here that will not only be honest (their free class will actually be free, crazy, right!?), but they will treat your child age appropriate.
I am a bit confused by all the negative reviews, because in the past few months since weve been attending all I can say are great things. The staff have been kind, the coaches have been great. Yes, my children are in the lower levels so maybe it is a bit different in the upper level classes, but from everything Ive experienced I give this gym 5 stars. From what weve seen, this is the best gym in Utah County (we moved here from out of state recently and did a bit of research beforehand and were most impressed by this gym and the level of ability of its athletes and coaches). Oh, and I thought it was pretty neat that the owners of this gym are former NCAA gymnastics coaches (recently retired from coaching many years at BYU).
Love this gym! My daughter is 4 and is in the gym romper 2 class with coach Nola who is so cute with the kids! I did gymnastics with Nebo my whole life but wanted to put her in a more structured gym and all American was the best choice by far thanks coach Nola for making this a great experience
Excellent coaches and training.
Coaches are great and know what theyre doing! Id definitely recommend going here!
Left a child alone crying for over an hour~ terrible! And refused to give refund to the parent after the parent found out. So unprofessional!
Since moving to Utah, we have tried other local gyms, where my daughter did well, but was not enjoying the coaches or the environment. This led to disappointment, so we went ahead and took a look at All American. Since coming to All American, not only does my daughter love gymnastics again, but the coaches go out of their way to make sure we as parents know what is going on. Honesty goes a long way, and my daughter has not been happier. We love this place and look forward to the years to come.
We just moved here from out of state. We came from a smaller gym and were excited about coming somewhere with more opportunity and to be part of a faster paced gym. Wow. My 11 year old daughter who was a Level 4 was evaluated today by this gym. What I thought would be a positive outcome was completely opposite! She had the nerve to tell me my daughter would never perform at anything but their Xcel program which is a step down from where we came from. That... Since she didnt start at a younger age with them she will NEVER have a chance to move up to a higher program level to shoot for a collegiate scholarship. She told me my daughter would be stuck in this program her WHOLE gymnastics career! Who has the nerve to label my daughter like that and shoot down any of her dreams of shooting for something bigger someday. I am disgusted with her outlook and that she did it in front of my daughter!! I will NOT be taking my daughter to a place that has such a negative outlook on potential talent!! i will be placing my daughter and 2 younger daughters else where!!!
Terrible place! Forgot about a kid and left him upstairs crying for over an hour
Such a fun happy place! Great atmosphere to build friendships and skills!!
I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews. I have gone here my whole life! (13 years) I look forward to it everyday. i love All American Gymnastics!!!
Love this place! The coaches love what they do and it shows! All 4 of my kids attend and they wouldnt have it any other way. Teaches respect, dissappear, self control, strength, self confidence, flexibility, team work & responsibility! Fantastic facility!
I love this gym! The coaches do a great job. I have improved significantly since I came. I highly recommend All American gymnastics.
Love love this gym and their wonderful coaches!!
After a few weeks of classes here ALL 4 of my kids started getting warts.. all over their feet and one child even all over on one hand. My kids have never gotten warts before.. one of my kids got them so bad that he had about 40+ on one foot which we are still trying to heal.. His whole foot gets wrapped up like as if its a cast because they are everywhere! Its horrible. This gym does not sanitize their place and they have probably about at least 30 different teams/classes going on at the same time every day- its nutty and crazy in there. All my friends kids who attend there their kids have gotten at least one wart- one girl got a horrible virus/rash with a cluster of warts on her leg. Another friends daughter got warts all over her foot and she gave me her wart cream to use.And their bathroom is soooo gross that when my three year old took classes and she had to pee in the middle of her class I would literally carry her in the bathroom and maneuver her around to continue holding her the entire time while peeing wiping her and to wash hands all while in my arms so her feet wouldnt touch the floor. ALL kids are walking in this bathroom barefoot and its absolutely disgusting that their poor little feet and bodies are being susceptible to all sorts of viruses and diseases. It honestly reminds me of a park public bathroom that you would rather have your kids pee in the bushes or even dig a hole for them instead of entering such a place. Even the top waiting room for parents is even gross- its almost as if you can smell the viruses lurking around in every crevice of that place and here I was letting my kids enter and swim in a cesspool of bacterias.. :/Also- some of these coaches act like military generals than just kid friendly coaches.. my son was the most affected by their horrible coaching treatment.I had to get them all out asap. We ended up having a $200 credit in my account from taking kids out sooner. And they wont let me use those funds on another child there even tho it doesnt go against my contract with them... this was the absolutely worst gym I have ever been too.I wish I read all the reviews before making that decision in coming here in the first place.. I wasnt the only one with kids getting warts and bacterial infections and rashes and sadly I wont be the last.. honestly- if youre considering this gym.. just dont.. go somewhere else or find someone in their basement who offers tumbling classes. I promise you the environment will be much cleaner and healthier for your children.
Great coaches and a very good staff.
My son just completed the Fit-by-Five Preschool program for 3-4 year olds and I cannot speak more highly of the teacher Ms. Heidi. First, she sincerely loves the kids, and they know it. Second, my son learned more in this one year of preschool going 2 days a week than my daughter did in two years of preschool going 4 days a week at a different place. I wish we had found Fit-by-Five at All American gymnastics sooner. We had a great experience and I recommend it for all my friends.
I have gone to All American for my whole life and I love it!!! I have progresses so much. It is a great learning environment with amazing coaches. The teams always win. I couldnt ask for a better gym.
This gym is amazing!!! I look forward to it everyday and I love the coaches! They always keep me safe!
Do not have your children take lessons here. They dont treat their customers with respect. When a coach from AAG told us our daughter wasnt cut out for the level she was on (which was fine), we decided that she needed a change. All American charged us a month of tuition ($300) for her, even though we removed her from the team. When trying to discuss our obvious frustration, there wasnt one person at the company who had an answer for us. I asked repeatedly if I could talk to the manager, but was told by the secretary that they could not give me the owners or managers names (for their protection...!?). After a year and a half of my daughter going to AAG, her coach didnt even know her correct name and she trained on the same team for 9 hours a week. This company only wants money and lacks customer service skills.
This place is too small and overcrowded. They have large groups and my daughter has to wait a while before she can practice. Out of the hour, she practices maybe 30 minutes. The front desk always seems to be in a bad mood and treat parents like kids.
I love coming here! i look forward to it every day! the coaches are so considerate!! come to this gym!!!!! highly recommend
You know I truly tried to look for the good in this gym. I had a hard time, some teachers Im sure are nice but I switched my toddler (3years old) about three times trying to find a teacher (in a 3 month period) that would be helpful finally I just stuck with one for the sake of my daughter to get used to a familiar face. My daughter is bilingual and is mostly a visual and hands on learner. I felt that would be a piece of cake given that its a physical activity shes supposed to do. I felt most of the time the teacher would just give up on her because she assumed my daughter just didnt speak english and wouldnt spend time trying to teach her what the others were already learning. I admit my daughter gets distracted easily and would run off sometimes but when she had my daughters full attention she still didnt take the time to try and teach her what she took time teaching the other girls individually. I felt I was paying for my daughter to watch others learn so after the block ended I decided to look into other gyms. I watched how some teachers would yell at some kids, get impatient with them for just being kids and give them time out... I just dont recommend this gym.
All American Gymnastics is a fantastic gym with the very finest coaches and staff! I couldnt be more impressed!
We took our daughter in to try out a class. The personnel didnt greet us for our first class. There didnt seem to be any structure for the toddler group; just let them run around. The mats and equipment seemed very outdated and overused. Overall, we were very unimpressed.
Very organized and serious about your child and teaching them properly!
I never write bad reviews, but I would like the owner to know about our experience here. My daughter took a tumbling class here in the summer because wanted to try out some places to decide what would be a good fit for her. After being in gymnastics for 7 years, she wanted to take a tumbling only class. She is old enough to have quite a bit of experience with different coaches and said her coach was a little negative. She would tell her something was bad or looked horrible, but didnt tell her what the reason was or how to fix it, which wasnt helpful. The biggest problem was that her coach was very forceful and made her do a trick that she wasnt comfortable with even after she objected and told her she wasnt ready for the trick yet. My daughter finally did the trick because she felt like she would be in trouble if she didnt and got a stress fracture, which put her out of cheer and other gym classes for 6 weeks. I realize that its good for coaches to push the kids to achieve, but they should also be trained to listen to the kids and realize that they know their own limits and shouldnt be forced to do things theyre not comfortable with. I should add that my daughter is very competitive and driven to get good at gymnastics. Shes not afraid to try new things. If anything, she pushes herself harder than her coaches have, but she knows her limits and should feel safe enough to express herself without feeling shamed for it. That situation was just an annoyance, though. I know kids get hurt a lot in gymnastics and was not going to get too hung up about it. My major complaint is with the office staff. After my daughter was injured, I talked to the staff to let them know that we needed to cancel the next month because my daughter was injured. The younger blonde woman in the office interrupted our conversation to yell at me and say that I have to pay for classes unless I give a two week notice. I was super surprised because I was literally just talking to the other staff member..not being contentious at all. I told her my daughter was injured in the facility and she said we still had to pay for two more weeks since we didnt give notice. Im not sure how we would give notice for an injury, but I still wasnt contentious at all--Im not really the fighting type. I just gave the notice then and left it at that--it was two weeks til the end of the month anyway, so I was fine to just pay for the whole month. Later I got a bill for the next month and decided to ask about it since I wasnt expecting to have to pay for anything besides the two weeks I had to pay for my daughter not going to class while she recovered. As soon as I mentioned it, again not being contentious or accusational, just asking about it thinking it was an error, the same woman immediately started yelling at me about the billing cycle being online and how I should have looked it up. I tried to explain how we had already talked about this and I gave the two week notice, but she talked over me and interrupted. She was seriously at a yelling level while I was just talking, and there were other parents in the office looking over with concerned looks on their faces. I finally ended up just paying for a whole extra month because I was so embarrassed about her behavior. I was totally shocked at how I was treated, especially since my daughter was injured in the facility. I wanted to let the owner know so she can have some feedback on ways to improve. I think that customer service is fine until someone has a problem and then it gets pretty nasty. We found a better fit for my daughter, and that may not have been the case if I werent treated so badly by the woman in the office.UPDATE: Theres not a way to reply to the owner, so Ill just add an update to my review. The office staff and the coach were aware of the injury, so Im not sure why it wasnt recorded. It was initially diagnosed as a pulled muscle, but after an x-ray was found to be a stress fracture. Happy to hear the office staff has been updated. My daughter has healed and is still happily tumbling. Thanks
We love All American! They have the best coaches.
This gym is a great place for kids of all ages!
Thats where Makenna Merrell went
Awesome gym!
Great people!
