Lived in this community for 3 years before we decided that dealing with the poor maintenance, poor management, and absentee ownership was enough. Multiple promises by property manager/leasing agent were made for sit down meetings with owners that never came to fruition. Multiple issues from leaking bathroom into downstairs kitchen light, mold in the vents, ice forming in kitchen around French doors due to lack of insulation, trash from other residents being thrown everywhere, leaking heater, landscaping issues,, and parking issues that were simply ignored are just the tip of the problems. Neighbors in same building had to have rugs replaced due to mold.Head of maintenance constantly talks trash about management and owners, and tells you hell take care of things but then forgets.They got rid of the hazardous pool and put in a gazebo and fire pit that you have to rent to use but every time you drive by the neighborhood kids are hanging out unattended and leaving trash everywhere.You drive-through the community and the landscaping is always done very nicely around the front of the complex but not in the back. We had to ask multiple times in 3yrs just to get grass seed where we had nothing but dirt outside our front door.So not worth the money, and DEFINITELY not worth a yearly rent increase!!!

I lived here for two years and if it wasnt for my separation and eventually divorce, I would have stayed. This is a beautiful and well maintained community. The maintenance staff was always courteous and responsive. I loved that the grounds were always well maintained and groomed with seasonal flowers. The pavilion was a nice addition to the community as well. These homes are rather expensive, but you get what you pay for. The only con I will say that this complex has is that the appliances and windows are a little dated.

Lived at Timber Ridge for 2 years while in graduate school. I have no complaints. The 3 bedroom town-home was a great value and all maintenance needs were met quickly and effectively. I would highly recommend Timber Ridge to anyone coming into the area.

Its a very nice well keep rental property with the staff from the office manager to the maintenance men very knowledgeable about the property and everything it has to offer. George the leasing agent is very nice and makes time to talk or show the townhouses and many have had TOP end upgrades that where not cheap Im sure. The grounds are kept in manicured condition both the lawns and gardens & the maintenance men are very friendly and fast to get your repairs fixed in a timely manner. It is a nice quit friendly community.

The apartments are somewhat updated and best-of-all, its pretty quiet. Im glad theyre two stories and include the washer/dryer. I just dont like the Heat/AC as its a little on the loud side upstairs. The bedrooms could also use at least 2 vents instead of one. The addition of a small fan in the bedrooms will also make a big cooling difference in the summertime.

First off they are not town houses. They are overpriced apartments. See for yourself. And NOT friendly at all.
