Some friends of mine live here, so I come by often. Seems like there could be some more maintenance work done on the buildings, and the parking lot in the back is a pot hole disaster. Overall not a bad place, but could use some investment in repairs.EDIT: Didnt realize that the area in the back is under separate management, I thought the whole place was Pine Ridge. Been here for a couple years my apartment had counters and cabinets that were twenty years old, they lie about upgraded apartments that never happened. I have rented from this company for 7 years and when my lease was up they never returned my security deposit, i was never late with my rent for 7 years. They will do anything to keep your money, very unprofessional, overall the area was nice but the apartments need to be upgraded for the money they charge also mangement could be better they are full of lies and tricks.

I had a good experience living there way back when, and I got my security deposit back in full when I moved, no BS. Always a bonus.
