We feel so at home here! Myself and my partner love our one bedroom apartment. We searched high and low for the perfect place to begin the new chapter of our lives together and Kingsrow is the perfect choice for us. The property managers are fantastic people, very friendly and willing to go above and beyond for their tenants. As a young couple with not so great credit scores, we were nervous that our applications wouldnt be accepted, but Kingsrow welcomed us with open arms. Pet friendly! Our dachshund loves his new home. Spacious and comfortable. We did our research and read all the reviews, listened to previous renters, so believe me when I say there is nothing wrong with this place. Our windows are fine, everything works, anything that needs repairing is addressed immediately. Rent is reasonable, pay what you use. We are happy here, really recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, safe place. Community is clean, staff is wonderful, a perfect home for our family.

Living there was a great experience for me and my little family. The maintenance staff was always on point with everything. The whole area was well maintained and taken Care of. Jill the manager was incredibly helpful from the beginning to the end. She always found a way to make our life easier. I’m very happy I got to live there and that apartment will always be our first home.

I highly recommend Kingsrow Apartments. It is a very quiet, clean and well maintained complex. Maintenance stays on top of everything and are quick to respond. Jill McDevitt and Tyler at the leasing office are fantastic, so helpful, responsive and friendly. I love that we are allowed to grill and bring our cats and dogs of any size and breed – that’s so hard to find. Happy to call Kingsrow Apartments home!

We moved in to Kingsrow in 4/2018. This experience has been wonderful! Jill and Tyler in the office have provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service at all hours of the day. The maintenance crew, Bill and Ken, never hesitated to help us or fix anything. They installed a shower grab bar and a handicap parking space directly in front of our apartment for us! We are only leaving because we’re purchasing a home. Overall it’s a clean, quiet community and a wonderful home!

I agree with the popular consensus about the windows being very old, as well as the apartments itself for the ridiculous overall monthly charge, & dog poop everywhere you look. This complex should be extremely grateful that I was able to give it a one star. If you are reading this, I have moved on to much better housing.

I met with the property manager Jill McDevitt the other day. I have been looking for apartments for a few weeks. I have met many leasing agents and a few managers but Jill is the one who remained in my mind the most. She was professional but there was a quality about her. She wasn’t cold or just about renting the apartment, she cared. She knows her property and she truly cares about it and my needs all at the same time. Jill was an absolute pleasure to speak to. Kingsrow is lucky to have such a great employee.

Lived here for four years. The community is fair for an apartment community. They do not allow residents to install security cameras which have resulted in car break ins and packages being stolen. Our air conditioner broke every year while living here... we were charged $500 last August for electric in a two bedroom apartment (even though we were gone two weeks). Our average electric bill is $180-200 per month which is still insane. We also have had issue with mold on the super outdated windows. The air condition units do not go below 80 on a hot day... which sucks. On top of that, they jack up your rent every year you renew. This year they wanted $500 per more for my apartment than what they are charging new people. Not happy at all with the new management and we can not wait to move out now.

Someone who was recently evicted and was able to move in, I call to do an application and I was turned down because of my eviction from almost 6 years ago. I wouldn’t dare recommend this place.

I am telling you do not move into this apartment building. It is not modernized. Windows rattle both summer and winter. Rent is rediculious. Utilities will eat your pockets up. They over charge. Never in our lives we had utility bills over 300 a month. Theses are not homes, but it feels as if they are for what they charge. Run.

Met with Tyler on A Saturday viewed the unit that I would be moving into. Went online filled my application out on late Saturday night, Monday I receive a email asking for my check stubs most recent, Tuesday evening I check my portal, and I was approved.....Tyler was very friendly,welcoming, and up front....dont let the smallest, most simple complaint stray you away from a great community, where you do have people in the leasing office that care about the tenants. nothing will be perfect, but I must add, this 1 bedroom apartment is PERFECT FOR ME....THANK YOU TYLER❤❤❤❤

I lived here for about 3 years with my father and we loved this place especially the staff. The staff were always on point and veryyyyy polite! It was like a little community. I’ve met so many beautiful people here I’m honestly a little sad to leave. Jill, Tyler, the maintence staff they were always there with any assistance. They are a very neat place and make sure the inside and outside are nice. Also, the fact that they accommodate many types of dogs was a plus!

It’s okay. Windows still drafty and absolutely pointless at this point. It’s so cold in here. All the heat is straight escaping through the the gaps in the window. They rattle so hard during storms I’m just waiting for them to blow right out the frame. Yes theyre that loose.. Floors creaky. Can hear your neighbors quite well. The small Washers stain most of your clothing and the larger washers are almost $4 for each cycle.

I moved in today and already found that the windows are loose and leek air and shake. They are SOOO OLD. my tub doesn’t drain at all. We tried everything it holds all the water so I can’t shower. My fridge is missing pieces AND leaking. And my dining room lights don’t work at all. Don’t move here. SERIOUSLY DO NOT MOVE HERE

I was going to be a potential renter. I enjoyed the tour, but they only show you the units they have available that are higher. I should’ve been shown units with & without a washer & dryer since I didn’t specify that I wanted one. I was only shown the unit with one. I had to ask to see other units. They failed to tell me that there was a 3rd party billing company that will be billing me as well, which is apparently $110 more, not including that you have to pay your own electric & gas. I didn’t find this out until I got home & opened up the brochure booklet. (The billing company also charges for billing you). That was the deal breaker for me

I grew up in kingsrow apts from 1983 until 1996 and I loved my childhood there. I lived in 714. Us kids walked right to school which was right next to the apartments and enjoyed fun summers at the pool playing while our parents barbecue right there at the pool. I loved the middle area courtyard and my mom loved the laundry mat on site and us kids loved playing hide and seek. It was such a fun place to live. I am now 35 with 2 kids...13 and 17...and coming for a tour in Hopes to move in. We were in our last apartment for 14 years and I hope that helps us get in. I thought it would be cool to come back to where I grew up. I am a little concerned that I may make a little less than 3x the rent but Im looking for extraincome. Overall I love kingsrow and i cant wait to come for our tour this week. It doesnt feel like an apartment it feels like a home and even outside is kept landscaped beautifully.
