I am so impressed with the customer service, the thorough assessment & the personal attention from the staff, each & everyone there treated the customers in a friendly manner. This is unheard of nowadays! My issue was taken care of with full explanation & I was so elated to know the problem was taken care of with a smile...you have a steady customer...no doubt 👍😊

Wade and Jose went above and beyond for my oil change yesterday! My oil drain plug had been overtightened by the dealership and had to be replaced. They went out of their way to drive to a dealership to get the replacement part needed. I appreciate that I was communicated with clearly whenever they had an update on my car throughout the day. Super friendly and professional, I will definitely be back the next time my car needs service.

I usually go for oil change. They give coupons. The wait isnt bad as long as u call to find out how busy they are. The reviews of shop on sunrise isnt great but this shop on Montauk why is good.

Just no! The mechanic claimed my cars oil pan was leaking. This car only has 45000 miles on it. Took it to the dealership and paid the diagnosis fee to find out they didnt tighten the oil plug. Not a leaking oil pan more like them doing shoty workmanship. So now I have a oil stain on my driveway and out the diagnosis fee. I showed to documentation to the manager its been 5 weeks and I still havent heard back. I would never bring my car here. So if you want to pay money to get simple things messed up go to this pepboys. Highly recommend

Very nice and knowledge about my car problems, but doesnt fix those problems, does do somethings on cars. They wont work on my car or my husband car either, very disturbing. Supposed to be careful repairs, but didnt do anything, just looked.

Had a huge nail in my tire, brand new vehicle too. And on memorial day no less. I was an hour away from home. These guys quickly removed the nail and patched up my tire. No issues whatever. They saved the day more than theyll ever know. Thank You to everyone at Pep Boys W. BAB, NY!

Went for a tire on Saturday. In stock for $91. Two hour wait. Made appointment for Monday. Show up Monday at 8:30. No one at desk for ten minutes. Tell the guy about tire from Saturday. He says they sold it. New price is $167 to order the same tire for the next day. Rip-off.

Great shop work was fast and this guy Vlad over there 👍🏾Vlad went above and beyond to help me out. The guys were all great and my car feels brand new . This is definitely the place to get all your work done

I was worried about a warning that appeared on my dashboard alerting about low tire pressure. I was greeted immediately at the front desk then my car was taken in for inspection. During the entire inspection, the front desk kept me updated on what is happening with my vehicle. In the end, the entire crew came to speak to me and explain everything in simple terms. Excellent customer service ! I will absolutely come back to this location moving forward. Thank you to all the staff!

Im new to the area and was not looking forward to finding a place to have my car serviced. I took a gamble on these guys and Im glad I did. The people here are outstanding. They went above and beyond to try to help me solve the issue with my car. Given how long they had the car, they could have charged me an arm and leg. Instead they gave me a discount on the part I needed. Ill be going back next time I have an issue (hopefully not for a while). Highly recommend this place.

This is now my go to Pep Boys. So far my experiences here have been great and they are always professional. I used to go to another one in my town for years but I gave up on them after numerous negative experiences.

I have been to this pep boys before to get a tire installed and they had good prices so I decided to go there again today. I had already bought the tire and the guy behind the desk sighed when I told him I already had the tire. So, I asked him how much and he told me almost $30, over $10 more than last time I went. When I asked him why it was so expensive, he just shrugged. So I go to the pep boys website and I see a much cheaper price for the same service. It seems like he was charging me more because I wasnt buying the tire from his shop. Sorry, but I wont be going there again.

Made an appointment online for a replacement battery.People behind the counter we’re very friendly. Can’t even have a coffee while you’re waiting.When leaving girls signed us up for their rewards program, gave us discounts on our final price. Very nice experience here probably will be back for other maintenance down the road.

They take care of my fleet of 14 vehicles and 5 personal cars. I need my vehicles on the road, and they make the repairs very efficiently, and there prices are very fair. I also get my tires there too...My account managers at the store, Jake and Amanda, take care of any issues for us and I have the highest confidence in their abilities and knowledge...Highly recommend them...
