As a woman it was a pleasure to deal with professionals who explained my car troubles without treating me like a three year old fool. Their service was excellent, their office/waiting room was spotless and their overall treatment excellent. I highly recommend them.

Great service. My family has been going to them for years. Very knowledgeable and polite staff. Vehicle is typically done within a decent amount of time. Could get a little pricey depending on the work needed but that’s literally every auto shop, ever! If you want quality work, it’s worth it! I’ve recommended this place before and I still plan on visiting again when the time is needed. The new location is nice too if that matters!

I was referred to Lindy Family Auto by a colleague. There name says it all! Being a woman, waking into an auto repair shop I’m kind of used to being taken advantage of. My 2004 Jeep Wrangler was having a terrifying front end shake while driving. From the moment I walked in to the moment my truck was done I was treated respectfully and kept informed of all repairs that needed to be done. The owner Rob and his men listened to my horrible explanation of the problem with patience and genuine concern. The guys are honest, fair, and do a rock star job! They got my 2004 Jeep Wrangler driving almost as good as the day I bought it new! The final bill wasn’t a shot to the gut shock and I couldn’t be happier. Communication was great with Robert, hed let you know right away any updates with my car. Even when he had to explain something to me that he already did, he was patient and thorough. They also sold my daughters Jeep Cherokee for us on their attached lot. They are extremely knowledgeable and do excellent work at a reasonable cost. I am a very happy customer and will continue to use them for maintaining and fixing our cars.

Always there to help its customers and offer the best advice. Bob and Dave go out of their way to accommodate their customers. I have often heard them recommending something which would save the customer money in lieu of a more costly repair. Don’t even want to give this place one start! My father bought a truck from them 3 years ago and for 3 years the truck has been sitting because one problem right after another with it! Spark plugs blowing out left and right! I finally put it on the road and what happens another spark plug blows! He sold us a lemon. Now I’m not one to make reviews but I’m so upset about this to be honest I hate the truck but I needed transportation and as a female who’s 26 I should have reliable transportation and the car he sold us is a lemon! He won’t even help us out with anything! I highly recommend not to use them! They guys just cares about his money! Such a shame because if he would have fixed the issues with the car he told us was reliable then I wouldn’t have a problem but when we called him he was nasty and refused us any help what a shame do not buy cars from him! He sells lemons so he can make money by you buying them so then he can charge you to fix it!

This place is a joke. I called in for oil change by bringing my oil and utilize his labor service only. He want to charge me $39 by declining his offer on groupon for $19 with his oil and filter. Dont expect any honesty in prices from this place for any of your automotive needs.

You lost my business, they took advantage of my 19 year old son. He left a rim there to be fixed, they told him a few days it would be done. Well after it being there for over a week with no phone calls to us here, it never was fixed. They take advantage of kids!! Never again!!! Im furious with Rob.

I had to get my car inspected immediately and with the new NYS tint laws I wasn’t clear what I needed to do. I didn’t have an appt but they took me right away. Instead of putting my car on the machine knowing it would fail and I would have to pay regardless, they were very honest. Told me before hand what wasn’t going to pass my car. I went and had it corrected immediately. I came back to King Bears with zero wait time and not only did my car pass it took less time than I anticipated. Very professional and nice guys. I would recommend this place anytime.

Car brought in for electrical issue created by body shop. Battery replaced by shop. Same issue occurred after getting car back to the point where my car was completely dead. Had reputable mechanic look at it, found loose wire. When a phone call was made to shop to discuss. Was met with an incredibly rude, nasty, sarcastic worker who ended up hanging up on my brother. Highly advise seeking professional service elsewhere, unless you have money to waste by having another mechanic fix their errors. Careless work.

I came to King Bear for a second estimate. I had been using another place for some time but had a feeling something was off when they came to me with a $1500 repair bill. I took my car to King Bear and within a few hours Rob diagnosed the car with a bill totaling $60 including the gas he had to put in to test drive it. Turns out all the other work they said I needed, I didnt. A rattling noise was coming from a loose air filter that needed replacing. King Bear could have easily cut the price I was quoted in half and I probably would have still walked away happy. But the honesty they demonstrated won them a customer for life. If youre looking for an honest shop that does work quickly and correctly, look no further than King Bear.

Was there several yrs back - regular customer - wanted to charge me $100 just to take off cover in van - only 2 latches holding it down - i did $2000 of work previous yr - didnt matter

This store is not honest, my tire just had a leak, normally it will cost 25 USD to fix it, but the technician lied to us that we have to replace a new tire, charged us 110 USD.

Was happy the first day, and try to charge me $1300 for brakes and one bearing when I disagreed and got the truck back they had me weak for and the truck was in the air for while oh and I need to leave, then the wheels are all off balance now shaking and convulsing also never bled the so it is spongy...good first service then sticks it to you the 2nd
