An excellent service from start to finsh. Quick, professional and polite. Everyone I dealt with has been extremely helpful and has made the clearing of my Aunts flat a lot easier than i thought it would be, especially during a pandemic. Very open and honest at every stage. Highly recommended.

Timed viewing appointments bookable for 2 days before sale. Sale is real time online (although bids can be placed in advance if you dont have the luxury of sitting in front of the screen all day and/or no access to the internet). Payment for winning items notified by same day email invoice. Can pay over the phone by debit card (if total less than £500) or by bank transfer. Once money has gone through you can book a timed appointment to collect your lots. Staff in the auction room for viewing/collection are very friendly and helpful.

I never had such a bad experience with a auction house before they remind me of scrooge unlike other auction houses they dont refund if they lose your item go to Unique auctions they are so much more professional

Conveniently located auction rooms at the heart of the fabulous City of Lincoln. All the staff are proficient at their jobs and the experts really are expert! The reception foyer is warm and welcoming on cold wet Lincolnshire days and the auctioneers work hard to sell each lot. I highly recommend this long-standing auction house.

Just another greedy auction house that add almost a quarter to the buyers bill on top of the hammer price, as well as charging the vendor as well. From what I have heard from one or two people who have had first hand experience of poor dealings with this company, I certainly will not be using them to buy or sell. Added to which, they do not offer in - house P&P, but give the usual referral to the overpriced delivery service from their local branch of Mailboxes .

We cleared our parents house last year. We found this auction house very fair, helpful & reassuring, the porters were very considerate & caring with our possessions. We were updated on progress of sales & paid promptly.

Not enough praise for William Gregory of GY&M who came to our village Antique RoadShow this Sunday to inform us about and value our treasures. Despite the chilly, wet conditions he made what would have been a damp squib of an afternoon go off with a real sparkle and fizz. Thank you for all your expertise, patience and generosity.

They are a very cunning company, especially the manager named GY. Most of their descriptions of the products they sell are not true or conceal flaws. Their after-sales service is also very poor

Bought online big table and chairs. Table top all gone with white patches which wasnt mentioned in description. Picture on internet auction was intentionally uploaded with chairs standing on the table top so buyer wouldnt see table top defects. Reception girl when we arrived was unhelpful and unpleasant.
