We have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars through auction time. Have had some good experiences, but as a buyer YOU DO NOT MATTER!!! Being a National auction site you would think that the sellers would know that they are going to have to ship items that are bought or at least provide access to buyers to ship Items bought. We won a bid from a company out of NY, we live in NM. We asked them if they could ship the items and they told us that it was our problem to have items shipped. So we refused items and now we have been flagged and can no longer bid on their site. BEWARE!! AND GOOD RIDDANCE. We will take our money elsewhere.

STAY AWAY. Terrible site to do business. Sellers demand immediate payment without contact. Auctiontime.com continues to allow poor sellers to do business. Customer service rep told me no problems with seller, but discovered numerous complaints but buyer was not allowed to click link showing detailed buyer problems.

Only good experiences

Courteous and helpful professionals. There was an account mixup and the customer service rep tracked it down and followed up by phone. I was very pleased with the service.

When everyone is bidding the site does not update fast enough or glitches. The mobile site is not clear if you won the bid or not. They are very quick to kick you off for clear mistake in there web site. They do not settle any disputes with the web site. They say it not there fault and say it is what it is too bad.
