I was interested in bidding on an online auction they had on HiBid. I had questions about multiple items and pickup times for their auctions. I reached out to them via email and called them multiple times and never connected with a representative nor received a follow up response.I went ahead registered for the auction and was accepted. I bid on a few items and I received an email that my bid was placed and received notification that my bids were pending authorization from the auctioneer, which was a first. I had the winning bid for said items but later checked the auction and discovered that the auctioneer had not approved my bids. I am avid HiBid user and this is by far the worst experience I have had in my 5+ years of utilizing the HiBid site.

If I could give them a -0 I would. I was trying to buy a white 6900 planter by eagle Nebraska on a on line auction I bud 2600& it said I had the high bid when the time rain out it said I Won the planter. I called Finke and Finke they told me I did not get the planter because another person had a 2900$ reserve on it.if this was true why didn’t it start at 2900.

Answers phone on Saturdays and gives good answers to questions.

If I could give zero stars I would- these clowns had a real estate auction and I bought the property- auctioneer said sold- co bidder says I wanted to bid some more- they reopened the bidding and cost me an extra 40,000- they are the slowest story telling joke of an auction company in Nebraska
