We have lived in a Villa for 2 months during a housing transition. The apartment was clean when we moved in and everything in good condition. The person in the office who helped us get settled moved to another state, but our experience here has been great. I made a mistake on one of our bills and one of the office gals called me to point out my mistake so as to avoid being past due on our bill. She was very courteous and I was thankful for the call to point out my error. Our balcony overlooks the pool and most of the time it is empty or only a few people. There tends to be more pool use on the weekends and the hot tub gets a lot of evening use. The facility is always clean and most residents are very respectful....especially all the pet owners. The grounds are pet friendly with 4 pet waste stations in convenient locations. Today I submitted a maintenance request for light bulb replacement requiring a ladder....no kidding, one of the guys was here in less than 2 hours to get the work done. Our tandem garage will accommodate our full size SUV plus another smaller car so we can get both vehicles inside during bad weather. So far, we are very pleased with the facilities here and the employees we have encountered. Even being near the pool, it is very quiet with very little neighbor noise. The only negative thing we have found so far is the BNSF railroad tracks that run just south of the property. The trains are fairly loud and run past about 7 times a day, also at night. From our location its not bad unless our window is open.

I would not recommend. I had a very poor experience with the front office. After I addressed the issues I had, the woman in the office treated me poorly from then on.The Pool was always full of employees who worked there as well. Never any room for residents as the workers would invite their friends. Just a bad experience on my end. Everything else was nice. Facility was always clean.

Been here for a little while now and so far everything has been excellent. The front desk staff is so nice and accommodating and the maintenance guy/s are awesome! Any issue you have or request you make gets resolved immediately. Love this place!

I have been living at The Villas at Wilderness Ridge for about a year and a half now since moving from Seattle. It has been such a great living experience because of the great location and super helpful staff! Multiple grocery stores, good restaurants and other shops located within minutes. The pool area is awesome during the summer months and the weight room is super organized and well kept. I personally havent ever held an event in the clubhouse but I see many folks do take advantage of this space and seems to work great for larger events. Would recommend to anyone!

I love my villa at Wilderness Ridge! Its set back on the golf course and away from high traffic areas, which makes it very quiet and peaceful. I enjoy walking by the ponds and watching the wildlife. The staff is very accessible, friendly and accommodating. Abby and Billie Jean are amazing and always greet you with a smile. They do everything they can to make sure any issues are resolved. I also enjoy the community events they host at the clubhouse. Steve, and the other maintenance staff, do a great job of maintaining the property. They resolve work orders quickly and efficiently. From the beautiful, peaceful environment to the wonderful, friendly people, you cant go wrong choosing to live at the Villas at Wilderness Ridge.

Management made it easy to move in and I immediately felt like I was at home. They know me by name and are always quick with a smile and to say hi. Property is always clean and well groomed and its a nice quiet atmosphere. The pool and gym exceed expectations. Very glad I chose to move in, they have made my transition to Lincoln easy and enjoyable.

I was working when I moved here and I loved it then. I am retired now and cannot think of anyplace I would rather live in retirement! All of the staff are terrific. They make me feel like family.

I lived in a beautiful large 1 bedroom in Wilderness Ridge. The grounds are well kept and beautiful, the team of employees are kind and gracious. They are very attentive to any and all macitence issues and the office staff goes out of their way to make life at the villas great. I was very impressed by all my interactions, Abby and the entire team were exceptional.

I am one of those people who has found fault with every single apartment complex in which Ive resided, including other CIP properties, and I have absolutely no complaints living here. Five months in, we love, love, love our villa! From the modern unit aesthetic and private neighborhood location to the excellent complex amenities and an amazing office staff, everything is top notch. Maintenance deserves its own special mention - the guys are incredibly accommodating and apologetic when we’ve called them out to fix/replace something, never inconvenienced or annoyed when they show up for what seems like the umpteenth time. However, the best and my absolute favorite part about our villa (besides our granite countertops) is its SO QUIET. We live above a few garages, one of them being our own, and the walls we share with neighbors are their front entrance stairwells. Very, very occasionally, well notice a front door slam shut or a garage door open faintly, but otherwise, it is *miraculously* quiet. This kind of privacy and zen is so, so sweet. I see us staying here for a very long time!

This is a wonderful place to live and the staff are terrific! It’s well maintained, stunningly beautiful, and has great customer service. Steve, who is always working hard to maintain the property, keeps everything in good repair. Today, he stopped by on a moment’s notice to change one of my light bulbs that had blown out. While he was here, he also checked out a problem I was having with my washer and told me what to look for the next time it happened so he could diagnose what needed to be done. He also looked at some cracks in my wall and advised me how they could be repaired. Steve is a great person and an excellent employee who always goes above and beyond and does an exemplary job. I appreciate his help very much. He’s friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional, and his work is outstanding. He’s one of the reasons why I enjoy living at The Villas so much.

Excellent customer service from everyone in the leasing office. Always super responsive and kind. Beautiful location, great neighborhood surrounding the villas. Application process was super easy and all the questions I had were answered professionally with accurate and understandable answers. Absolutely in love with the unit I decided to move in to. 100% planning on being a long-term resident and to make the villas a true place I can be proud to call home. Steve (maintenance) is always the greatest when he shows up for repairs. He is friendly, courteous, efficient, and professional. The office staff is also quick to respond to our maintenance requests. Top notch!

I really enjoy the seclusion, living here feels like you are a bit outside Lincoln, yet has the malls close by. The management team here is spectacular. I spent a couple weeks doing internet research on the various apartments in Lincoln, their management, and the owners. Wilderness ridge was my top choice, and I have had a great experience living here these past two years.

We have lived at The Villas for two years and are very happy here and do not intend to move. All the staff here at The Villas are top-notch they are courteous and efficient and always willing to help out. We love the walking trail for walking our dog that goes around by the golf course and by the pond. The Lodge at Wilderness Ridge is within walking distance and we frequently enjoy eating there. The grounds are well maintained and very spacious floor plans. The residents here at The Villas are very friendly and we enjoy all of our neighbors giving it a great community feel. We also enjoy all the resident parties that are hosted throughout the year.

I would not recommend The Villas at Wilderness Ridge. The floors are very thin as I can hear the upstairs neighbor go to the bathroom as well as tap their toothbrush on the sink, not to mention everything else an individual does daily. Every time Ive been to the pool, it has been dirty. The layout is poor and for luxury apartment living in an upscale neighborhood, they are way overpriced for the quality. This is just a small amount of my horrible experience with the Villas. You would be better off renting elsewhere.

The Villas are an excellent place to hang your hat! The apartments are gorgeous with an open floor plan and an especially cozy feel. We love our colorful fireplace and were lucky to land a gorgeous view of the stream off the golf course. Most importantly, we cherish the friendly front office staff (Abby!) and the trusty handy man Lenny. We are so grateful for their positive attitudes and responsiveness to our needs.

The Villas is one of the best places to live in Lincoln. From the grounds to the scenery you will love everything about it. I enjoy the wilderness setting, views of the golf course, the well light community, and no speed limits or stop signs but they are very well adhered to. You can enjoy the executive dinning privileges at The Lodge at Wilderness Ridge. Also very close to South Pointe Mall and multiple grocery stores. I enjoy The Villas immensely because it takes me back to my days in production agriculture for the last 60 years.

Beautiful condos and super friendly personnel. Billie Jean is outstanding. She answered all of my questions and never missed a beat. She is very knowledgeable and has a very upbeat, friendly, professional attitude.

I have been living at the Villas at Wilderness Ridge since February of 2013. I decided on the Villas for several reasons, one of which is how quiet and secluded they are. They are tucked away from all of the city noise but still close enough to connect to all of the citys bike and recreation trails and close enough to shopping and entertainment. While there have been several resident managers during the time I have lived there, not once did I not feel comfortable with their knowledge of how to take care of me when I needed to have something fixed inside my villa or had questions. They treated me like a valuable resident. I highly recommend living here so much so, that my mom is looking at leasing one of the newer villas early this summer.

The Villas at Wilderness Ridge is a great place to live. Whats not to love when there are so many beautiful details inside and out - granite countertops, great floor plans, and gorgeous golf course views! Being able to live in such a wonderful area of town is perfect. The office managers, maintenance team, and neighbors are nothing but friendly and help to make this an even better place to call home.

This is an amazing community, in every respect. Management is a dream, and the units are excellent. Im not surprised, at all, these have consistently been voted best in Lincoln. Sad to have moved out of the state. Our time at the Villas was truly special.

I am a current resident at the VWR and I love living here! This is my first experience with living in anything other than a house with a yard, I was hesitant at first to even look into this as an option. After living here for almost 2 years now, I really appreciate the community, the fun events that are put together to participate in, the great walk/bike trails to enjoy everyday, being able to walk up to Wilderness Lodge anytime for great stuff there, and of course the clubhouse amenities. It is so nice to be able to walk over and use the nice gas grill anytime to cook with, sit by the fire pit with friends and have drinks, workout at the gym, and of course the pool is fantastic as well! I appreciate having my own entrance to my place, a huge garage and the open floor plan is nice for feeling cozy, yet spacious. I have to say that there are many things that I really love about living here and all of them have greatly contributed to my happiness while living in Lincoln.

We sold our house and needed to rent for a year before moving into our townhome. After groaning over so many other possible choices, we looked at the Villas and new right away that this was the place for us. And we made the right choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It was like a 1-year vacation. Spacious, quality units with W/D and attached garages. We could walk out to the golf course. Beautiful views and EXCELLENT staff made the Villas the perfect place for us.

The staff is great. I have never worked with a more friendly and helpful staff. The insulated garages are amazing. The neighbors are nice and my dog loves it.

On April 14, upon awakening, I discovered that my garage door had run off the track and the wires became all tangled up in the pulley system. I went to the front office and LENNY HILL was just arriving for his days work. I told him of my problem and he immediately drove over to my Villa and began working on fixing the garage door. About an hour later, the door was working perfectly.Once again, the service I received was fantastic and one could not have had better attention to the problem than I had received.I have found the same results at other times, when I needed some assistance and ABBEY WOODS was always attentive to my needs and resolved the issues expeditiously.I am happy and proud to be living at the Villas at Wilderness Ridge!

I have lived here for the past 2 years and I LOVE IT>EVERYONE here is so professional and I never have to wait for anything to be fixed. Abby and Lenny are the best at what they do.I advocate for anyone to live here in the newest cleanest place in Lincoln.

I really enjoyed the pool in the lounge area if this wasnt so far away I would definitely live here the apartments are Immaculate wonderful the fixtures are amazing they are gorgeous Apartments its wonderful that the garage is attached to every apartment its very private and I highly suggest living there it is very expensive but its worth it

The apartments are very nice and perfect for me and my dog. The office is very helpful, and any questions are immediately taken care of. This is a very pleasant place to live.
