I lived at regency for a year. Donna, the apartment manager, is awesome! She is super friendly, very professional, and cares about her tenants. The maintenance guys, especially Jose, are just as awesome! They always answer, or get back to you promptly, and are very professional! I would highly recommend choosing regency apartments to any family! I will greatly miss having Donna and her team!

Donna, the property manager, halted my 8-mo. search for apts. in Lincoln.She is friendly, helpful, welcoming, knowledgeable, and timely. The rental price provides tenants with numerous of amentities. The photos look lovely. It is nice to be on the South side. Conversations with Donna have given me much to look forward to, indeed.Carolyn in NY

Broken foot, light was broken out and could not see anything at night. Stepped on the concrete drain and broke and cut my foot here. Almost 3 weeks later and the light is not fixed and/or working.

Lived there for a year, Donna the office Manager is amazing. The best office manager I’ve had at apartments. If you need anything she is always quick to respond. Maintenance is quick to help and explains everything well. Great for families!!

I lived at these apartments for 6 years before I moved to Florida. I can’t say enough good things about everyone that worked there. Donna is an amazing property manager and maintenance was always working so hard to make sure everyone was happy. I truly loved living there!!!

I am very content with my apartment and the property manager.its conviniant to be able to walk to pay my rent and if I ever need anything the manager and maintenance are always on hand,very polite and attentive to the residents needs. Donna always seems to be right by the phone in case I have any questions.2 thumbs up from me🖒🖒.😊

We moved our daughter into these apartments almost a year ago, We have been so pleased with how she has been treated! Donna in the office is so nice and we have really appreciated her! My daughter like many women these days, is a single mother and been through some tough things but has always been encouraged and treated well by management! I was reading where someone said Donna said unkind things about people of different races. I absolutely do not believe that at all! She is way to classy and professional for that! (My daughter is Hispanic, by the way)I also want to mention how kind and efficient the maintenance guys are! My daughter had some unfortunate issues and the guys were great to have the problem fixed (our responsibility) before my grandkids got home from school!My other daughter is thinking of moving to Lincoln as well from Omaha. If there is an opening she will live at these apartments as well!

These were the first apartments I lived in on my own about 5 years ago with my then 1 year old son and I had nothing but a great experience for my first place on my own. I moved only because I had the opportunity to live somewhere basically rent free. After circumstances changed I lived in a few other apartments (I did try getting back into regency but they didnt have anything available at the time a couple years ago) After my experiences with other apartment properties Id realized that Regency was definitely the most accommodating for my wants and needs. In October of 2018 I moved back and am just as pleased this time as I was last time. Donna has been so amazing and helpful in every way and very understanding! She was the manager when I lived here in 2013 and I was so excited that she was still here when I came back! I never had any issues with maintenance back then and I still havent here now. 10 out of 10 recommend these properties. Safe, quiet, clean and never have any issues with any neighbors, parking or employees!

Like said before, pretty unprofessional and useless office staff. Called many times to confirm an appointment and to get the leasing office address for a walk through that we had arranged, and didn’t hear back or get any responses throughout an entire day. Read the other reviews and was not surprised based on the service I received

I am a country girl at heart when I had to move back into Lincoln I moved to Regency. I loved my apartment and the community I lived in here! I had the best neighbors and upon fostering my grand children and adopting them they were so welcomed into our community. When ever there was a maintenance issue it was always addressed right away and fixed. I had gone out of state in December and when we finally got home on the train at about 3 am in a snow storm the heater in my apartment had quit working I called emergency maintenance cause oh was it way to cold for my little ones and myself, the maintenance guy showed up in about 15 mins and had heat in our apartment in about 20 mins in a horrible snow and ice storm! I am so thankful for Donna after about 4 years living here I had a big down fall with my health and it was very difficult for me to get to and from my apartment well Donna took another management with another one of Perry Reids locations and she knew my neighbors were always so helpful with little things like getting my groceries in from my car and how difficult things were for me anyway long story short Donna came to me and said she had a perfect apartment for my kids and I and I wasnt even looking but she is such a caring manager that she was looking out for me! Thank you Donna you are a great manager! I have been at my new location for a couple years and never have I ever had a problem with any maintenance issues they are always addressed right away and the maintenance guys are very kind. I have rented from this company for 6 years and dont plan on going anywhere else! If I could give you 10 Stars I most certainly would!

Nice apartment with facilities. Children and pets friendly. Clean and affordable. I also met some great neighbors who are now friends. Definitely recommend.

This is the worst apartment Ive lived in since I moved to Lincoln (Ive lived in 5 other apartments). The first 3 years I lived here, it wasnt that bad. Things got fixed shortly after reporting them and the management, while never very friendly, was at least responsive to requests and was there during the day to be able to drop off rent or call in an issue. Since Perry Reid Properties took over, it has gone majorly down hill! The manager, Donna, is VERY unfriendly and unprofessional. She has at times, said some disparaging things about tenants in the complex based on their race or income levels. She definitely considered them less than based on those things. You can also NEVER get a hold of her. I made an appointment to give her my move out notice, and she wasnt there. Before set up online rent payments, I had months where I couldnt drop off my rent until the 5th because there isnt a drop box and no one is EVER THERE!Now, lets talk about the maintenance issues. The maintenance guys are nice, but they have no idea what they are doing beyond basic handyman issues. They absolutely should not be doing any plumbing. I had pipes freeze/break over the winter (two years in a row) and nothing was ever really fix. Two winters ago, they cut a hole in my wall and then instead of fixing it, they covered it up with the sign I had hanging on that wall. This winter, they said they were there for 3+ hours working on it and fixing it. I have a wifi camera. They were there for less than 30 minutes and didnt fix anything. There is water damage under the linoleum behind the kitchen sink, we confirmed it when I moved out and we peeled the flooring back a little bit. Weirdly, I feel better and my allergies are better since I moved out. I also had mice in my apartment for 4 months last year and it took them until I threatened to call the Building & Safety office to fix the place they were coming in from. They just put spray foam in the hole under the sink, that is not a long term solution.I would not recommend moving into this complex to anyone.

The manager for these apartments is very unprofessional, she said she’ll rent me an apartment and told me the deposit is $250 to hold the apartment so I paid her. The same day I gave her the $250 and two application for me and my husband for $50. The very next day she told she can’t rent the apartments anymore because it’s already being rented out, I asked to give me my deposit back and she’ll tell me it’ll arrive in the mail by 4 business days and it’s been almost 3 weeks and still no deposit money. I’ve called her recently and told me she sent my deposit money back and that’s a lie. The manager didn’t want to rent me the apartment, my credit and criminal check is excellent is good i don’t know the reason she lied. I feel the reason she didn’t give me the apartment was because I’m Latina.The only thing I want in return is my $250 deposit money back she told me she’ll return.

Great management, affordable, good neighbors, and a well maintained pool... whats not to love? Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place.

Poor workmanship for repairs. Had mold behind shower. Manager was letting her son, who was a self proclaimed convicted felon paint in my apartment where firearms were kept. Wanted out of my lease to leave the situations mentioned and they kept my deposit to let me out of my lease even though I was in a situation that was hazardous to my health and safety.How can you improve? Dont take peoples deposit when they have a legitimate, legal reason to vacate an apartment due to safety and sanitation.

8 years and VERY VERY disappointed in manager Donna, she’s part of the reason we have decided to move...... if you can choose a different location, you should because its not worth your time.

Future applicants need to be aware that you need to have a perfect credit score in order to qualify by these ran down medicore apartments. Which mean you can not owe a department store either. A ponzi scheme is being ran by this apartments, denied before my credit was ran. Apartment used as bait to collect application fees. I should of known if apartment manager had already denied seven applicants before me and was not told you have to have a perfect credit score with how you make payments to your department cards companies. I would of never applied. Misinformation...ponzi scheme.

Small rooms

Management was very unprofessional. Got called back that they had an apartment ready for us so we put a deposit down. Had to continually call and drop by to get updated as to moving in. After 6 weeks we gave up. Cant imagine how slow maintenance must be

Horrible. The office staff is worthless. They will lie about everything and never write anything down. The maintainence is laughable at best. I had a garage door with a broken lock that stayed that way for 9 months. It took action from their corporate owners to get anything done, and even then it was half-assed. Ive lived here for three years and every apartment Ive seen open up gets filled up immediately with some ghetto family with 30 kids on housing. These rotten kids run around the grounds barefoot, around all of the broken glass and trash that never seems to get picked up, and root through garages, break into cars, and throw rocks at any/everything.Dont ever consider living here. There are police calls constantly, check out the Lincoln Police blotter. At least twice a week, and Ive seen upwards of 6 in one week. I watched a police team raid an apartment one night. They broke down the door while an officer covered the back door with his pistol drawn. Ive taken my dogs out to walk at 1am and there is constant foot traffic. Always someone staggering around the property. Cars driving around all the time. I know of one currently active meth lab in the complex, and several other users in the area.This complex is a blight upon the neighborhood it sits next to. This is an otherwise excellent area of the city, just slowly being ruined by this cancer. The speed at which this place has fallen downhill over the past three years is simply astounding. This used to be a great place to live, with wonderful neighbors and a great front office. All of that has changed. Id rather live in a toilet.
